What up? Well its been a min since ive been on. Decided to do a 6 week mdrol pulse. Bulk up as much as i can over the holidays then lean out with the hdrol end of winter. maybe run another mdrol first of summer. Im on week 3 right now went up from 184 to 195 so far. Im sure soome is water and fat, havnt been eating as clean as i should. I see you have xbox in you r groups. hit me up on a friend request. fadawn0420
