for those of you f**king dogging me about how fat I still am you gotta consider I'm busting my ass undoing the damage I did to my body for YEARS. a clean diet for a couple of years doesn't fix poor habits that were continued through a lifetime. It doesn't change overnight, with or without anabolics. Im stronger than I have ever been, have a ****load of muscle mass, and focusing on these next 5 weeks to really try to shred. may add t3 at 50mcg for 2 weeks, but no higher. Im very very happy with my progress

Good stuff, SC. I agree whole-heartedly about it taking time to fix the poor habits we lived with for a majority of our lives. It can be frustrating when you're working hard and not seeing the progress as quickly as you'd like, but you just have to know that you're doing what you're supposed to do and it will come in time.

lol you guys crack me up. that was the tren talking lol. i got accused of being on at the gym last night in the middle of a shoulder workout and I just dropped the DBs, stood up and said "and who the **** are you?! its not my fault you dont train or eat right, feelin so insecure you gotta assume things about people..."

Any hair loss? Are the sides worth it so far? Specifically, the loss in sleep and recovery, does the Tren make up for this gain wise?
I read about a guy that stayed on tren for 5 or 6 months on another board and the number that stuck out to me was Shrugs 315x36 on a refular basis. WTF? I wonder how much of that strength he held onto.
When you complete your run of Tren, from your own research and experience with AAS, what do you expect to keep weight and stength wise?
How much harder and dense do your muscles feel? How weird is it to sweat so damn much? Do you get questions a lot?
I'm 245 bro, haven't changed my weight in a good minute. Total was 320 lbs. With dips, movements are pretty fast and explosive. With all of my benching movements, I pause for 2 at the top and do a real slow negative. I can get more weight up, but prefer to force my muscles to adjust to more time under tension. Subjecting them to a longer period of stress forces them to adapt.. Or so in theory.
No hair loss. If anything, have gotten a little more hair on my chest, around my belly button, etc. No shedding on my head as of yet. The sides I have are trensomnia, which is battled with melatonin, and the ghrp/cjc combo. If you have ever taken GH peps you would find it easier to fall asleep once the large natural pulse of GH is released. Even on tren, I am sleeping deep sleep. Maybe not as long as I'd like to, but I actually wake up feeling refreshed. I do keep a gallon of water by the bed and drink it when I go take a piss throughout the night. Thats the only reason I wake up. Night sweats are bad, and it would stress the body to not replenish the fluids that it's losing.
The acne is another story itself. I broke out on sd/epi, broke out on test alone, but it was a fraction of what it looks like now. Its large cystic acne, sort of like what I had when I was going through puberty lol. But its not on my face, its on my chest and shoulders. Which is a first for me. I'm at 2 showers a day, and they can get a little painful. Is it worth it? Knowing its temporary, I'd say so. I know that it's because the tren is highly androgenic and I'm on such a high dose.
Running tren for 5-6 months just sounds insane. I know there's no studies to prove that it's nephratoxic, but just think of the factors that stress the kidneys. It forces your body to synthesize a larger amount of protein. Even if you don't greatly up your intake, it is pretty much using every bit that you put into your body. You sweat a whole lot, which might mess with your mineral(electrolyte) balance, and if you don't stay hydrated I know that will mess with your kidneys too. So 5 or 6 months on tren sounds really really harsh and not something I'd do. BUT it does sound fun, and 315 x 36 is no punk. I expect some of my strength to drop, especially if I continue higher time under tension, because obviously I will be trying to tax my muscles the same. But I don't expect to change much as far as the density of muscles. Im using the GH peps and in my opinion, they will help retain most of what I have gained.
I DO get questions at the gym alot. I try and go in there with hoodies and stuff, but 2/3 into my workout I just get too hot and end up in tanks. And that's when people notice how pumped I am all the time, how much I'm sweating and of course the acne. And it wasn't there before the tren so I know it definitely is noticeable. What's there to prove though? Natty test boosters break people out all the time, certain diets will do it, and for all they know I could have a natural androgen imbalance. I don't worry too much about the looks I get, because in reality I know most of them are just looking because people like to see what others can do. When someones pulling 600 lbs off the ground, I will glance a couple of times because I admire people doing hard work, its definitely not hating or anything like that. I don't care much what people think anyway, so as long as they don't come make stupid comments like they did last week, then I'm cool.
As far as the libido comment I had made earlier, it must have been due to stress. I don't know if it's the caber, or the 1g of test (thats fully saturated now, in the beginning of week 4) but I am popping wood for NO reason, at any time of the day, and waking up with morning wood every time I get up at night, and then in the morning. If I sat around in the gym not pumped up everywhere else I would probably pop wood there too, since there is an abundance of cardio bunnies and spinners, etc. My girl thinks its pretty funny, but she helps me out even when she's worn the f**k out. She enjoys the extra wood for the most part, but hell even I think it's getting a little obnoxious. I had to run one out twice in 3 hours yesterday just to not have a painful raging hard on.. LOL.. Plus my girl was at work so yeah... haha
The pros are definitely outweighing the cons.
OHHHHH I dropped superdrol last sunday. I forgot to update that. Or maybe I did I dont remember. But I only ran it for 3 weeks at 20mg, I got what I needed out of beast and have not noticed a decline in hardness or pumps, or strength for that matter. Im still taking n2guard and a ****load of other support supps. I know my body is being stressed right now but I will be pleased with the end results I think. Even if not by the end of this blast, I will continue to work on it and chisel away at the damage I did to myself with horrible diet and partying habits.
On another note, I will probably be training with a trainer at my gym who has been a good help, has given me pointers and really likes my intensity.. He's trained 3 winners of local BB shows and wants to help me really get the most out of my training. He's also giving me a price break I couldn't believe, so that is what's making me decide to go ahead and do it. I think the extra push will be good, and if he knows I'm on (without me having to say it lol) then that's even better. I think the training will start next week. Im gonna have him work on my diet with me, and he's going to step in on my split and see if I can make any modifications.
Added 50mg of t3 last night,
dropped tren down to 75mg ed
added 45mg epi, 40mg tbol
dropping down carbs a bit more.. gonna try to shed some of this fat off now
