thats the thing! NO ONE seems to suggest this! yet i never used caber. But from personal use of prami i suggest to preload it, i suggested the same to unreal since he is reallllllly easy to get gyno on 19NOR/tren+deca etc drugs. alot of ppl also dont suggest to use nolva for a week or two after they drop letro yet this is very favored by a few ppl who had great results with no odd rebounds after pyramiding letro. better save then sorry just pre-load the damn thing

I only read page 1 + 4 :D cause page 1 was so long I got bored ;)

but caber if its liquid research chem is worthless, may as well drink grape cool aide for all the good it will do. cabergoline isn't stable in liquids, degrades rapidly.

Pramipexole, start low dose, like .25mg or even .1mg, and dose it prebed. slowly up it every couple of days. probably .5mg is enough, you may want to go to 1mg/day.

And you may want to consider clen over t3, just from personal experience i'd rather use moderate dose clen than t3.
 
YUPP DEF! slowly ramp up on prami! imo prami should be used only if there is pre exisitng gyno at 1g. to prevent gyno from occuring just stay at .5mg also continue prami for another 2-4 wks after cycle , guess keep it in ur pct since tren tends to really stick around in a few ppl

Cool. Im gonna preload it for a week or 2, get some p5p and vitex, and keep b6 on hand too. already have the NAC, milk thistle, ryr, coq10, grape seed, etc.. LOL

this cycle is ridiculously expensive

theyre on the other log. FSH, LH and ALT and AST are all JACKED. i expected them to be, but wow man the numbers are shot!
 
I'd rec stacking clen and T3 with your test base.

My last cut I ran clen and T3 with epi and did very well - held most of my muscle going from 255 to 230. Its a bumpy ride and the BP will be nasty for a few days until you adjust but it gets results.

I also felt like I got better results pulsing the T3 dosages up and down. At the peak (around week 10) I'd go to 100/125/150/75/100/150/75 for the week. I kept the clen dosages straight.
 
I had to bump this... PCT is going great, or at least I believe it is, I am continuing clomid for another couple of weeks in hopes of increasing test and fsh and lh levels..






With that said I was gonna wait ALL the way into November or december, however I may get started next month. Depends on what the blood test I have in 3-4 weeks says.






Also, everything is ready to go. I have everything I could possibly need and its just haunting me. I wish I could just pop an amp open RIGHT NOW and get craccin... but im gonna be smart instead lol

Im really tempted to, heck the only thing still high is my liver values. im sure my cholesterol is still jacked so im gonna up my dose of RYR and maybe fork out some money for high dosed coq10. But if you eat enough lean meat your body can aquire some without having to supplement, or so ive heard

nice workout SC. i'm sure u know ur curls would be way stronger if you didn't do them after back. i can't curl for **** after a back workout. my biceps get too pumped and drained from all the pulls.

Thanks bro! Im thinking about adding a 4th day into my split... Not quite sure but it would be like arms and calfs... LOL those suckers get sore for a day then i neglect them til next time i do squats and leg presses...

the synergy between the two products in my stack is ridiculous I can only imagine what my strength will be like on cycle...


I figured something out guys... As far as the diet goes, Im doing to do a slow transition into full blown keto. My plan is to take up a paleo type of diet with fruits and veggies being my only source for carbs... Since my cycle will be 16 weeks, I can do a 4 week transition from paleo to full blown keto, and run the keto for 12 weeks. I think this will make for better results as I will have carbs to help with strength until my anabolics kick in

Well this is what works for me.. What I do is I try to increase reps on a certain weight, and once I get high enough, it lets me know I can go in next time for a weight increase. Small or big, depends on the exercise.. But for example I couldn't pound out 8 last time I did 315 on DLs. So if I can pound out 10 next time, then I will try 365 for 6.. See? LOL i might be dumb but it works for me

Well that just took me a good half hour or so to read everything from page 1 to now, but I'm caught up! Very interesting thread and you haven't even started yet :p lol. I am really intrigued about this, because I just finished a bulk of my own and am starting my cut this Monday - still trying to hammer out the details on what products I'm going to bring into play a little ways in, though (what I'm doing is going supplement free aside from staples for the first couple weeks with just slightly lowered cals; adding in cardio slowly and then tapering cals/adding more cardio as necessary when progress seems to stall - and then bringing help into play to just blast through the rest of the cut).

Your thread has been a very big learning experience for me because I've been natural, but have toyed around with the idea of changing that on this cut. I've researched all of this stuff for a long time now just to understand how each thing works. We'll see what I decide...

Just a little advice on keto, since it's what I ran in my last cut: I would personally look at carb cycling for a little while initially. I'd front-load my carbs and gradually taper all of them down (i.e. if high carb day used to be 400g, bring it down to 300 next week and make your moderate and low days reflect the percentage shifts as well, etc.). Then, I'd jump into the keto diet once even your high carb days were lower range (your body should like this a little bit more and it should help keep fat-burning high). At that point, once you're starting keto, I like to stay at as low of carbs as possible (not even fruit) and every 3rd or 4th day do a carb-refeed meal (usually @ ~150-200g of carbs - just carbs, though, keep protein and fat to an absolute minimum at this meal and use it as your final feeding a few hours before bed). Pre-load a nutrient partitioner to that carb meal to ensure it's all being sent to muscle as well. For the initial start of keto, you may want to go 5 days before hitting the refeed - your body will tell you what you need.

I will be very closely following this thing, man. Really tempted to cross over into the land of no-longer-natural ;)

Thats kinda How I do my deads. I did 315 for 10 the last time I did them, so Ill bump it up next time. I like to make sure Im strong enough for reps, that way I know when I had a little more weight, i dont blow my back out. I have yet to invest in a lifting belt.
