Flat BB 275 for 8 easy, 315 for 2 sets of 3
Flat DB 115*10/10
Dips 45*14, 90*5 just hurt my left hand
Peck deck 235*17, 295*11 dropset 115*25, 295*10 dropset 130*20
Cable flyes tri ish set hi 60*15, med 50*15m, low 50*15 did 2 rounds of that. One of us would do hi then the other would do hi. 1st would do med then 2nd did medium ect. No rest between.
Flexed my chest the 2nd set while resting to really pump blood into it. Then did chest stretches with 55s.
Awesome work, I hate it when the your hand digs into the bar wrong on dips. Can screw up a set that was going perfect otherwise. Man those bent over rows are impressive my best was 275x8 and I was proud of that.
