I feel like pp & pfh sups are planning on releasing their new products at the same time, or one is waiting for the other.

they both have anounced they have new products comming....some time this year... lol.

I'm surprised no one else had commented on this. I remember seeing the trailer when it was initially released (like a year and a half ago, I think) and thinking it was an awesome direction to take MK in, rather than the cheesefest it had been (even though I loved the original and will never forget the line of: "Those are $500 sunglasses, a-hole!" :lol:).

My understanding was that the director did this all on his own (and own budget) in hopes of convincing a studio to pick it up. I'm glad that something is being done with it and I hope it has the same writer/producer/director and acting staff that worked on that trailer.

Sorry, can't help it. I grew up on Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat!

I was always a fan of King of Fighters myself.

Kyo, Iori, and K' were always my strong group.

Hmm... Well, you did state PP "had no problem taking your money" so a refund did seem like a relevant inquiry. Plus, you also mentioned being offered points towards a future order... I was simply trying to determine what you were so irritated about: the TRS being OOS and not shipping, or you "paying" for something and receiving store credit in its stead...

Well I would like to apologize for this, Eric himself is aware of the problem. Our recent sale has had us very busy with all of the orders.

Its getting marked out of stock now. Apparently Sustain has been out of stock for the last 5 days, but didnt get marked on the website. I apologize for this. I never hear about these issues until a customer complains.

I hope so. For my sake and others. I have referred some very "important" people to purchase products from your website. When amateur stuff like this happens and if it had happened to someone I referred..it makes me look like an a-ss yet ultimately makes you look like an a-ss.

Here is an example of a good correction. I recently ordered some HCG from a weight loss clinic. When they realized they made an error on my order, they then upgraded my shipping to overnight shipping and included free shirts, protein mix, and some other stuff. That was awesome on their behalf. Saying sorry just doesnt cut it anymore in business. It's an overused word that customers on the **** end get immune to.

Damn man, UPS messed up one of my shipments and all they did was reship it, didn't get a free brown truck or anything. I feel ripped off now that I think about it.:aargh:

heaven forbid someone make a mistake. Now you want tons of free stuff? If I made a big deal out of everything that wronged me Id be rolling in free prizes and cash. take a chill pill PP has some of the best customer service on this board.

He is not asking for free stuff. He is just saying that customer service is more than just sorry. If you get in an argument with your girl chances are you dont just say sorry. You buy her some flowers and tell her much you care about her. Its not about what you get its the fact that there was thought behind the apology. These day repeat customers is imperative to business owners.

I agree. PP and all the other companies at anabolic minds, including Nutra, have always been great at customer service. If they didn't want customers leaving feedback, they wouldn't have threads and forums devoted to their products, customers and future business ventures!

My philosophy has always been, let it slide one time. If it happens again just don't purchase it again. Seriously though you just kinda contradicted yourself in that statement buy using the girlfriend analogy hahaha. Maybe thats why I dont have a girl :/:sigh1:

I know situations like this effect a companys reputation and professionalism, but if he is wanting the problem to get resolved perhaps he should use a little professionalism and respect. Calling the company a joke because of one mishap is a joke.
