Unfortunately fresh is not an optionI'm pretty positive 100% of the meat is processed. On sunday I can get fresh chicken, but at the cost of sleep, they serve it right in the middle of my sleep time.
The closest to fresh I can get is veggies and fruit, which are definitely not fresh, but they are not as affected by processing as meat is...
That spaghetti is not the norm, the chicken on top is much more the norm, I'd say about 50% of my meals are chicken and rice, 30% are some kind of fish filet and rice, 15% are some beef thing and rice, and 5% are something else, pasta.
Any advice?

I want to say Meso. I was super small in school, weighed 119 when I did sports, shot up to 170 right after school, and as it stands right now I could probably gain or lose .5 pounds per day depending on what I am doing.
I think you are on the meso end of the ecto spectrum, based on your pics and your listed weights from adolescence. True mesos often start a little chunky before puberty and then blocken up. Anxious to see how you respond to the low time fasted cardio, Im thinking about doing the same thing myself.

Your body type... hmmm there is some meso and maybe a little ecto, time will tell as you're borderline.
I had you beat. At 5'8, I remember being 115 pounds! I never weighed more than 155 in high school, but I quit growing after 5'8". Forty pounds on my frame while in HS was still decent, lol.
^^^I tend to agree with this too, assuming that you and I are indeed pretty similar. I've been up to almost 190, but it's really hard for me maintain that size. It's like a full time job, lol. I seem to gravitate around 170.

Yeah, 115 was bean pole skinny, but I have a really small frame. I've always wanted to reach 200 too, but when I was about 190 random people I didn't even know were constantly making comments like, "What kind of roids are you on" or "You must be on some good gear." I wasn't comfortable with that, so I haven't really gone over about 180 since then.
That's tough with your chow. I guess using something like fitday will at least give you a round about guess of where you stand though. So how long are you stuck on graveyard?
