You know some people dont use a handle, they grab the bar itself. I can't figure out wether thats harder or easier but you might see if one makes the lift easier so you can get better contraction out of it.

i think the cjc1295/ghrp6 combo is keeping my muscles feeling full and helping with recovery, they sure do keep me knocked out during the tren sweats, i wake up in a pool of sweat, but stay asleep all night lol..

i think thats why the scale hasn't gone down much but my clothes are fitting differently, i wore a tank to the gym for the first time in a minute because im not gonna lie i was a little self conscious about not being lean enough for **** like that. but now its all downhill from here.

I have one on Sunday but it's all Giant Sets won't be much left of me. I may have wait till PCT and I will be putting Tbars in 5/5/5/8/12...

diet note:

i have really enjoyed keto and paleo. one thing i can really say now is that on either diet, I have never found myself starving, even after a workout. Im never really ravenous to get into the kitchen and kill some food... I eat when I know it's time to eat, and get my macros in for the day. I know it's the high fat content of the diets. Slows digestion and imo i have been pretty much in a great mood this whole cut, which is to my surprise.

yeah i love it bro... The people who complain about lack of energy are just not eating enough fat. i mean... if youre gonna drop the cals down you can cut out a bit of fat but it should still not leave you feeling weak, especially if you have a solid effective carb loading phase. hence why i do my hard workouts mon-wed and all the other ish thurs-sun

well theres still a little lump, and its hard, but its getting smaller. But since I pinned on tuesday Ive been feeling faaaaantastic, my calves and lower back have been pumped all day, my upper back was pumped when I was cooking and my fore arms get a pump everytime I make a log. :D

damn ive got this lemon sized lump in my quad... i could feel it forming yesterday and today its been hard to walk on. its a little red and warm, but everything was sterile. Same gear Ive been using. No problem thus far. This happened a while back with HG gear, so I don't think it's the gear, I think I either pinned too fast, hit a nerve on the way out, cuz I did notice a tiny bit of discomfort upon pulling the pin out or it could just be that for some reason the pin came out enough while i was injecting that it spilled the liquid sub q......

no biggie im gonna watch it... it sucks, but im sure ill be fine by monday for squats!
 
not like 3d lemon size.. like the diameter.. it doesnt stick out that much lol...
 
well i felt the pin brushing by a nerve or something on the way out, and after i aspirated i may have shifted the pin and then i had pressed down pretty hard and the oil just spilled in so fast... probably what it is. its not crippling. it just feels like a small bruise

nah its gettin better. it happened before, im not freakin out and sure enough this morning the lump is a lot smaller. still hard and a little tender but nothing like it was.
 
You probably twitched the muscle a little while pulling it out. Muscle moves but the needle doesnt and ouch. Slight muscular trauma.
 
I feel ya bro, that sucks big time, mine was like a large orange, I was worried people could see it when I walked. It'l be gone in a week. Also subQ takes a few days to start absorbing and it will take a few days to absorb, so you may feel a little low now but youll have a higher level in you over a few days of more shots next week ;D.
 
lump is about pea size now, does not hinder motion just sore when i press hard on it. i believe itll be gone tomorrow for leg day :)
