Hey man,
Read somewhere recently that you were 290 @ >10% BF. Right now I'm a sophomore at a Pac-10 University, here to play football. Previously i've been about 230 @ around 10%. After high school and playing D-end where 230 was perfect, I transitioned to college and was required to be 280+. Right now i'm upwards of 20% (some real bad weight gain) and was wondering what type of advice you had, any diets you followed, etc. I realize that getting to such a low percentage at such a high weight isn't a joke, and I realize how long and how much hard work it will take, but anything you have to offer will help.
