THUNDERGOD'S "STICKING" IT TO THE WICKED INJECTABLE CYCLE--Prop/Cyp Combo

Stopping in to say hi!

Hi sis. :wavey:

Did you have fun at the Arnold Classic?
I saw where Kai Greene won it. He looked good, but I would have picked Toney Freeman as winner. He was sliced.

DROPSET DEMENTIA :stupid:

It's on like Donkey Kong now!! I can feel the Test kicking. Today is day 15 and the Prop is already showing its effects on strength, libido, and recovery.
Strength was just plain nutty this morning. The weights felt lighter than usual.

Plus, there's a huge storm happening here. That just adds to my mood!!!

CHEST--Flat Machine Bench Presses--120X12, 220X10, 410X10>280X15>200X22. I gained a rep on the heavy set of 410. Love it!! It's worth all the blood, sweat, and tears to make some gains. :yup:
BACK--One-Arm DB Rows--40X1, 60X10, 130X12>90X12>60X16. I went up 10lbs. here and matched the reps from last time I did these. Which was probably 3 or 4 weeks ago.
SHOULDERS--Long-Bar Wide-Grip Cable Upright Rows--60X12, 90X10, 180X11>120X12>90X14. I gained a rep on the heavy set here also. This cycle is gonna be so dang sweeet!! :woohoo:
TRICEPS--Overhead Rope Extensions--60X12, 100X10, 160X11>110X12>90X15. I thought I'd toss in an isolation-type movement. I've been pounding my tri's with compounds lately. Time for something "easy". ha ha
BICEPS--Standing Alt. DB Curls--30'sX12, 40'sX10, 70'sX11>50'sX12>35'sX16. I couldn't believe how light the 70's felt!!! I'm going for the gusto next time I do these.......80's here I come!!
QUADS--Seated Leg Presses--200X20, 300X15, 650X20!!, 450X32!! This wasn't a drop set. By the time I can get up, change the weights, and re-wrap my knees, a full minute elapsed. So I consider these straight sets even though the rest was rather short!!
HAMSTRINGS--Standing One-Legged Hamstring Curls--30X12, 60X12, 130X12>90X13>60X15. I had one of the best ham pumps ever!! What a feeling.
FOREARMS--Reverse-Grip EZ Bar Curls--45X12, 65X10, 115X11>95X12>65X14. Probably should have went a little heavier here also. You never know....until you go!!
CALVES--Seated Calf Presses On Leg Press Machine--200X20, 400X27, 450X22. And the big Brahma's were raging through the fields!! :aargh:

Outstanding workout. That's the only way I can accurately phrase it.
I "out-shined" myself!!!

Cool. Sample more than a few since I don't drink anymore. You gotta make up for my 3 years of total sobriety!! :trink26:

Those lats are looking lean and mean there Mr. Mullet!! :clap2:

I can see nice detail in your muscles. Like Ken Waller told Arnold in Pumping Iron, "Looks like little fingers running across it......like a road map."

holy crap. the mullet is back !!!

Back in action! My work is mostly offline with USPlabs, however, I should be fully back in action!

Thanks TG! This is the first week of my cut, so I took a progress picture. I am 215 or so there, and my cut will take me to around 198-200. So, a nice, slow and gentle 8 week cut/recomposition. Then the fingers will be out!

CARDIO DAY

20 Minutes of HIIT on the glider machine from the netherworld!!
330 nonstop reps of ab work consisting of seated machine crunches, lying leg raises, and kneeling rope crunches.

Very decent cardio session. Pushed it hard and sweated plenty. My aerobic capacity has really incresed since I cut weight from 260+ at Thanksgiving down to the lean 247 I am right now. My VO2 intake and breathing are much better and I don't get winded fast at all anymore. In fact this is the most energetic I've felt since probably in my 20's. So I'm liking the fitter/leaner/more athletic Thundergod who is just as strong as ever!! And getting stronger now.....:cool2:

I've upped the intensity on the glider machine making it even harder. Gotta keep all this beef lean!!! :yup:

dude you are a beast> I f i attempted to do 330 ab reps in one sitting without stopping i would cramped up so bad. That just sounds painful. How you liking the feeling of the test man. i am loving this fullness!!!

What it be, TG?! It looks like you've been on another wild adventure. :D

To hear the you are upping the resistance must mean that you have elephants strapped to your legs. BEAST MODE

I'm loving the feeling of the Test, bro!! I haven't felt this good in many years. It's like turning back the clock to us "old" guys!!! I never expected pumps to be so insane!! And with the whole-body workouts, I feel big and pumped all over for the entire day!!! And the attitude is changing also. I'm always somewhat aggressive, but this is a whole nuther level. I feel very dominant!!

Big Bad John!!! It's so good to have you drop in. Make yourself at home here bro. The Tripster has already joined this party!!!!

As they say AG, "No Pain......No Gain!!" :aargh:

Ronnie Coleman has a sign on his home-gym wall that reads: If you do what you've always done, you will get what you've always got!!

Some people are still using the same poundages that they have used for many years. How do they expect to grow and progress like that?

You have a knack with unique nicknames for people Thunder "Big Daddy Bada$$". Hell yea, I was tryin to think of a name to sum you up, Thats fukcin great!!!!

How long are you gonna run everything till pct? Provided you haven't eaten all the little kids :borladuck: in the neighborhood, and wanted by anti-cannibal cults :reporter: or really pissed off mothers with a kids missing arms, and legs n sh*t lol. Fukc it :aargh4:, protein is protein right? lol...

The Prop/Cyp combo is for 10 or 12 weeks. It's not carved in stone.
The Alpha-Tren is only for the first 4 weeks.
I will continue the D-Plex a while longer. I may just high-dose pulse it on workout days mainly due to the methylation aspects. Wouldn't want to run methyls everyday for the entire cycle duration.
The low dose Epi (10mg) will remain in effect just for some cheap gyno-protection aspects.

DROPSET DEMENTIA:stupid:

No Holds Barred this morning!! Putting out the power now. The Prop is for sure kicking some ass. The Cyp is probably beginning to assert its effects also. This is week 3 of the Cyp. Should really be kicking by week 4 or 5.
The orals are in full force!!

Madness went thusly:

CHEST--Low Incline DB Presses--40'sX12, 60'sX10, 125'sX11>80'sX18>60'sX21. That was a PR on the 125's!!! Hel Yes!!! :head:I'm making some longer DB's to hold more weight. Like the ones Stan Efferding was using!! :silly:
BACK--Regular Pulldowns--100X12, 170X10, 290X10>210X12>160X16. Went up 10lbs. on that heavy set. Lovin' deez gaynes mang!!!:yup:
SHOULDERS--Machine Shoulder Presses--80X12, 160X10, 260X11>200X13>150X15. Went up 10lbs. on this heavy set also but lost 1 rep. I'm going after that sucka with a vengeance next week!!
TRICEPS--Lying EZ Bar Extensions--65X12, 95X10, 175X11>115X13>85X17. That was a PR on the 175lb. set!!! 2 PR's in 1 workout.....gotta like that action!!
BICEPS--Machine Preacher Curls--80X12, 120X10, 210X11>150X12>110X15. 10lb. increase on the heavy set here also from last time. I was on fire this morning!! :smite:
QUADS--Machine Squats--150X15, 250X12, 450X12>350X15. No 3rd drop. Wasn't necessary. My thighs were blasted!!
HAMSTRINGS--Lying Leg Curls--40X12, 70X10, 150X10>100X12>70X16. Up 10lbs. on this heavy set too. No holding back now. Time to display full power!!
FOREARMS--Seated DB Hammer Curls--30'sX12, 45'sX10, 70'sX12>50'sX13>35'sX18. Keeping it strict here. Gotta make these long slender forearms grow.
CALVES--Seated Machine Calf Raises--200X20, 400X25, 400X23. Gained 2 reps on that first heavy set. Mental focus was sharp. Mind-to-muscle connection was in gear here.

I couldn't be more happier with this cycle thus far. It's already exceeded my preconceived expectations. I knew everyone has told me for years that "Test is best", but I had no idea how great it really is. And this is still early into it.

The best is yet to come.

The 80's felt so light after those damn 125's!!!

How high do your BDs go TG???? I'm switching gyms because the one I use only goes to 100... those higher reps get boring for me.

2 PRs in one session...am I seeing a trend here?? How would you say the recovery is the next day after these brutal sessions TG? Is this where it really shines?

Awesome showing once again Brother! Inspiring workout as usual.

2 PRs in one session...am I seeing a trend here?? How would you say the recovery is the next day after these brutal sessions TG? Is this where it really shines?

Recovery is nothing short of miraculous. I feel very recharged and ready to go again.
One thing I will admit to, is I'm having some serious DOMS this morning. But they usually subside late into the second day. The next day's morning cardio and some walking in the evenings help to loosen everything up and alleviate the stiffness. Plus, the Emu Oil helps with the soreness too.
So I'm good to go when the next battle horn sounds.

I knew yesterday's battle would inflict some wounds and pains!! But as I've already stated, it's worth every drop of blood, sweat, and tears to emerge from the field of valor as the undisputed victor!! :duel:

How high do your DBs go TG???? I'm switching gyms because the one I use only goes to 100... those higher reps get boring for me.

I have those freakin' adjustable screw on collar DB's. I can only get 5 of the 10lb. plates per side which is only 100lbs. So what I do to make them heavier is use some 25lb. plates on them. The DB's will hold 4 of those per side since they're thicker than the 10's.
I can make them up to 200lbs. using the 25lb. plates.
They're big and awkward with those 25's though.

So I gave a friend of mine 2 of my old standard barbells to cut into some long DB's for me and him so I won't have to use those big 25's on DB's anymore.
And these new DB's won't be screw on either. I hate those things. Takes too much time when I'm doing drop sets to change out the weights.

What's up M*******? Tryin to catch up on a few of these workouts...

I started making my own bread about 2 months ago... Stuff is like yeast risen steroids.
