As far as the shirt off. . .Its always a work in progress but DIET my friend will be the only thing that will fix that. . .its always nice to be strong but sometimes we must make saccrifices for these things so we can also look as we see fit :32: . . . Another killer chest workout.

Flat BB 275 for 8 easy, 315 for 2 sets of 3

Flat DB 115*10/10

Dips 45*14, 90*5 just hurt my left hand

Peck deck 235*17, 295*11 dropset 115*25, 295*10 dropset 130*20

Cable flyes tri ish set hi 60*15, med 50*15m, low 50*15 did 2 rounds of that. One of us would do hi then the other would do hi. 1st would do med then 2nd did medium ect. No rest between.

Flexed my chest the 2nd set while resting to really pump blood into it. Then did chest stretches with 55s.

Awesome work, I hate it when the your hand digs into the bar wrong on dips. Can screw up a set that was going perfect otherwise. Man those bent over rows are impressive my best was 275x8 and I was proud of that.
 
Back today and damn
1)T-bar rows: 270*12, 315*8(werent as clean as I would like)
2)behind the head lat pull downs 100*8 drop to 60*12
3)bent over rows 275*11, 295*8
4)pull ups sets of 6
5)hammer strength iso rows 225*15, 250*15(the 25 wasnt on the bar lol) then 3 sets of 135 for 10 reps 1 then the other. There were done 1 arm at a time full pull.
6)1 arm twisting lat pull down exercise something Mario showed me that really worked the lower portion of my lets

There is no way to add more weight to the iso row machine. Felt so easy good clean slow contracted reps too.

Im worn out after that workout should be good and sore tomorrow.

nice ****ing job on the isos im up to grabbing 3plates and a 25 per hand, couldnt imagine moving 2more plates per hand.

Idk y but they r a breeze for me. I did 15 reps and can probably do more. No cheating as far as form either. If I dont watch out Im going to turn into just a big back muscle lol.

People r saying Im looking leaner. Weight was 233.5 today with all on. So no real insane weight gain. Trying to keep weight gain to a minimal but still supply enough calories for muscle growth. Damn I love getting stronger.

In the shower it hurt to wash my hair, face, shoulders, chest, and back. Any movement that requires me to reach across my body and up begins to pump my chest up lol.

Sister thinks Im mad at her for some reason. Might see her tomorrow. Possibly try again on the video. This time it will be either squats or stiff leg deadlifts. No one took me up on my offer to text them the video so no too inclined to video the lift since it doesnt appear I can add them to the computer at this time.

Ahem I am at a base fitness center...lol. Im surrounded by idiots. I love working out there because there is always entertainment. Plus I can easily get pissed off which is great for me when I lift.

Man I wish the machine had more weight. I seriously might have to cut out a lot of machines for lack of weight :grumpy:

That sucks about the DBs only going to 100. The base FC has up to 150...kinda. Most of DBs from 105 to 150 r broken. I think we have complete sets of 115, 135, and 140. Some weights in that range we dont have at all.

Where r u coming back to state side? If u r in GA u should come to Warner Robins. Would be cool to meet another AM brother :bigok:

Ehh I mean thats ok. My friends wanted me to do PL. For just hitting the weights 315 isnt bad but for powerlifting that garbage. Today I benched more like a bodybuilder. Thanks man I cant slack.

All the girls have disappeared my friend. Junk works just fine but honestly I dont want to deal with bullsh1t while on cycle. I feel particularly anti social. Plus most girls I meet here r not worth the hassle. Cant do the typical go out to the bar thing either. Apparently I dont play nice with others when they r drunk and Im on cycle. Basically Im not even trying. The way Im lifting now Im lucky if I can properly wash myself in the shower :ntome:

Well I recommend dermacrine and androhard unless u plan on using some test :32: Idk if u have ran tren before which Im assuming u have. But that stuff is a libido KILLA.

Man if anything my gym addiction is a hindrance to meeing girls. Dont get too many compliments from girls. Get way too many compliments from guys...:ntome: I dont mind people taking notice of my progression but damn it sure would be nice if more of them had vaginas. That was another annoying thing while at the bar. It seemed like every douche I hadnt seen in a while was there drunk and wanted to talk about how big I had gotten.

I think my workout today will be effected by my soreness in my back. Have squats and stiff leg deadlifts today. The thing is I have noticable pain when I pull my arms back in the squat position. Im only guessing it will be more fun with 400+ on my back. Now it wont stop me but could make things more interesting. I wonder if I can hit someone with a weight this time :sombrero:

Actually i've never ran Tren before..just epistane. But I will say the last time I was on epi I would get a woody from the slightest things. I mean it increased my libido BIG TIME (Ex. I'd ride the bike after my lift and would be afraid to get up b/c of my shorts rubbing against my junk...ridiculous). But yea I know Tren's a libido killer...I might get some dermacrine to run the last 4 weeks to help with libido....or use some of the DHEA I have if it becomes an issue. I just can't bring myself to purchase androhard it's too expensive.

Yeah most chicks don't like a "big dude"...they like something more "athletic". I'm more in the middle of that right now....i'm still big for my frame but have leaned down...still no abs (general outline, obliques pop but nothing in the middle) so i feel your pain with walking around w/o a shirt on

If you end up on the COB there is a really bad ass gym there ran by the USO. I was unlucky enough to get detached to the JSS like 4k away. If you end up there make sure to tell me I'll arrange to go there for a couple days.

I'm certain that is in your best interest with the way you've been hitting the weights! The stuff you're on should help you recover, but it won't work miracles. Enjoy your day off! We can wait another day to be awed by the sick-azz numbers you'll be throwing at us :veryhappy:

That's exactly how I brake my work outs down. Mainly cause of work, but if deff aids in recovery. I think your gonna like it.

What's your diet looking like Tom, are you doing anything special aside that (good old Cuban food?) or you just eating big and lifting big?

Tried to limit my carbs but they seem to help with recovery and energy. Since I am taking in carbs Im not trying to get in as much fat. Protein is up as always.

Ehh he knows and even asked about trying some stuff. But that was a short conversation when even the slight possibility of loss of libido was mentioned lol. He is keeping up for the most part but Im putting up more weight and doing more reps. Not to mention the fact my form is a little more strict on most lifts.

So uh apparently a team from where I live won the Little League World Series in softball again. This isnt the 1st time either and like last year or the year before the boys and girls both won the LLWS. It was on ESPN. So ya if u want to know where I live thats it.

Soreness in my back is better but it is still uncomfortable to pull my arms back in a squat position. Hopefully it wont effect my military press too much. I may try 245 tomorrow. I guess Im going to go ice my back now.

Plenty of chicks are into that. The girls I hang out with hate guys who are too feminine. No metro guys worried about how their butt looks in their jeans - just big burly guys - chug whiskey and grow body hair.

Yeah I guess I'm so self conscious about it because I spent so much of my childhood being made fun of for being fat. Seriously it's the only part of my body i'm insecure about...and it's the last place fat comes off. So I'm hoping my next few cycles will help me lean out a bit.

My next cycle (after epi/tren) is gonna be a SD 2wk kickstart to a Tbol/EQ for 6 weeks with dermacrine the entire time :bigok:

I don't lift for chicks either, but as many know, I have a girlfreind of 3 years, so if she likes the body I create, then that would be a bonus, but it really is for me. Not only as a hobby and sense of accomplishment, but also a personal confidence booster (even though I have always been quite egotistical-lol)

As for the stretch marks, I am quite fortunate. I only have one, and it is on my right shoulder, leading a bit down to the bicep. It is hardly noticeable, and doesn't really bother me, but it is growing a bit, which I am not to happy about.

But...Contrary to many on here, my goal has never been OMG LOOK AT THAT FREAK huge. My goal is to be on the bigger side of the fitness model look. Big, Impressive, but cut and healthy looking. I can't think of the book, I think it was from Wendler, who caught himself after his body had grown to the "norm" of powerlifting, and said something to the degree of "I am strong, My level of intensity in the gym is insane, but If I walk up stairs, I am out of breath." That is what I would like to avoid as well.

Im usually all about some multi quoting but not right now lol. Shoulder workout kicked my ass.

Military press 225*7(disappointing), 245*3 all the reps were clean but was hoping for more.

Cable lateral raise used less weight but was more strict with form. Weight doesnt translate.

Seated hammer strength iso shoulder press 1 goes then the other nonstop 140 total 10/10/15/11

Front raise with cable while the other hang clean press to behind the head then in front of the head with the bar. More of endurance thing but delts were screaming and I was loud and cussing and not giving a fack who heard me.

Rear delt raise in smith machine 65*15,15,15

Smith machine shrugs one then the other front then back 105*30,30,30,30

Workout was at a faster pace than usual. My shoulders were tore up it hurt to put any weight on them at all including my own arms.

Just finished eating. Had 2oz of egg whites, almond milk, and a scoop of lg's protein. Then some leftovers Mario brought me. Persian rice with tilapia and a whole bunch of other good ish on top. Im stuffed that food was damn good.

Weight was 236 on the dot today. Looks like I will need to cut the carbs out. Been dragging ass and was hoping the Dermacrine LV and AndroHard would help. Plan on getting plenty of rest today. Have arms tomorrow and Saturday I need to go do legs.

Oh jam it looks like I will be getting a bottle of AndroHard from my source after all :veryhappy:

thats definitely funny as hell and i can relate. i started working security for a local bar about 4 weeks ago and have run into a ton of ppl (drunk of course) from my old gym who havent seen me in a while because i switched gyms. i see these guys about once a week and every week they say "f uck dude ur looking jacked as hell, i need some of what ur taking"....guy came up to me lastnight and was like "bro last time i saw u u were looking swoll.....now ur looking cut and f ucking huge...u need to write me up ur workout man"

but f uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck me these drunk b!tches love it. some come up to me and try to do anything they can just to make me smile because apparently i look like i want to kill someone (which is not the case...i just keep a straight face). but most ladies come up to me to flirt :bigok: (not to sound c0cky).........but i have to be on good behavior because i have a gf :(

Ha, I remember those days....not too long ago, maybe three years or so. The drunk women were FUNNY and HORNY. I remember getting head quite a few times in a back room. Plus it was fun to see (since we security guys were all required to carry flashlights) who was wearing panties and who wasn't. 6 times out ten, there were no panties underneath those short dresses. Then when you shined the light, they had the utter nerve to try to be modest. Then again, I had more than a couple who just opened their lips up and showed me EVERYTHING.
