great video and pics there SC...I know what you are saying about being loud with the headphones on. Its hard to realize how much noise you are making. I've had people tell me to tone it down a bit at times when I didn't realize I was making any noise at all due to the heavy a$$ metal I was listening to...:head:

lookin good brah. Those farmers carries are legit. I tried doing them the other day with 65 lbs db's and I was dying.

Thanks bro. Yeah the farmer carries really tear me up. Kleen suggested em, and now theyre a part of my back day. I get such good grip and forearm pumps its not even funny. My forearms have actually gotten bigger since I started doing them and I know they don't look big when I'm hittin a pose, but when they're just hanging down to my sides they look ridiculous.

65s are good depending on how far you're walking. I have yet to use Dumbells man we use the trap bar and load that bish up.

My girl farmer walks 155 for the same amount of distance.

Can you say kung fu grip ;)

It wasn't so much me being loud, but if I would have heard what I sounded like I would have adjusted the tone of my grunt lol. Sounded like I had some turtle heads pokin out :lol:

I was also in taekwondo for a couple of years and they'd make us grunt for everything. Said it was to fully unleash your energy in every motion you made. Makes sense, I'm silent repping 135 or 225, but that 405 comes around and I'm gonna make some damn noise. :aargh:

Yeh its rough sometimes, but my gym is mostly full of old retirees and women. Its a good gym and totally free through my employer, so I try to keep my cool so I don't lose my priveleges and have to buy a membership like most people. I get enough sh*t dropping 95's on the floor after some Flat DB presses

But I tell um hey...you don't understand..if I don't drop these I could chance an injury, so I'm doing it for safety, so back off!!:aargh:
 
So I havent been updating this much. Not because there's nothing going on but because Ive been busy. But phase three of this long ass cycle started yesterday. My blast.

Here's a brief outline of my cals/Macros..

Protein: 330g=1320 cals
Carbs : 240g=960 cals
Fats : 100g=900 cals

Total: 3180. Right above maintenance.

250mg test, 50mg tren ace in each quad. (500mg test, 100mg tren ace)
70mcg igf2, igf DES, mixed (35mcg of each) pinned into quads pre workout
100mcg PEG MGF pinned into quads POST workout
GHRP 6 200mcg/cjc 1295 100mcg x 3 (AM, mid day, bed time)
20mg Beastdrol
.5mg Arimidex (will be dosing E3D unless I get gyno symptoms)
.5mg Cabergoline (will knock it down to .25 after second dose)
250mcg HCG for my huevos.. May also add HMG before PCT (money is replaceable, nuts are not)

Training:

Training split is basically the same, except I am emphasizing on time under tension. This allows me to cut down the amount of sets I do per body part and really focus on getting a pump, and the negative and positive parts of each lift. Killer.

I am also not able to get as much weight up and about with this method. However, today my legs are fried, pumped and swole as hell

I felt like such a pu$$y last night, I took a week off due to just feeling like my body needed a break and I thought I was gonna just jump in there and murk everything.. Could be the higher time under tension, could have lost a bit of strength..

Anyway the diet is dialed in, and I have everything I need to be dosing and doing on a spreadsheet. Its so much sh1t lol. The tren, peps and beastdrol ED. The test and the MGF, along with caber and adex is on a completely different schedule lol.

Dang man, that would be the definition of overkill, what do you have like 4 grams of hawthorne alone in that stack!! Great stuff man, I will surely be paying more attention to this. Tred and Sdrol, holy crap you will blow up on that!

Update...

Today will have lower carbs (max 180 or so) and a bit higher fat intake. Total cals will still be around 3100.. Hunger is insatiable at the moment, but thats pretty much why I didnt throw the t3 back in.

100mg tren ace in the traps (didnt pin delts cuz im hitting them today)

70mcg igf 2 pre, 70mcg igf des post + 100mcg MGF post

Sides:... Blood pressure elevated a bit, increased hunger and oh.. Im breaking out BAD.. Time to bust out the Acne Tame. Have some retinol creams laying around but those actually seem to aggravate acne as they dry out my skin pretty bad. Any suggestions for the acne? Its just on my shoulders and chest but its BAD

Shoulders and Chest are nuked today. Hopefully the beastdrol and tren combo speeds up recovery. I noticed last night my legs werent sore anymore from monday's workout. Normally my legs have pretty bad doms for 3-4 days.

I think the Gear is helping too. 2 caps with 5 of my meals

lol thanks bro. no need to feel like that man im just throwed off, it all sounds good on paper and trying to kill it in the gym and diet so hopefully its all worth it. eating right above maintenance and super clean on this should help me retain if not gain a little bit of lean mass while continuing to shed fat. everything here has a purpose.

dude my shoulders hate me right now. worth it? I'd say so. Like I told you im not gonna try and go up in my lifts, just perfect my form, my rep, my time under tension. I wanna GROW with this blast, not just get up in strength. MrBigPR is spot on about not trying to go for PRs.. The only thing I might try and hit a PR is deads, and thats because that's the one thing that is gonna stay at a lower rep count. Plus it helps to balance my front and rear

225 X 8 is good, matches my best and I used to be very strong on this exercise. It's one of the lifts that have faded due to injury....

Well that sucks about injury. I thought I had a torn labrum this summer, just turned out to be some nasty arthritis. I battle that when the weather changes, so I can't say what I feel your pain, or Kleens pain (just had surgery) but I have to tough it out and if its bugging me too bad there's no way that big weight goes up. Gotta settle for what I can get when I can get it. Train smart.

Thanks bro, can't lift my arms too well lol. The preworkout combo is sick bro. my v is actually a v/c combo from a UGL, it's not pharm grade. So I get all day pumps from the C and a little kick in the sex department.
 
On another note my girl hit 115 on flat bench for 8, and 135 for decline for 8...

She was happy with it, as was I. She even did one more set of dips than me. lol

Yeah my girl loves to lift. She's getting pretty strong, has been cleaning up the diet, and hitting the same split as me. Its good quality time we get to spend together
 
You also get to personally benefit from her body getting hotter :mischievous: It's a win/win.

Yeah that's pretty much the unspoken thing. I get to watch her get all sexied up and since her confidence gets a boost, so does my.. lol.. u know.. lol
 
Update:

Tren insomnia is hitting me BAD. lol. Had to take about 6mg of melatonin to finally get to sleep last night. Woke up feelin groggy as hell. But oh well. That is tren lol.

Acne is rampant, im not talking about little black heads, im talking about big ol' acne mountains, painful ones. Im gonna go tan today, and maybe look into a new soap. Ive been using some sort of antibacterial soap and i think it just dries out my skin to where it clogs up pores even more. Not sexy at all lol.

Weight is at 243. Holding a little bit of water, guessing its from the 1g of t lol. Im trying to not go under 240 and shed fat. Manipulating the diet so that I can get the most out of all this huge stack. Having a blast tho. I wonder what numbers I will put up on back day tomorrow. Gonna do some deads, some chins, and whatever else I throw in the mix.

Agreed dude, my strength sored on my bulk, now im keeping weights the same and shooting for 8-10 reps like you are i think TUT will not only help us grow but increase fat burning


i mean if i get stronger and go up in weight cool- AS LONG AS I CAN HIT 8-10
