The Future of Primordial Performance

I never played Redemption, only Bloodlines. I assume it's worth picking up?

Yeah, it was the first one, bloodlines was the followup. Bloodlines had nicer graphics, and some other cool features (one of which was a javascript based event engine so you could program your own "levels" for friends to play), but Redemption had a way more gripping storyline. It was one of those games that was hard to stop playing :) And then of course, had to replay to see the alternate endings, if you went towards the dark side, or stayed right at the middle.

I lost value for games ever since I discovered the internet and broadband(the speed), now I find myself getting bored of games within a day.

Since we're on games, the kids have a Wii. So what are some good RE type games for the Wii. I know RE4 is available, but are there any other suspense, shootem up type games for Wii.

I dont have a Wii and havnt played any shooters on it, but I have played Tiger Woods for the Wii. I highly suggest you try it out. The kids might not be a fan, but you will be hooked.

Just killing time till the new info's are released.

Riddle me this:
I love me some RPGing action of the turn based flavor. Anyone have any recommendations for the PS3?

I just bought FFXIII... just got into it... so will see how that pans out.

I actually have the same question. I was excited to buy FFXIII, but very mixed reviews stopped me from doing it. On the other hand thats what I picked up Demons Souls for, but although it is an RPG, it is not at all turn based, with live action battles.

House of the Dead: Overkill. Great game. NOT appropriate for the children, language makes old-school Eddie Murphy seem clean. Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles is also a fun one. Both however are 'on rail' shooters. Not suspenseful, but Goldeneye 007 is coming out soon :)

I believe, if it is effective as they say, it could be a game changer. DSHEA compliant with gains similar to SD, and less sides...

well the only less side effect they mentioned was liver toxicity. It could still affect lipids and such, but yeah i'm pretty pumped too :D

I can't bring myself to play the new final fantasy and it will be the first one I haven't played since VII. The reasoning...they basically destroyed the structure of what makes final fantasy games great...exploring the world and visiting towns, etc.

Anyway, if you like RPG's...Eternal Sonata, Valkyria Chronicles, Dragon Age Origins are some other good ones. If you like a real challenge that will frustrate the hell out of you...Demon's Souls is where its at. ;)

Cheers!

Same here, I would love a RPG like the old school's Final Fantasy is the closest. I have FFXIII

I still have my Shining Force 1 and 2 on the SEGA!!!!!!!

Thats what lead me to grab it, everytime I die, I have to develop my strategy, which is pretty awesome. I actually just grabbed kane and lynch 2 as a rental because this weekend me and one of my buddies wanted a fun co-op game to blow through, but then I will be back to demon souls.

Perfect Dark for N64, great first person shooter, best weapon selection of any fps up to that point, also Parasite Eve was amazing, great story line, actually a hard game, interesting fights, and the weapon customization was fun.

I am extremely excited about this weekend for 1 simple reason: I found my AC adapter to my SNES. Bring on the Super Metroid, FF III, and Secret of Evermore (which I have, but have never played).

Secret of Evermore is pretty cool. Kinda like Chrono Trigger, just not as in depth story wise.

Wow...someone mentioned Parasite Eve...F*ck Yeah. That was a great game too. :)
