Tomahawk Bridge(ing) Monster Cycles

Damn bro I thought ur weight was going up but now I know it is. Whats going on?

Workout tonight was chest,shoulders,triceps,back W, and back T. These numbers r as best as I can remember. Will start writing them down soon.

Hammer strenght flat press: 3 plates 6 reps, had to drop to 2 plates 7 reps, 3 reps

Seated machine lateral raise: 180*11,6,4 Felt like I might have pinched a nerve or something. Might need to go see a chiro or get a massage to work that kink out.

Rope tri ext: 80 not sure on the reps but they were on the higher range.

High rows machine: 110*12, 7, 4(not sure but my best guess)

Seated cross grip cable rows: 100 or 200 for 12, 8, 4 these were done for maximum muscle activation.

Like I said Im not 100% sure on the reps. I know Im good on the weight, but the number of reps r fuzzy. I was def fried afterwards though :sgrin:

Did my workout in a fleece to keep warm and try and avoid injuries. Felt a good air of confidence while lifting and post workout. Made me think about going out tonight, but naw Im going to be good tonight :lol: Need to be up tomorrow so I can cook some beef stew in the slow cooker :food:

Thinking I will do some cardio soon. Since I skipped it earlier today.

Ya its good stuff. Im going heavy but not overly killing my joints. Plus it only take me about an hour to do and can get by with lifting just 3-4 times a week if I get busy. Which btw I will be busy the start of the new year lol.

Hmm thats weird bc I remember seeing ur stat weight at like 226 before lol.

Alright todays workout

DB curls used 55s with relative ease.

Windmill curls used 65s and Im just not sure if these will work. Hard to find a balance of proper form and utter muscle failure.

Leg ext 250 for a set of 19 total wiped me out.

Seated leg curls used 170 and the motion just feels weird. Hard to really stay against the seat.

Did my stretched and got out of there.

Had a good portion of beef stew over jasmine rice for dinner. Took 2 Need2Slin 20 minutes before eating.
 
Ok so no cardio tonight. Will be doing some tomorrow and cleaning the .22. Taking 5 guns to go shooting on Tuesday(I think). It will be a fun time :D

Haha they arent all that impressive trust me.

Oh ya its the cold. Had the stew 2 weeks ago. Plan on making "chili" later. Just some lean ground beef and kidney beans with onions. Plus the other half of lean ground beef will be used to make a casserole. Leftover red potatoes, lean ground beef, onions, and cheese.

All I have to say is there r people that dumb out there :lol:

Just killed some food. Half a pound of lean ground beef 8% fat, can of red kidney beans, sweet onion, and spices mixed together for a chili. That wasnt enough so I mashed some of the red potatoes and carrots from the stew and made them into like a mashed potato. So full right now :sgrin:

Cant wait to hit the weights tomorrow. Def going to kill it. Had one of those interesting days today.

Shoulders not too sure about because I dont want to do military or front raises since Im doing incline. Suggestions r welcomed. Im thinking DB shoulder presses with FULL ROM. It could be a big pain in the ass though.

Triceps thinking reverse grip smith bench press. Will def be doing my favorite tricep exercise when Im back at the FC.

Back width lat pull downs.

Back thickness thinking bent over BB rows. Will test out the bar again, but as I said I didnt like it last time.

See what the AF is doing to our soldiers? :lol: JK but Im sure he doesnt have too much to do over there. We r racing to 700. It is one of those unmentioned races though. It hasnt been discussed, but I know we r both looking to be the 1 to get it first lol.

Shoulders you can do upright rows, that wouldn't compete with incline. DB Military presses are my favorites though...

Ya Im honestly kind of limited in my options. Trying to pick exercises I can do at the health club now that I will be able to do at the fitness center when I go back. I havent seen a weight loaded belt there so I dont think I can do weighted dips. So I might try the RG smith press for triceps today. See how it feels combined. That has been my only dilemma with DC is trying to pair lifts together for each workout.

Well I love DB flyes it is just harder to take them to absolute failure like I want to without risking injury. They r still an option it is just something I consider a con.

When I do my pec deck now I keep my back against the seat the whole time and really squeeze at the finish portion. Not using nearly as much weight, but the pump :food:
 
I ended up not lifting today. Decided to take a quick nap before I went to workout. Note to self I cant do that. Slept and now the place is closing. Maybe if I was going to a 24 hour place and not a stupid little health club.

Will do cardio for some calorie burn. Oh well could have used the day off. Plus going shooting Wednesday so it wouldnt have been a good day to lift on. Thinking yoga for a specific reason. Need to jump on the workouts earlier tomorrow.

Incline smith(the bar seemed a little fat)
245*7,2,1=10 [seriously need to find some1 to lift with]

DB shoulder press FULL ROM
80*10,3,2=15

Reverse grip smith flat bench
175*11,5,4=20

Lat pulldowns wide grip
250*12,7,5

Seated underhand grip row machine
220*13,10,8

Was a pretty good workout. If I had someone to lift with and spot me it would make it better. I know I did mostly machines but to help u really go to absolute death failure it is better to have a spotter.
 
I feel you man. I haven't had a workout partner for over a year. It sucks compared to how you can push otherwise (plus competion and showmanship).

Wont be for a month or so and she has the potential to be flakey. The only time I consistly worked out with a girl my workouts were iffy, but it was because I got a little distracted :bigeyes: I see the potential for that to happen again but fack it :sgrin:

POTENTIAL training partner. It is her idea and she said she wont back in town for about another month. Kind of funny how it came up. She post half of a Ronnie Coleman quote and I finished it. I will admit last time I lifted with a girl my workouts suffered because all I wanted to do was incline bb and lying leg curls :sgrin:

Btw this was 645 pretty sure that is a PR for him. This was when I was on cycle. About this time I knew he wasnt going to be able to keep up with me. I pulled the 645 on 2 different attempts both clean once with a belt and once without. He got it the 1st time with a little hitch action and couldnt get a 2nd one.
