Whats up bro? Just checking in to see how the gains are? Since I finished my cycle I have put on another solid 5lbs! Been using the jack3d, Hghup and a new diet. I am using Lee Haywards Blast Your Bench Program and its seriously no joke. Strength increase are going through the roof from it.

I will be sure to keep you updated and will defn be filming my lift come competition time. I think I am going to run the M1,4ADD & P-mag stack next. I thought about running a Sustonon inject cycle but just like you said still toying with the ideas.
