SC's Back Night

So...... I will start off by saying the 405 didn't happen. Close, but no cigar. I did go up in weight from the last week, but it was 20 lbs. Im still happy with it I nursed my back to health for the last two years, I have no reason to rush my progress, as long as I'm still making some... And on a cut, I can't complain..

ARMS- Hahahaha... After that workout, I'm doing abs, calfs and hips tomorrow and gonna hit Bi's on Friday. I wanna get a real bicep workout in and after killing my back the ol' cannons (mini ones lol my biceps suck!) were fried.


Stay tuned ladies and gentlemen... Perhaps I was getting ahead of myself, that 405 will happen, the third week on 75mg tren ace ed is coming up, and I am anticipating some real sh1t to go down lol. Night sweats are having me wash the sheets a lot, but that and the aggression is the only side. Oh and some pretty random acne. Arm pits, delts, chest.. places I havent gotten since I was a kid.

Thats a good sign that youre listening to your body, smart. I hurt my back last week trying to do bent over rows with 308, I did a good 10 rep with 220, but I wanted a good 5 rep weight, my lats could handle 5 good reps but meanwhile my lower back gave in.
 
Yeah I always have to listen to my body. About everything. I wanted to go for some thickness last night so I hit some t bar rows. I haven't done them in a minute and I was very pleased with how much I got up. I did use straps on the last set, but hell that was some heavy ass weight for me lol... 270 not counting the bar.... biggest weight ive done off the floor.

dream weaver, buddy, don't worry about it... lot's of people are late but we got a good 8 weeks left in this MF! lol.... and even longer if you count my 6 week pct and post pct updates... that's when all the pics are getting thrown up.

My buddy was psychin me out. I gripped with the v handle and he helped me launch it up then i hit my reps. I could feel it in my entire back, and I had some veins poppin out of my fore arms that I havent seen yet. There was a tiny bit of momentum, but it was upper body, not me using my legs.

Needless to say by that point I used one of the gym belts, although I don't like the way they fit... I was gonna get one from my girl, but there was other things that I needed for a bday present so Im getting a belt here in the next month or so.

The more weight you add the harder it is to keep your back at a lower angle. But even then, you're gonna be tearing all of it up..
 
oh on that note im gonna be doing deads and bb rows one week, deads and t bar rows the next, and alternate them. I feel that way I can progress both in thickness and width and keep the numbers up on both lifts. Deads are a must for me now because Ive got it stuck in my head that I can't let a "minor" injury keep me from getting into the 400+ club.. Ive been in it before but I feel like it was ages ago. And I use the term minor loosely, I just mean that it didn't require surgery.

For me have to watch that I keep my shoulders up to keep the curve in my spine. What I call the gorilla stance, when it gets really heavy I tend to lower my shoulders as it pulls me down.
 
Yeah I had to do that same thing... I'll tell you Ive done a sloppy 250 before.. and I havent done these in such a long time that 270 really really suprised me. My buddy was like "youve just been a bitch this whole time!" lol....

Yah that's same with me my 250 is too sloppy so I never went up. Now I am bigger and stronger so should be interesting... damn I want to try it out now!!

I started with test e, dbol (preworkout only) egcg and cla on a paleo diet. did that for four weeks.

upped the test and added ghrp 6 and cjc1295 for GH pulse...

added tren ace 75mg ed to keep blood levels stable and running 750mg test e per week

diet is now paleo, with 6 days on, 1 large carb load day.

And we have a t bar row machine, but its a pain in the ass to adjust because its old... we just jam a bar in the corner of a leg press and do it off the ground.
