We're are all my old skewl peeps at? I see a lot of new faces here which is good to see as well.

It's time to get back in the saddle again...

Good man. I've worked far too long in emergency medicine (burn out is a bitch), so my next career ambition is S.W.A.T. medic. I'm looking at possible going this route and joining the force in the near future. I have some good connections in that regard that would help me towards what I'm looking to achieve.

Coupled with PRN work as an RN...it would be fantastic for both me and the family.

I know one of the swat teams out here contracts civilian medics / doctors.

No shortage of police work in Florida! I'm pretty sure it's the most dangerous state for law enforcement.

It's bad, buddy. The amount fatalities last year alone were unreal down here. I see enough of the bullsh*t in the ER myself. I encourage every citizen down here to have their CCW permit; let alone this country. This damn state is too transient, and as a result is witness to a lot of bad sh*t.

Thanks, guys!

The family is doing very well. I spent a lot of time with other hobbies (mainly shooting), but it's good to be back. I've kept myself in great shape and very lean at this point, so I'm looking to put together a heavy duty fall bulker.

maybe. I just hate that whole running thing. I'll hurt terribly the next day for sure given my knees. but it would be fun

which wave are you registered in? May as well shoot for the same one if i'm going to :D

definitely! it would be handy to carpool, i'm not going to be into driving home after that (and the beers after it).

Oh yeah, since you were gone one fun purchase I made was a pool table for the house. Do you + your wife play? would be fun to have you over.

Absolutely, bud. There are at least 6-7 people from my E.R. that are doing it. I'm in this to whoop their azz! I plan on enjoying a few after the zombie beat down as well! :D

I haven't played a lot of pool in years; the wife not so much, but I'd love to get together with the families and do something soon, buddy. I was a dart master back in the day, haha.
