remember the dude I was telling you about who snapped the bar dead lifting? Saw him yesterday doing curls on the squat rack. It was an amazing moment for me.

Haha sounds good but I might freeze to death. Def want to go to Europe sometime in my life and Finland is def on my list.

So I ate A LOT at Thanksgiving dinner but not much any other time of the day. Real sore from my workout Wednesday.

So Im supposed to go shooting with my dad today. Spent some time cleaning the 45.

Then later in the day should be at the gym. Not sure what I want to work yet. Might do chest/shoulders/triceps and then lift Saturday my regular biceps, forearms, and legs DC routine to get back on track.

So far this weekend, its been toilet water, crap as in actual crap and tonight was snot.......forget holy water heidi....it's more like bad luck betty...:(
 
Libido is still going strong. Balls were hanging a bit high and tight to the body from some added thermos, but hanging full right now. No problems as far as volume goes either.

Well it feels like I will be doing a bout of nolva. Doesnt look like I need it, but it feels like it. And here I was thinking I was invincible lol. Could be wrong but it seems about right.

Might be postponing my cycle longer than I thought.
