all day pumps still here. its like im on viagra 24/7 but i havent taken any for like 6-7 days. decided to take some time off of it, since vascularity on tren is amazing.

It doesn't change overnight, with or without anabolics. Im stronger than I have ever been, have a ****load of muscle mass, and focusing on these next 5 weeks to really try to shred. may add t3 at 50mcg for 2 weeks, but no higher. Im very very happy with my progress

Good stuff, SC. I agree whole-heartedly about it taking time to fix the poor habits we lived with for a majority of our lives. It can be frustrating when you're working hard and not seeing the progress as quickly as you'd like, but you just have to know that you're doing what you're supposed to do and it will come in time.

I've been accused of being on for like the last 3 years of my life. And the funny thing is, the only thing hormonal I've ran was Epi/H-Drol, and that was just a couple months ago.

It came up the most when I'd play ball. People would start running their mouths about me having roid rage when I'd yell at someone for cheap-shotting me in the back of the head or something (because I don't call fouls unless it's just dirty). Ridiculous. "Yes. That's right. My being angry that you jacked me in the back of the head is simply the result of my doing steroids because I'm not naturally big and haven't been lifting for 10 years." :lol:

Yeah I have a couple of buddies who have been busting my chops for ages now, one ofthem seriously for the last two years, I'll open up a tub of protein and get a couple of scoops out and he's like, are you gonna take your steroids with that shake? I'm 245 bro, haven't changed my weight in a good minute. Total was 320 lbs. With dips, movements are pretty fast and explosive. With all of my benching movements, I pause for 2 at the top and do a real slow negative. I can get more weight up, but prefer to force my muscles to adjust to more time under tension. Subjecting them to a longer period of stress forces them to adapt.. Or so in theory.

No hair loss. If anything, have gotten a little more hair on my chest, around my belly button, etc. No shedding on my head as of yet. The sides I have are trensomnia, which is battled with melatonin, and the ghrp/cjc combo. If you have ever taken GH peps you would find it easier to fall asleep once the large natural pulse of GH is released. Even on tren, I am sleeping deep sleep. Maybe not as long as I'd like to, but I actually wake up feeling refreshed. I do keep a gallon of water by the bed and drink it when I go take a piss throughout the night. Thats the only reason I wake up. Night sweats are bad, and it would stress the body to not replenish the fluids that it's losing.

The acne is another story itself. I broke out on sd/epi, broke out on test alone, but it was a fraction of what it looks like now. Its large cystic acne, sort of like what I had when I was going through puberty lol. But its not on my face, its on my chest and shoulders. Which is a first for me. I'm at 2 showers a day, and they can get a little painful. Is it worth it? Knowing its temporary, I'd say so. I know that it's because the tren is highly androgenic and I'm on such a high dose.

Running tren for 5-6 months just sounds insane. I know there's no studies to prove that it's nephratoxic, but just think of the factors that stress the kidneys. It forces your body to synthesize a larger amount of protein. Even if you don't greatly up your intake, it is pretty much using every bit that you put into your body. You sweat a whole lot, which might mess with your mineral(electrolyte) balance, and if you don't stay hydrated I know that will mess with your kidneys too. So 5 or 6 months on tren sounds really really harsh and not something I'd do. BUT it does sound fun, and 315 x 36 is no punk. I expect some of my strength to drop, especially if I continue higher time under tension, because obviously I will be trying to tax my muscles the same. But I don't expect to change much as far as the density of muscles. Im using the GH peps and in my opinion, they will help retain most of what I have gained.

Plus my girl was at work so yeah... haha

OHHHHH I dropped superdrol last sunday. I forgot to update that. Or maybe I did I dont remember. But I only ran it for 3 weeks at 20mg, I got what I needed out of beast and have not noticed a decline in hardness or pumps, or strength for that matter. Im still taking n2guard and a ****load of other support supps. I know my body is being stressed right now but I will be pleased with the end results I think. Even if not by the end of this blast, I will continue to work on it and chisel away at the damage I did to myself with horrible diet and partying habits.


On another note, I will probably be training with a trainer at my gym who has been a good help, has given me pointers and really likes my intensity.. He's trained 3 winners of local BB shows and wants to help me really get the most out of my training. He's also giving me a price break I couldn't believe, so that is what's making me decide to go ahead and do it. I think the extra push will be good, and if he knows I'm on (without me having to say it lol) then that's even better. I think the training will start next week. Im gonna have him work on my diet with me, and he's going to step in on my split and see if I can make any modifications.

I actually had I think my first ever blatant non-steroid-related compliment at a gym yesterday lol. I had to hit the YMCA in my hometown while I was back for some things and when I wrapped up, this girl came up to me (pretty much the only girl who actually lifts weights in there - and I'm talking real weights, not the 5's :lol:) and said something along the lines of "Wow, you're huge. I always see you in a sweatshirt so I never noticed it before, but it looks natural, too."

I told her she was probably the only person to think that, haha. We chatted a bit and it turns out she actually is an MMA fighter - pretty cool chick. So it was just a nice thing to hear since everyone else thinks I juice and doesn't take into consideration that I've been lifting for 11 years (of course that doesn't play a role in things :rolleyes:).

Who knows, maybe it was because they were d-bags and weren't going to let me in on Sunday, so I ended up doing chest, back and abs all in the same day...not enjoyable. I'm sure I look a bit different after hammering out heavy presses and dead lifts to boot :lmao:.

no problem dude... tren is a ****in beast but you gotta know how to keep it in your control. ALWAYS aspirate because tren cough will make you feel like you're drowning, pin every day so you keep your blood levels as stable as you can, and invest in like 5 pairs of sheets while you're on. my words of advice to anyone running tren or considering it.

well 45mg of epi is a low dose to me, lol. my sweet spot was 60. but i dont need any real bad hyper tension problems so i dropped the tren down a bit if im gonna add in some orals. and the tbol will make up for what i didnt up the epi to.. I have some tbol from a large pharma, but not a lot of it. ill only be running it for 20 days and the epi for a 4th week.
 
and t3 makes me hungry as hell, tren does too, so im kickin back an adderllin with breakfast and one in the mid afternoon. my girl says my back looks like a barn door, and i can already see a little more definition but now its time to really gear up to shred.

ill be doing cardio probably 5x a week. which will be like pulling teeth for me but its what i need to do lol. tren+cardio= death lol.
 
here i am thinking in my head last night about my plaque build up (it kept me up till 2 in the morning the anxiety/tren) and your running EPI TREN TEST and TBOL!

Have you tried holding your breath? I've heard this can slow ones heart beat. I'm not sure to what healthy extent but in the strict context of slowing your heart down, I'm almost positive holding your breath is a sound theory.
