Damn bro I thought ur weight was going up but now I know it is. Whats going on?
Workout tonight was chest,shoulders,triceps,back W, and back T. These numbers r as best as I can remember. Will start writing them down soon.
Hammer strenght flat press: 3 plates 6 reps, had to drop to 2 plates 7 reps, 3 reps
Seated machine lateral raise: 180*11,6,4 Felt like I might have pinched a nerve or something. Might need to go see a chiro or get a massage to work that kink out.
Rope tri ext: 80 not sure on the reps but they were on the higher range.
High rows machine: 110*12, 7, 4(not sure but my best guess)
Seated cross grip cable rows: 100 or 200 for 12, 8, 4 these were done for maximum muscle activation.
Like I said Im not 100% sure on the reps. I know Im good on the weight, but the number of reps r fuzzy. I was def fried afterwards though :sgrin:
Did my workout in a fleece to keep warm and try and avoid injuries. Felt a good air of confidence while lifting and post workout. Made me think about going out tonight, but naw Im going to be good tonight :lol: Need to be up tomorrow so I can cook some beef stew in the slow cooker :food:
Thinking I will do some cardio soon. Since I skipped it earlier today.

Yup. My goals doesnt exactly line up with DC but I will make it work :sgrin:
I've just recently done a little reading on that DC routine & it looks pretty solid.
I don't know what's going on, I've been able to put on a few lbs this last month?
