this thread is no longer about whether this product is a good value. the focus has now been turned to people trying to downplay tried and true pre workout supps, which is silly. in my opinion the best pre workout is water. just being properly hydrated can increase strength an endurance up to 10-15%.
above that, if you want a boost, try some ephedrine, caffeine, aakg, beta alanine, and ALCAR.
i'm not even hating on premax anymore. if someone wants to buy overpriced hydrolyzed protein, thats their choice. but please don't hate on people that don't think it is a good value. afterall, the point of this thread to begin with was to draw opinions from the board.
