Yeah I hurt like hell. Didn't take video today because I had some DOMS when I wokre up and figured I would be in bad form. Didn't go down like that, was impressed with myself :)

A2: Lying Leg Curl - 50lbs
x10, x10, x9, x10, x7, x9, x7, x7, x6, x10

These hurt a lot too.

B1: Low Cable Pull-in - 15kg
x20, x20, x20

B2: Smith Calf Raise - 180
x20 toes out, x20 toes in, x20 toes straight

Finished this stuff at 0325. Good intensity, possibly too intense.

Weighted oblique dealies - 2x10 each side with a 25lb plate
Weighted reverse crunch things, 1x10 with the 25
2.0 miles on bike super slow
.25 miles 15.0 incline 3.0 speed on tread.

Time in: 0225 - Time out: 0347 - Weight: 180.75

15.0 miles on bike. Didn't do my fasted run because it was day after legs, and I busted my ass on them.

I had a shenanigan planned this morning, but someone ****blocked me. That and I have to be VERY careful, especially in Iraq, about what I say to female soldiers. Going to start up a convo tomorrow morning with her (shes hot, for iraq, but I'd probably do her in america to for what its worth lmao) by doing the "where do you guys work" thing. She is 1 rank above me, and sits with some fatty private (who is on a diet from what I gather) and a crusty E7 female, so I have to be particularly careful hitting on a hottie with 2 ugly chicks with her. Should end in a coffee or dinner date. Or me just saying F it Iraq is just bad luck.

2x per day:
2 servings cleanest meat (chicken normally)
2 servings rice
12oz V8
1 litre water

2x per day
1x serving meat

6x hard boiled egg white
1x serving chopped fruit
1x serving cottage cheese
1x bowl oatmeal w 3 tbsp PB in it
12oz v8
1 litre water


Hoping to cash in on some extra protein, I have been sticking at the same weight/dropping a little. Hoping to throw some more on. We shall see :P

The recomp on Natadrol was very extreme for me and even though I was not trying that hard to lose weight, it came off easy. I imagine that, similar to Prime, you have to eat big to grow on Natadrol. If you eat clean I highly doubt you will put on any fat.
 
Way to rock it Votum, So you are doing all of these sets at the 4-0-2 tempo and still finishing them with those weights? If so I am VERY impressed. That 4-0-2 tempo is a Mutha, reason I asked is you mentioned earlier you did a leg curl too hard and hit the return on it. So I am assuming you are not taking 2 seconds on the positive portion of the lifts? That should be impossible if you are lifting slowly enough to get anywhere close to 2 seconds on the positive. It ,may have just been that one lift but I am very curious if you are following the tempo. If so the strength gains so far a phenomenal.

I can't hack the 4-0-2 on leg curls lol. I try, and I might get 302, possibly only 202. Whenever I hit the return it is because I was pissed that I did bad on the last set o.O

Also I have no clock visible for anything...I've just been assuming I am meeting the 402 because 1. it takes a little over a minute for each set, and 2. I feel like I am going so slow. I keep forgetting my camera, I'll remember it next time and do some video so I can time it, and upload here as well.

OK. Seriously. what is wrong with me ?? Dips have got to me by best exercise form wise in this routine. Check it:

A1: Dips - BW + 35
x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x10, x8 15sec rest +2

Well I definitely hit failure :P I have a feeling 45 will be the sweet spot. I wonder if the dip bar I am using is having an effect...I use one that looks like this if you are above it-----Y----- The part you hold onto is angled out, and the bars are super fat, hands can't wrap all the way around.

A2: Incline Hammer Curl - 35
x10, x10, x10, x8, x10, x9, x7, x8, x10, x8

I hate these o.O I go all out on dips and these just hurt lol.

B1: B.O. DB Lat raise - 25
x12, x8, x9

Going to drop this back to 20 and focus more on form.

B2: Seated DB Lat Raise - 25
x12, x9, x11

Same thing as above. I feel like this is a retarded superset, because it owns my lats, but maybe the progress pic I post will speak for itself?

In: 0220 ---- Out: 0345 ------ Weight:...I have no clue. Scale said 178. I though it was funny so I dropped a plate on there, it weighed the plate at 45.5. I still thought it was weird, so I went to another scale and dropped a plate on it, plate was 46.5, my weight was 183.5 on it. Who knows.

Notice the Expensive ass Eberlestock gunslinger II backpack up near my chin that I paid 300 bucks for anticipating being hoofing it around Iraq all year. At least I will be a badass MOFO walking around college with it haha.

Oh, I should state, I took 3 scoops ASGT an hour before today....which is why I kept lifting...and felt sad leaving

It's nuts...Sometimes I am so pumped and stoked, sometimes I hurt like hell. Going to throw up some videos next week to get form critique. Hopefully I don't make myself look like an ass lol

Consider yourself enlightened :P Seriously the best bag I have ever owned. I hate the frame on the Molle...plastic is just junk. However it does make it easy to put 120lbs on your back o.O

Best thing about this backpack though is not that you can put your weapon in it (it can FULLY conceal an M4) but that it has MOLLE webbing inside and out.
 
OK guys. Off day today. Shedule got turned upside down on me. was midnight to noon, now 6-6. Adjustment day = little sleep and no gym. Tomorrow I will get back in.

I took video bishes. Looking at it I didn't do a full 402...it looks kind of like 302. I'll upload it when I get home tonight, if I forget I will upload decline and squats at the same time. I didn't record chins because I do my chins on the cable machine and people use that machine way to much. Question: is it BAD to just lift normally? I know it's not but I feel like I may be jipping myself...should I forego moving up and focus on the tempo or should I just keep going up?

A1: Decline BB Press - 150
x11, x10, x10, x10, x10, x9, x10, x8, x8, x6

I was trying to count 4 seconds down and 2 up because I was recording...so I lost count on the first set lol. Strength increase again this week. Very much liking this routine.

A2: Chinups - BW+10
x10, x10, x10, x10, x9, x8, x8, x9, x10, x6

Up by 6 reps this week. 90 total. Tempo on first few sets = perfect, after that sloppy...but form is still perfect.

B1: Incline DB Fly - 30
x12, x10, x9
Focused on tempo for these, felt the buuurrn

B2: B.O. Hammer Row - 120
x12, x11, x10

C1: Flat BB Press - Bar
x10, x10, x10

10 seconds down, 2 seconds up. This is just to finish tearing up my fibers.

C2: Cable fly - 40, 30
40x8, 30x12, 30x20

Again, super slow, just to rip some fibers

Time in: 1015 Out: 1133 - Weight: 179ish

Still dissapointed about not going up in weight...but recomp is undeniable so I am happy.

I'm watching some show on National Geographic Abu Dhabi where guys are catching komodo dragons and putting helmet cams on their backs lmao.

That being the case I don't really think you are going to have much issue if you are going 3 full seconds. I always just counted it out. Once thousand 1, One thousand 2, One thousand 3, One thousand 4 then start the opposite direction. Hard to believe how long 4 seconds actually is when counting it out.

On the dip station you are using that is so you can change the focus of the movement. If you go wider it involves more chest, if you do it where the bars are closer then it hits triceps more. The wide handle of that bar is more for weight distribution, it makes it more comfortable on your hands to support your weight without such severe pressure points.

Looking good and leaning up nicely!

FML is all I have to say about today.

At work from 0500-1800, then gym. Gym after 13 hours of work = FML FML FML.

A1: Squat - 205
x10, x10, x10, 10, x9, x10, x8, x9, x6, x9

A2: Lying Leg Curl - 50
x10, x10, x10, x8, x9, x5, x7, x8, x7, x4

B1: Low Cable Pull in - 40

B2: Hammer calf raise - 440

Walked 10:00 @ 15.0 incline 3.0 speed.

Ab routine = 2 sets of 10 oblique crunch deals with a 35lb weight, 2 sets 10 reverse crunchies.

In: 1827 (WTF) out 2003 weight 178.5

Apparently natadrol is a cutting beast for me lol. I am losing BF obviously, getting stronger and staying roughly the same weight.

Reason I say FML today is as you will see, my normal gym time is about 0200, today was 1800 because of the schedule change...seriously about 25 degrees hotter, and about 100 people in the gym...= no air for me to breath. I was dying the entire time, like near quitting dying. I'm so ****ing beat right now all I want to do is sleep, but I am chatting with tom and my future wife on fb so I cant lol.

I can't upload youtube videos apparently...will try in the morning. It says failure every time. Probably because everyone is using the internet at 9pm here. Meh. Will check up on some logs possibly before beddy bye.

New go to supplement there man. I bet you'd love with stacked with MMv3 if you run it again, maybe before you redeploy back home.

btw, we both have leave in july, when are you redeploying? Late November/ early December for me.

I went 30 days on it, i planned on 6 weeks but work got hecktic as ****. It's a total strength/recomp stack, it impressed the hell out of me and i bet it would blow big boys out of the water.

My bench was at an all time high like crazy, every week it was up, up, up. Then i hurt my f*cking shoulder lol... Oh well.
