SC's Back Night
So...... I will start off by saying the 405 didn't happen. Close, but no cigar. I did go up in weight from the last week, but it was 20 lbs. Im still happy with it I nursed my back to health for the last two years, I have no reason to rush my progress, as long as I'm still making some... And on a cut, I can't complain..

385 x 1 - clean as fukk! but I had no belt so in the back of my mind I could just feel an injury about to happen if I did get that 405 up.

40's x 8 - this was hard as hell, tren had me short of breath, struggling to pump out those reps but they were all solid
ARMS- Hahahaha... After that workout, I'm doing abs, calfs and hips tomorrow and gonna hit Bi's on Friday. I wanna get a real bicep workout in and after killing my back the ol' cannons (mini ones lol my biceps suck!) were fried.
Stay tuned ladies and gentlemen... Perhaps I was getting ahead of myself, that 405 will happen, the third week on 75mg tren ace ed is coming up, and I am anticipating some real sh1t to go down lol. Night sweats are having me wash the sheets a lot, but that and the aggression is the only side. Oh and some pretty random acne. Arm pits, delts, chest.. places I havent gotten since I was a kid.
