Oh I should let you guys know, I changed my diet from a 4x meat and rice per day and breakfast of 4 eggs oatmeal fruit etc to
2x per day:
2 servings cleanest meat (chicken normally)
2 servings rice
12oz V8
1 litre water
2x per day
1x serving meat
1x serving rice
12oz v8
1 litre water
1x per day
6x hard boiled egg white
1x serving chopped fruit
1x serving cottage cheese
1x bowl oatmeal w 3 tbsp PB in it
12oz v8
1 litre water
Hoping to cash in on some extra protein, I have been sticking at the same weight/dropping a little. Hoping to throw some more on. We shall see![]()

The recomp on Natadrol was very extreme for me and even though I was not trying that hard to lose weight, it came off easy. I imagine that, similar to Prime, you have to eat big to grow on Natadrol. If you eat clean I highly doubt you will put on any fat.
Way to rock it Votum, So you are doing all of these sets at the 4-0-2 tempo and still finishing them with those weights? If so I am VERY impressed. That 4-0-2 tempo is a Mutha, reason I asked is you mentioned earlier you did a leg curl too hard and hit the return on it. So I am assuming you are not taking 2 seconds on the positive portion of the lifts? That should be impossible if you are lifting slowly enough to get anywhere close to 2 seconds on the positive. It ,may have just been that one lift but I am very curious if you are following the tempo. If so the strength gains so far a phenomenal.
Natadrol definately did this to me as well, the recomp was nothing short of amazing for me. Prime doesnt do the same for me although it does have its own place, i just dont feel the same recomp effects, but obviously diff products will yield diff results for diff people!!

Awesome stuff, nothing wrong with lifting normally. You will still progress, but the idea of this particular workout is the full count. That being the case I don't really think you are going to have much issue if you are going 3 full seconds. I always just counted it out. Once thousand 1, One thousand 2, One thousand 3, One thousand 4 then start the opposite direction. Hard to believe how long 4 seconds actually is when counting it out.
On the dip station you are using that is so you can change the focus of the movement. If you go wider it involves more chest, if you do it where the bars are closer then it hits triceps more. The wide handle of that bar is more for weight distribution, it makes it more comfortable on your hands to support your weight without such severe pressure points.

Apparently natadrol is a cutting beast for me lol. I am losing BF obviously, getting stronger and staying roughly the same weight.
New go to supplement there man. I bet you'd love with stacked with MMv3 if you run it again, maybe before you redeploy back home.
btw, we both have leave in july, when are you redeploying? Late November/ early December for me.

I went 30 days on it, i planned on 6 weeks but work got hecktic as ****. It's a total strength/recomp stack, it impressed the hell out of me and i bet it would blow big boys out of the water.
My bench was at an all time high like crazy, every week it was up, up, up. Then i hurt my f*cking shoulder lol... Oh well.
