Well PeptoPro for example, is predigested so for THIS CASE, a preworkout, it is superior. It wont give any stomach issues or anything like that while working out. Which it doesnt. And the amino's are delivered faster. It's relative
Supplements, in general, are not better than whole foods, in general, though.
Now there is something i can agree with.
