yeah I have some advice... hold your breath and count to 1,000,000,000 lol there is no way to eat healthy while deployed... I have tried it 4 times now. It sucks

A1: Decline Bench - 135lbs

Going to up the weight next time. Thinking of adding 10lbs...

Going to add a 10lb weight to these next time

B1: Incline DB fly - 30lb DBs. Done on the 70 degree ish incline

I focused on form on these, stretched pretty good on the negative, maybe 6 second negs.

B2: B.O. Row: 110lbs - on the smith machine
x12, x12, x12

I like these, was actually surprised at doing 110 after being smoked.

I finished the main routine in 56 minutes. Fairly high intensity, only took 60 second rests for the first 7 supersets...had to kick it to 90 on the last 3 though.

I got very close to 10x10 this week so I decided to do some more, threw the fat gripz on some stuff and did a little weird circuit training.

-Fat gripz on the decline BB bench
-just did the bar, with like a 15 second negative, 20 reps
-Ran .3 miles on treadmill, 6.0 speed 5 incline
-2.7 miles on the bike, alternating between 5 and 10 resistance, 130 RPM

^ that was one "circuit"

Second one:
fat gripz on some 15lb dbs
did incline flys, super wide and super slow, 20 reps
.35 miles tread, 6.5 spd, 7.5 incline
2.7 miles bike 120 rpm

third one:
.20 miles, 6.0 speed, 15 incline
.30 miles, 8.0 speed, 0 incline
cable forearm curls - 40lbs 10 reps or so. Was getting late

In: 0234 Out: 0415 Weight: 178 :( thats the bitter

I am guessing its all the milk weight though, as I was getting the better part of a gallon of milk in per day. I was also randomly popping some adipoxil samples to see how they worked lol. So what this tells me, is EAT MOAR

great numbers!!! How are you liking the Fat Gripz??

They are pretty sweet, at first I didn't like them, but now that I am using them a little more they are nice :D

You definitely start to feel the burn in your forearms WAY before the main muscle when you work with them, probably because you use much less weight. I've just been messing around with them though, I need to read up on some routines people have done.

Unfortunately fresh is not an option :( I'm pretty positive 100% of the meat is processed. On sunday I can get fresh chicken, but at the cost of sleep, they serve it right in the middle of my sleep time.

The closest to fresh I can get is veggies and fruit, which are definitely not fresh, but they are not as affected by processing as meat is...

That spaghetti is not the norm, the chicken on top is much more the norm, I'd say about 50% of my meals are chicken and rice, 30% are some kind of fish filet and rice, 15% are some beef thing and rice, and 5% are something else, pasta.

Any advice?

chicken, beef and fish with rice looks fine.

I like more variety like when i get tired of rice Ill add beans for a while. or sweet potatoes, red potatoes.

your keeping it pretty simple which is good. how many grams of protein would you say your getting in per day?

a good whey protein food supplement or BCAA like recoverpro helps out a lot when rushed.
 
Per day I get at least 120 from meat

Probably about 20 or 25 from eggs

When they have cottage cheese I get 30g from that at breakfast time

Probably 20 or so a day from PB

50 from post workout shake, 50 from pre-bed shake

So total: ~295

Yeah I am also getting in 8-10g fish oil, I drink LG bc+eaa intra workout, and nutrapro/creatine/kwik karb immediately post.
 
Just do what you can to eat as clean as possible. If you can use Whey protein sometimes it may help keep cals down a bit.
 
Morning is not going good...come in to work and like 4 computers are messed up...and my elevated account got disabled for some stupid audit...so I have to fill out a bunch of paperwork and run around all morning getting it signed by people...F*n annoying. And all I need to do is install a damn printer...

On top of that I missed chow this morning because I was sleeping so good I didn't want it to end, and I was going to go to the gym like 20 mins ago but my boss just dissappeared and I can't leave the iraqis here by themselves@!!!!!

I am dissapointed in myself o.O

A1: Squat - 175lbs - PERFECT FORM
x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x10

This was too easy...I mean it wasn't cake, I felt the burn and all, but my form was perfect and I went deep every time...and was able to knock out all 100, despite adding 20 lbs from last week. I did some rest pausing on the last few sets...maybe 3 or 4 deep breaths worth, but while I was doing that I was leaning back as far as I could without tipping over lol :D

A2: Lying Leg Curl - 40lbs - Near perfect form, lol...
x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x10

Again, these were a LOT easier than last week, despite adding 10 lbs. I bounced a few times, not because I was slacking, but becuase my legs are stronger than I though lol, so my curl would just slam into the safety deals and I'd have to use extra powah to stop it :P

B1: Deadlift - 155lbs - Perfect Form
x10, x7, x8

I could tell I was more beat than I felt doing these. Kept it light, and had planned on sets of 20, but it wasn't happening. Next week it will, even if I pass out :P

B2: Smith Calf Raise - 160lbs
x10, x20, x20

Wasn't feeling so hot the first set, but pushed through the others.

+.1 miles on treadmill (yeah right) and 2.9 on bike

In: 0200 Out: 0316 Weight: 178 or 179.5, scale couldn't make up its mind and someone was waiting. I didn't have chow today so there is a 1 meal deficit from my weight, probably a lb worth or so.

4 lbs lost the other day must have been all water (from the milk) and I am gaining again = happy :D

OK...I meant to go and run today, 4 miles or so. But my boss decided to be 2 hours late, and then sleep in the supply closet for 4 more hours, which totally screwed me over. Had he slept at his desk I could have left...

Instead I will explain a dream I had last night, I dosed 3 HGHPro, and had a crazy semi-lucid dream.

I was walking back to my trailer from work. Now, in Iraq, all the trailers are set up in a giant grid, every two trailers has a 20ish foot T wall surrounding them. They are set up in 5x5 grids in a giant rectangle, with a road on both sides and through the middle. The one I live in is about a 1/4 mile long, possibly a bit more.

So I am walking home. I hear gunfire, load up my pistol (I don't carry my rifle...freaking staff weeny...) and head towards it. I come out form between two walls and see about 12 Iraqis in khaki uniforms (not iraqi uniforms) shooting Kurdish civilians. They were just patrolling around in the trailer area shooting guys. The weird thing was, they weren't killing any US. All the U.S. soldiers were hiding behind barriers and stuff (staff weenies) and I went up to the Iraqis. They looked like they were going to shoot at me but then just went back to doing there thing, I grabbed my pistol, and then woke up!

I think I was about to go rambo though.

That was the second time EVER I have had a lucid dream :D

Again...dissapointed in myself. I am extremely impressed with natadrol though, and even though it's relatively small game, I am seeing strength gains that are borderline insane o.O I did more dips with more weight than last week for example...

A1: Dips - BW+25

Yeah. I added 25lbs and ended up doing more...I hurt more too, but pushed it harder it felt like. Moving up again next week! Only going to up it to 35 though...thought about 45 but that may be asking for trouble :P

A2: Incline Hammer Curl - 30lbs

Didn't increase this one because I had issues last time, but I will up it next time.

B1: B.O. DB Lat Raise - 20lbs

Increased this week, might increase next week also and then stick at 25 for awhile

B2: Seated DB Lat Raise - 20lbs

Increased as well, same as B1.

Fat Gripz work:
DB concentration curls: 25lbs 3x10
BB Concentration curls: 45lbs 3x5
Super close grip bench: 45lbs 1x10 - each rep = 20seconds

I am also going to add a C set. C1 will be DB front raises, C2 will be Arnold presses. I feel like I am not hitting the delts good enough and adding that superset should be plenty :)

HGHPro: I only took 2 caps today, wanted to test it out. Sleep went well, but I only made it 5 hours or so. I popped two more and ate some beef jerky when I woke up and then went back to sleep. Going to try 3 again tonight. If I can maintain 7+ hours on just 3 then that will be my golden spot, and the bottle will last longer :P

Natadrol: Considering bumping this up to 8 soon. 30 days left in the cycle and I have about 1.5 bottles still. Don't really want to end up with half of a bottle, what do you guys think? Also, I've been dosing it at 11PM, 10AM, and 2PM. Workout is at 2AM, is it too close to be taking the second dose before working out? If I move it up to 8/day then I can keep the dosing the same and add the extra 2 before I hit the gym.

Hemavol: This is a solid product. My pumps are insane while I am lifting, they go down pretty quick when I am done, but the vascularity stays for qite awhile.

Slin-Sane: I like this stuff. I don't know about pumps from it, but since removing dairy from the diet :) I have been losing BF and seeing more veins in my shoulder areas. I eat a lot of carbs, so this stuff is working. P-Slin is on the way too, and some people say it is stronger, we'll see :D

I recently received two bottles of Natadrol, so I'm interested to see how your final dosing goes.

I think 3 is my sweet spot. I did 2 the other day and didn't sleep long enough (although it was still solid sleep) but with 3 I sleep straight through at least 7 hours. I think a lot has to do with the paper thin walls and loud as hell trailer mates, and me being on night shift though. Will continue testing when I get back to the states also, because dosing 3 will leave me with some extras $$

Yah I have heard good things about Natadrol and strength...

I was always skeptical about this type of stuff, but after reading tons of logs decided to just do it, and I am experiencing that "on cycle" feeling people always talk about...the Strength gain is undeniable, and I love it!

Thanks man! I've always been really strong with certain movements, like I remember in HS I was a sophomore in weight class, and I would preacher curl like twice what the senior guys were doing, but I couldn't bench one plate lol. And I was a beast squatter/leg press.

With those dips though I think I did something to my chest lol. Center of my chest hurts when I breath, like my sternum is cracked or something, but I can't locate the pain by feel, just when I breath in. Hopefully it goes away.

I'm going to record the first and last sets of stuff next week, I need some form critique :D

OK.

Didn't have much time today because my current boss is a huge Dbag. He HAS to go to the gym at 0430 to beat the rush...because it gets soooo busy (IE, from 6 people to 20 people...theres like 40 treadmills...) and since I was actually working this morning I was running late, and couldn't do much.

6.0 miles on the bike
1.0 miles running on the tread.


I will be starting some fasted cardio tomorrow. I need to get my running skills back, so tomorrow I will do a 20 minute out and back I think. I am going to be doing this fasted stuff every day, and its going to be fasted for 2 reasons:
1. Less chance of losing muscle if I keep it under 30 minutes (I hope lol)
2. More chance of fat loss :D

I know fasted cardio is a sore spot, but if I keep the duration short it should be good.

Also, anyone have any ideas what kind of body type I am?

I want to say Meso. I was super small in school, weighed 119 when I did sports, shot up to 170 right after school, and as it stands right now I could probably gain or lose .5 pounds per day depending on what I am doing.
 
Your body type... hmmm there is some meso and maybe a little ecto, time will tell as you're borderline.
 
I think you are on the meso end of the ecto spectrum, based on your pics and your listed weights from adolescence. True mesos often start a little chunky before puberty and then blocken up. Anxious to see how you respond to the low time fasted cardio, Im thinking about doing the same thing myself.

That's what I thought, but didn't know you could be both, guess it makes complete sense though. I could drop 3 pounds in a day pretty easily, without hurting myself too much, but gaining comes a bit harder, still not ridiculously hard.

Wow damn I don't remember being that small o.O I had to cut weight to get to 119, I started off at 125 I think.

I can't tell if that second portion was directed at me or CVD. My goal is a solid 200 right now, I am sure it will keep going up once I reach it. I was stuck at 175 for a month or so, but I adjusted and I gaining again.

I can't track my macros, it's impossible over here due to the misinformation on the nutrition facts. For example (as if I haven't posted enough, lmao) I had chicken salad on top of rice today because the only options I had other than that were crab cakes, fried chicken, or meat loaf. Horrible. anyways, the chicken salad has 0 grams of protein (so says the chow hall) We all know that's not true. Tuna also has 0. My carb intake is fairly high right now, I would guess about 35 or 40% of my macros. Body comp is improving, so I want to say I am not carb sensitive, but I honestly won't be able to tell until I get back to the states and can reliably track my macros (sites like fitday help a bit...but our food is so processed that it is still not accurate)

On a side note, I did my 20 minute run this morning. I made it about 2.5 miles I want to say, but I need to take the car out there and drive it ina sec to check. It felt real good. I haven't ran outside in months, so thought I would be hurting, but no, it just felt good :) My goal there is a sub 20 minute 3 mile again. As much as I would love ot go out on 10 mile runs, I know that is just too counter-productive. Hell, even 20 minutes each day might be counter-productive, but we'll see :D Didn't check my heart rate, but I think it stayed low, which is good, and means all the bike cardio is paying off.

I've always wanted to reach 200 too, but when I was about 190 random people I didn't even know were constantly making comments like, "What kind of roids are you on" or "You must be on some good gear." I wasn't comfortable with that, so I haven't really gone over about 180 since then.

That's tough with your chow. I guess using something like fitday will at least give you a round about guess of where you stand though. So how long are you stuck on graveyard?
 
Even if the nutrition facts are off, it is still better than not counting in my opinion. When you count you can know exactly what you are doing with the diet.

Since you are 5'9 it is easier for you to pack on muscle in a shorter period of time than say someone a few inches taller.

Man, phuck 'em. Take it as flattery. Even if you ARE/WERE on roids, 1)it's YOUR business and 2) you still have to put in the work. I've had smart-asses ask me, "OK, so do you play football or do you just use steroids?" I used to just smile and say, "Whichever one you prefer to believe." Now, with my attitude/demeanor, I find it easier to just ignore 'em. Think what Kleen probably gets with his level of definition.

Started 8 Natadrol today so I won't have a half bottle leftover.

Fasted morning Cardio = 2.25 miles running, 20:00 (took about 7G protein, because I have read a little will help you not lose muscle)

It was a damned good day, whooped my ass and I did better than I thought I would with the weight increase.

A1: Decline BB Bench - 150 (thats +15)
x10, x10, x10, x8, x9, x6.5, x8, x7, x8, x5

I was expecting to have to drop the weight halfway into this, but manned up and kept going. I also tripled the amount of weight I was supposed to use. I felt like if I increased by only 5lbs, I would do all 100 reps, and the same next week, etc, and quickly outpace the added weight, so I just did 15. Anticipating 5 or 6 full sets next week. If I make all 10....then natadrol is scary lol.

A2: Chinup - Body Weight +10
x10, x10, x10, x10, x8, x7, x8, x7, x8, x7

These were hard as you can see :P Expecting the same as decline though next week. Some guy was doing rotator cuff work on the cables with the chin bar I like, we were sharing the machine and he commented on how good my form was :P

B1: Incline DB Fly - 30lbs
35x8, 30x8, 30x8

I was smoked. Tried to increase this but no way, I hit failure on 35s. I think I will leave it at 30...that's a respectable number for someone my size I think.

B2: One arm DB row - 60lbs
x12, x12, x12

I like rows. Started hitting failure on last rep of last set. Kind of jerked it up :(

C1: Flat Bench - Bar lol
x10, x10, x10

I overestimated myself :P Started doing 95 and was burnt. I dropped the weight off, and assumed the widest grip possible, hands touching the rack. Did 3x10 super slow super focused sets...and hurt every single time.

C2: Machine Fly - 50lbs
x8, x7, x6

As you can see I was at failure o.O Good thing though, means I worked my chest hard today. Oh I did the flies with my hands on the pad and elbows up.

As you all know I hated the flavor of ASGT with a passion. Well. It has grown on me. Not so much that I will make it a staple, but if it is in a flash sale I will buy it lol. Today my aggression was up, my focus and motivation was nuts (part hemavol) and I just kept going and going. I had some extra time and did a bunch of extra crap. I know everyone already loves it an such, but the flavor does grow on you if there's anyone who hates it. I can chug it down and not feel like chucking right away :P
