Yah that's same with me my 250 is too sloppy so I never went up. Now I am bigger and stronger so should be interesting... damn I want to try it out now!!
When's your next back day? Let me know as soon as you have your workout up cuz I am in for the kill! I bet you can do the 250 clean... You know some people dont use a handle, they grab the bar itself. I can't figure out wether thats harder or easier but you might see if one makes the lift easier so you can get better contraction out of it.
