The Female Terminator Chronicles: The Ultimate Muscle and Physique Stack (2012)

Rosie!! Man ... I have always found you smokin hot but that pic is over the top girl!! I'm too old for that so early in the morning, you're bringing out the primal male in me, you'll have to forgive my forward nature but that's just not fair... :(

Gooood morning guys!!!! Rosie!!! Saw your pic on fb!!!' :)
Beautiful!!! Thanks again for always posting your workouts!!! I like to throw them in & do them :)
Saves me from thinking ha!!!
I'm right there with you girl on the fatigue train! Stress & pain blow! THANKFUL FOR GODS GIFT OF THE DRIVE TO EXERCISE!!! :)

Morning, Amy :) Thank you (I might leave them there).

No worries - although I may not be posting as regularly when I start getting busier again; maybe daily only the Motivationals and a few notes. We'll see how it goes - I have to be careful not to overload myself with too much, because while stress is GOOD for me for the most part, some of it is NOT.

Hope you're feeling better!

Looking very nice Rosie ;)

Cheers, bud

This is OUR Time!

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

WORTH Waiting AND Fighting FOR!

Your heart knows what it wants. And it knows what it’s prepared to do to get it. If it’s something you TRULY desire and long for above anything, you WILL do WHATEVER it takes - wait as long as it takes, fight as much as it takes, suffer as much as it takes, until your dreams manifest as reality.

Waiting teaches us patience. It is probably the one thing above all else that shows us how much we truly want something. Waiting suffers the battles, the fights, the struggles, the torment, the pain, the tears. It’s NOT giving up when things seem bleak, hope desolate and lost beyond belief. It’s having faith that no matter what, you WILL persevere, that it will all be WORTH it in the end.

Nothing great ever comes easy. It is always going to be a battle, because that is the way of life. It sorts out the wheat from the chaff, determines who REALLY has it in them to touch their dreams. After all, if you’re not fighting with EVERYthing you are and have, then you’re not really fighting, and if you’re not really fighting, then it means whatever it is you are fighting for does not mean that much to you.

Pain is just one price we pay for our dreams. Sometimes it is the most costly of all, because the road to our heart’s desire is neither short nor easy, and the most beautiful of things cannot be touched, but they must be felt. The most beautiful things in life often come out of the most intense and immeasurable pain, drawn from a soul that refuses to let go or give in or give up, knowing that even the deepest torture is nothing to endure to see their dreams alive and living.

When your heart wants something, TRULY desires it, you will find within you the STRENGTH to endure and overcome ANYthing in the pursuit of it. So hold TIGHT to your dreams, NEVER give up hope, and always have faith that every minute, every fight, every tear is WORTH it!

TRAINING

HIIT Run:
a. 4 min jogging
b. 8 x 20 sec sprint/10 sec easy
c. 4 min jogging

Stretch 21 min

Sleep: Took me quite a while to get to sleep, waking after ~3 hours and feeling completely shattered, the couple of hours' sleep after that broken and black.

Energy: EXHAUSTED! So much so that I didn't go out until just after 2100 to do my HIIT! And even then, though darker, the heat was still prevalent. Body still shattered.

Joints: Shoulders still aching. Neck also cricking a lot.

Quality of Training: Not my best, but I did SOMEthing - will just have to go extra hard tomorrow to "make up" for what I feel was lack of intensity (or ability to be intense) tonight.

Couldn't be any more correct. Well said.

Thank you, Jeff - it's been a rough few months for many of us, but we've found the strength to keep going and not give up, and some of us are coming out into the light now, which definitely, although not felt at the time, makes it all worth it

Wow again, I like that pic even better... yiou're killin me :)

There'll be no dying on MY watch, Doug :p

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

The Scary Choices

Sometimes we find a dream in our heart that we didn’t realize was there, discovered during a period of darkness, or when someone or something completely UNexpected comes into our life and we are knocked out for the count. Sometimes those dreams can SCARE us beyond all imagining, something we never wanted or ever thought we could or would want, held in trepidation as we debate the decision whether or not to FOLLOW our heart in this matter.

Will we or won’t we? Will we step out and risk everything we know and have ever known for something OUTSIDE the scope of our experience and knowledge, so unknown that we feel helpless and lost in navigating our way through it? Will we choose to look BEYOND everything that could possibly go wrong on the journey, seeing instead the wonderful OPPORTUNITY that life is blessing us with, the dream we have denied our heart for so long?

Whether your mind acknowledges it or not, once you are AWARE of this dream, you can NEVER become UNaware, that dream becoming a PART of you, living and breathing with you, held capture in your heart, no matter how far down you may try to push it or try to deny its existence out of fear of what might happen IF you follow it. You’ll never know if you don’t give it a chance, if you don’t take the risk and put yourself out there, if you don’t DO.

But when you’re afraid and you just DO it anyway, that’s when you grow and open yourself up to new POSSIBILITIES, when your heart SINGS in the exhilarating feeling of not knowing but knowing and having FAITH that something WONDERFUL is going to happen. It’s not just persevering and desiring it with a force more powerful than you ever realized, but it’s making the choices that scare us the MOST, stepping into the decisions that you want so desperately but have never allowed yourself to consider a plausible reality, that CHANGE us the most and can be the BEST things we ever do, WORTH everything in the end.

Will YOU hear and HEED the call of you HEART and take the RISK, no matter how fearful you are, no matter how hard the path ahead might seem, to SEE where it takes you, to take the chance that it could be something that ENRICHES your life BEYOND anything else you have ever known? Will you be BRAVE and EMBRACE it, knowing that God would never have offered such an unexpected gift it He did not WANT it for you? WILL YOU?

OTHER NOTES

Sleep: The exhaustion yesterday was reflected in how long I slept - although I woke several times, ended up getting 10-11 hours and STILL woke feeling like I had been run over by a train, eyes bright red.

Mood: My soul feels so LIGHT :)

Energy: Boundless, once I got into training - mood definitely makes a difference as well, because I woke shattered as hell.

Libido: HIGH!

Joints: Shoulders still not good - left tendons clicking over each other painfully during resistance training, and right so painful I had to dig my nails into it during post-weights cardio to minimize the pain. Neck a little "out" as well, but working on it - has become more prominent the more my shoulders hurt.

Quality of Training: Took my bike off the rollers and RODE to the gym today (going to start doing this from now on methinks) - felt awesome to be out on the road again and made me realize how much I missed it, but anyways...I was smiling when I walked into the gym (it truly IS my "happy" place, although my smile was because of something else entirely), ready to get into the weights. Stuck with quadsets (really enjoy doing these), changing up the exercises for some variety. Noticed last night in the mirror how much more developed my left lateral delt is than my right and couldn't help but see this in the gym as well - going to have to work on that. Definition was great though. Smiled for the most part through the pain of my shoulders (which started playing up early) and the lightheadedness (that set in during QuadSet D), my "usual" training face only on through QuadSet B - where my neck started playing up on me (went away after this quadset though). Finished covered in a glistening sheen of sweat, feeling my abs tight (they need to LOOK as tight as they felt during and after planks), eyes bright, in pain but unable to keep the smile away...

Overall Sense of Feeling: My entire body is SMILING!

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

The Wall

A wall is nothing but an obstacle. And obstacles are always going to present whenever you are chasing your dreams. When one comes to a wall there are several types of people - those who hit the wall and STOP, those who climb OVER the wall, those who see the wall coming and go AROUND it, and those who just keep going right THROUGH the wall.

Those who hit the wall and stop are a great majority. Sadly, these are those who will NEVER achieve anything great in their life, because they are too afraid to take the risk or refuse to see the possibilities BEYOND the obstacles in their path. They are content to sit back and watch life, instead of being a PART of it. Ironically, these are also those who are the most likely to be the ones throwing stones and obstacles in the paths of those who ARE out there taking the risks and doing great things.

Those who climb over the wall are few. They REFUSE to believe that the wall is the end of their hopes and dreams, knowing that there is a way OVER every obstacle set before them. They are the thinkers, the doers, those who step out there and just do what it TAKES to get the task done. They are NOT afraid to fall, trying again and again if they do, because what they want is far greater than the obstacles.

Those who see the wall coming and go around it are also few. They are the ones who are always thinking, always analyzing, always looking AHEAD. They are aware that NOTHING is easy, that there will always be obstacles, and they ALREADY have a plan before they come to any obstacles on how to deal with them, so that they expend as little effort as possible, being as EFFICIENT in the pursuit of their goals as they can be.

Those who keep going right through the wall are rare. They are the ones who refuse to let ANYthing stop them from achieving their goals and dreams, determined to have them at any cost, driven with a passion understood only by like-minded souls, possessing immense strength of both mind and body, believing and having such faith in their heart that NOTHING can stop them. They will do WHATEVER it takes and make every sacrifice to see their dreams made reality, even if it means that they come close to destruction in the process.

I know what I AM; what I DO. What type of person are YOU?

Recline Bike 20 min @ 105-108 rpm

Stretch 24 min

Session 2

Run 3 miles

OTHER NOTES

Sleep: ~6 hours. Woke fine.

Mood: Just an overwhelming sense of happy.

Energy: Was great right up until ~1600, when suddenly just felt myself "crash" - could possibly be because of the pain in my shoulders, since that always seems to take more out of my body than I realize, especially when it is sharp and constant like it is at the moment.

Joints: Left anterior delt right IN the joint is in the LOT of pain - has been since got home from the gym. Right anterior delt/bi, though achy, is surprisingly not biting in pain - was the worst of the two during training though, and again during post-weights cardio had to REALLY dig my nails into it. Right wrist also had some issues with during QuadSet B.

Quality of Training: I am TRYING to be CAREFUL of both my shoulders during training, continuing to train with intensity, pushing it when I can, but also "allowing" some "slack" on some exercises re weight and/or reps, especially when the pain becomes so much I want to stop and SCREAM. For the most part today though, I had a goofy expression, almost mischievous smile on my face throughout the majority of my training today, lost in my own little world.

Supplements: Started Magic Matcha today (changes reflected in post #1) - using a scoop once or twice daily, mixed in with my RecoverPRO.

1) Are crushing it and lowering ones shoulder and plowing through about the same? :)

2) Nice to see that despite struggling with some injuries, you are feeling happy.

3) Your workouts are so non stop, I swear my heart rate increases just reviewing them. I think those would have been difficult for me even as a 17 year old wrestler, and that was probably the best cardio vascular shape I have ever been in in my life.

What if you keep smashing the wall with your skull?? That is what I am prone to do. I should probably analyze harder and go around but I am definitely a meet things head on face to face kind of guy. Good thing my skull is a thick one.....or maybe not :)

Stunning photo....speechless!

1) Anything where you break THROUGH the wall or demolish it is "crushing" it :D

2) I am. Someone actually made a comment today about me seeming/being happy (apparently when they knew me back when and the odd occasions I have seen them I have been the "old" me).

3) They HAVE to be for my body. I actually took my heart rate on during post-weights cardio and it was not very high at all - so low I had to REcheck it, LOL.

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

YOUR Journey

Your life is YOUR life. Your Journey is YOUR journey. You are YOUR competition. You are the ONLY one who knows exactly what is going on with YOU.

Never mind what anyone else’s life is like - concentrate on your OWN. Everyone has their issues - trials and triumphs - but you need only concern yourself with your OWN. You may feel tempted to interject your opinion in another’s life - look instead to your OWN and see what you can scrutinize. There is no one else making the decisions in YOUR life - only YOU, so do not look to anyone else, because it is not their role to play.

Only YOU can walk your journey in life. You are not given what you are so that you can COMPARE it to another, but so that you can GROW and BECOME what you are MEANT to be. The challenges you face along the way, every experience you go through, are all intended so that you LEARN and ultimately to CREATE A BETTER YOU.

When you focus on making YOURSELF better, then you help OTHERS become better. The sum of your life experiences makes you UNIQUE, gives you something no one else has, so that you can USE those experiences to hold OUT a helping hand to others who may have or be experiencing a similar situation. You are meant to SHARE NOT COMPARE. Life is meant to be walked through WITH others, not AGAINST them.

Mood: Someone noted today that I seemed happy, not at all like I used to be when they knew me "before". Must be all the smiling :)

Energy: Picked up a little as I worked today, but after training I was just so exhausted I didn't feel like doing a thing. Started feeling better after eating in the evening.

Joints: SHOULDERS - especially anterior deltoid and right posterior deltoid.

Quality of Training: What can I say - I did it, a wet and dripping mess from half-way through, struggling to breathe at times.

Only Heaven...

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

The Future

We don’t know what the future holds. We cannot predict it. But - we CAN HOPE for it. We CAN TRUST in His promises and have Faith that He knows what He’s doing, the way He’s moulding our circumstances - turning negatives into positives, fears into dreams, failures into opportunities - so that we can have nothing but the BEST. He ALWAYS has something WAITING for us, even if WE make the choices that might eventually take us AWAY from those things. After all, we DO have FREE WILL, the power of CHOICE, and what we do is not always in line with what He would want us to do. But, it IS our life, and we HAVE that grace.

We do not have dreams in our hearts for NO reason, so if you have one that CONSUMES you, then know that it is there for a PURPOSE. You might not know what for - and if you do, then more power to you - but when you DO, then nothing but good things can eventuate from its fruition, no matter how hard the journey there might be.

Even if we have a dream in our heart, it is not meant to STAY there. It is meant to be SHARED. You’re NOT alone on your journey to bringing it about. And if you have a dream, YOU cannot wait for Him to just “do it” for you - YOU must get out there and DO it yourself. YOU need to build the foundation, start the framework of your masterpiece, find the tools to help you, the people who will build with you, make the final decisions on anything important. He might place a dream there, or it might be OUR dream, born from the passion He instilled in us, but it is up to US to ultimately DO something about it.

I don’t know what my future holds. But I know what I WANT it to hold. I know what my heart HOPES for it to hold. And I know what I must do to get there. The journey is not going to be easy by any means, but it is one that I am WILLING to take, obstacles I will run THROUGH, chase away any shadows of doubt with the light of belief. Whatever happens, I know that He is looking out for me, that if my dreams are in line with HIS dreams for me, then there is an incredibly amazing and wonderful future ahead of me, beautiful and BLESSED and well WORTH waiting for.

Day OFF

OTHER NOTES

Sleep: Didn't go to bed until close to 0300, but it was a while before going to sleep, having to get up for work a few hours later.

Joints: Shoulders still painful.

Body Composition: Same as last week, albeit eight pounds heavier (likely predominantly food and/or water weight, since my nutrition has still been hell this week). Have some more muscle mass in legs since been riding my bike around (yes, doesn't take much - something I am NOT thrilled about!), as well as in delts and arms (that I AM happy with - need to get THEM bigger and LOSE the mass gained in lower body).

I can never get enough of you!

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

I'M POSSIBLE!

NOTHING is IMpossible! “Impossible” is NOTHING! If I didn’t already believe, after everything I have done, seen, and been through, I can say this with absolute certainty.

Miracles happen EVERY day. “Impossible” happens EVERY day.

There are so many things that cannot be explained, but they ARE done. Just because you canNOT explain something does not mean that it cannot be done! Just because you do not UNDERSTAND something does not mean that it cannot be done. Just because your mind cannot comprehend the scope of the POSSIBLE does NOT make something “impossible”.

ANYthing is possible - especially with God. If you have FAITH and BELIEVE in it.

“Impossible” inspires others. It inspires ACTION.

BE “impossible”, an example of what “can’t” be done. Live life with the knowledge that our dreams and aspirations ALL have the power and potential to be a very REAL possibility! BELIEVE in it, for that’s when things will start HAPPENING!

Make the “impossible” POSSIBLE! BE the “impossible”!

OTHER NOTES

Sleep: Broken, waking often throughout the morning, eventually drifting into the longest period of sleep for ~2 hours just after the alarm where I wanted to get UP.

Mood: SO HAPPY! Even had someone mention to me this afternoon, "I can tell."

Energy: Had it until ~1930 and then just had nothing.

Joints: Shoulders, lower back, neck, and wrists all giving me issues - since my shoulders are so painful, and everything else is playing up in tune it seems. The jarring of riding my bike on the roads here is not being kind on my wrists. If things change I will note - otherwise, just know that my shoulders are so painful that I am "allowing" for the pain where I can in training.

Quality of Training: Started out smiling - as I have been this last week. The smile disappeared for a while during SuperSets E and F when the pain in my shoulders REALLY started biting - had managed to "ignore" it up until then - but came back once they were done.

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

Troubled Waters

If you’ve ever been in the ocean on a stormy day you’ll know what it’s like out there - how rough, the waves pounding down, pummelling the shore, hard and heavy, even in the deeper waters, debris washing ashore, taken from far out to sea. Storms cast wide nets, troubling not just the shore but the HEART of the ocean itself as well, stirring it into a frenzy of confusion and distress.

But storms are not all horrible - they can be BEAUTIFUL and refreshing, and you find your CALM in the midst of all the chaos, clearing your mind of trouble. Amidst that storm, in all the cacophony of thought and action in and around you, you can find an inner STILLNESS, an inner sense of peace, a cleansing touch to wash AWAY the debris from your life and your heart.

We NEED the troubled waters to learn how to survive. We need them to show us how to stay AFLOAT. We are never meant to be there to flounder and struggle, and if we do such, only so that we discover HOW to swim, to TRIUMPH against the odds and come out VICTORIOUS. Troubled waters are just another test, another obstacle we must battle through in life.

In troubled waters we often FIND ourselves, discover what we are truly capable of, what we are willing to do just to stay alive. For none of us want to drown, even if we might think we do - all we want is to know that we’ll be ok, that we are NOT alone in our struggle. Sometimes we must experience that struggle to UNDERSTAND who we are and what we value in life, what we are living FOR and desire with all our soul.

Troubled waters make us do one of the hardest things in the world to do - look INSIDE ourselves and see what is there. Is it a soul worth saving? Of course it is. Is there anything that needs to be let go of and left behind for good? Absolutely. Is there more than we thought possible hidden deep down in the depths? Yes, just waiting for the right time to reveal itself and come into its own.

Troubled waters give us an OPPORTUNITY to say yes or no to life and determine in our hearts how we will LIVE that life if we choose to save it; to see what we are truly made of and capable of being and BECOMING; to see life from a different perspective, CHANGED from the inside out. Troubled waters CLEANSE us and prepare us for what is to come, the future and all the Blessings it has WAITING.

OTHER NOTES

Sleep: Finally turned the lights out just after 0130, but did not get to sleep easily, and did not stay asleep long once there, because the cat kept coming in and squawking in my face on every hour.

Mood: Tired but happy.

Energy: Didn't have a lot on waking and felt shattered as, but despite that went out for a run, before heading to the gym to hammer a client prior to my own resistance training. WAS going to do another 3-mile run later tonight, but so shattered that I'm just letting it be and hope I get some decent sleep instead.

Quality of Training: Shoulders so very painful from the word go. Left wrist also very painful - so much that I strapped it up half-way through - and right started "pulling" on the last set of Rope Tricep Push-Downs (from the heavier weight). All in all it was an ok session - definition in delts and arms is looking better; vascularity is excellent; pump was extreme and painful at times; energy was there once I got into it.

Other Notes: I never would have imagined when I wrote The 3 Keys to Fat Loss back in 2008 - as a "guide" re fat loss, since many of those I trained then wanted it, or I got asked about it all the time - that it would become so popular and "in demand". Funny the way things happen - also a blessing though, and after being approached to become the newest Invalid Link Removed, it has now published there as well :)

Wow Rosie your last 2 pics are great. Hate to hear the shoulders are giving you such a hard time still. Looks like professionally your options are really opening up. That is great you really do deserve it you work hard for it.

Thanks, Chris :) Yeah, I am trying to be very careful with them - and my wrists as well (riding on the roads here is not being nice to them re jarring). They are, but I definitely have to get back to where I was on my birthday re conditioning and be that MAXIMUM 24/7/365! I can always be better!

Same thing I keep telling myself! There is always room for improvement! Sky is the limit. Keep it up Rosie :)

Hmmm guess I finally popped in here ;)!

Absolutely, Dave! Every day should be about improving on the day before!

I'll Be Your Angel

MOTIVATIONAL OF THE DAY

How Much DIFFERENCE We Make

Just because we are alive does not give us the right to live selfishly - well, we have that CHOICE, but it’s not our PURPOSE here. We are alive for a mission - our purpose is to help OTHERS become better, whether we do that through sharing our life’s story and message and experiences, or just aiding another with something they are new to, struggling with, need, and more.

We are here to help each other THROUGH life, so that we ALL become better than we were, moulded into the people we are MEANT to be, an ultimate version of ourselves.

When you speak or act, don’t do it to see what you can get out of a situation, but to see what you can GIVE to a situation. You may never know the full truth of anything, or how your interaction with those involved will change the course of events - if it does. Every word, every action, conscious and unconscious, has an impact, whether we know it or not. We may never see the results of that impact - it could be small or it could be great, but it is MADE; and once we have done something it cannot be UNdone.

Once you realize that life is not for living only for you, your whole perspective can CHANGE. Especially as you realize that living with a purpose makes a difference not only in others’ lives, but in YOURS as well.

To quote Rick Warren, “Living on purpose is the only way to really live. Everything else is just existing.”

TRAINING

HIIT Run:
a. 4 min jogging
b. 8 x 20 sec sprint/10 sec easy
c. 16 min jogging

Stretch 20 min

OTHER NOTES

Sleep: Went to bed just before 1930 last night (yes, I was THAT shattered!), sleeping deeply on and off right through (with a period between 2300-0045, when I was awake and up) until 0700 this morning. Definitely needed the sleep, but still felt exhausted on waking.

Energy: Not a lot today.

Quality of Training: Just a single [HIIT] session today. Feeling hamstrings - from Monday's training or riding my bike everywhere again. Body just exhausted during HIIT, feeling my lower legs being stressed - notice this on Monday on the treadmills, actually, so going to minimize treadmill usage henceforth. Just did less sprints today and continued on with some jogging.

You guys are so motivated with this ideal of continuous improvement I am exhausted just thinking about it. I am a little less intense in that area.

Yah there is no point to this lifestyle without persuing improvement... there are sometimes setbacks but through it we soldier on....
What about just enjoying it. Sometime I like to just go in and enjoy myself for long periods. Workout for the enjoyment not tracking progress, not always working for something. I just work as hard as I want doing what I want for a while. I am always a hard worker so intensity is never an issue. However, I keep myself sane by not always trying to improve. I like to feel like I am good enough to be pleased with myself and my progress and can just relax chill and enjoy myself in the gym. Sometimes just relaxing and avoiding a backslide by just having fun is just what I need, sometimes downtime and a little bit of backsliding is what I need also. Missing a step can be frustrating but it can also be the thing that give you a longer stride there after.

My body didn't feel that way - still doesn't, and I am going to head to the gym in ~30 minutes (have a client and then do my own training), hoping it "picks up" some before my training.

LOL My body just sleeps when it sleeps - there is no telling it, and only a few nights ago I barely slept at all!

Yeah, changing shifts can be hard sometimes - try doing split-shifts and back-to-backs working 2-3 different jobs! You'll be ok, though, Dave - enjoy your sleep :)

Strong work here. Rosie your pursuance and drive is compelling. I love leeching off of these types of posts because they literally jazz me up for my own workouts and give me all the motivational support I need. I enjoy the pain of workouts as well... especially as an afterthought. Although I know that having NO pain after a workout does not necessarily translate to work being done, it certainly does FEEL good when that pain/soreness sets in. Tear it down. Build it up. Keep coming back!

Thumbs up, girl!

Thanks, Dave, but the pain during (and after) my training is NOT a "good" pain - which is why I AM being careful, but not welcoming it as well, if you know what I mean. And yes, just because one does not experience DOMS - the "good" pain - does not mean that they did NOT work, and pain during training does not mean that one IS working.

I really really dig that MOD! I feel like there is so much insecurity in the world these days that people are scared to truly be themselves. I continually look to grow and am extremely aware of things like this through reading and self growth.

I was talking to my step Dad about this just the other day and agree with him; we are part of a small percentage in the world that strives to be better every day. People that try to improve in emotional stability, spirituality, strength, self awareness, in our professional lives and knowledge in general. Aspiring to be better day in and day out can be good or bad, it certainly narrows (in my opinion) down people that we share common ground with. So for me to read your logs its pretty cool to see others out there, yourself and those that post in your threads that have the same mind set.

Anyways sorry for the rant; too much caffeine this AM : )

Afternoon Rosie,

Do you go from version to version of Shred Matrix as they release it? Or is there a specific version you have stock of? Thanks.

There has only been ONE reformulation of Shred Matrix - that occurred well a year ago. I have used both the original and now currently use the newest formula. I do not stock up on Shred Matrix - if that's what you're really asking.

Yes, there is. Many people allow others to tell them what to do and be, pushing who they are deep down inside, either because they are not strong enough to truly make a stand for themselves and be their own person, or because who they are when revealed is not "acceptable" to those around them, or they have been conditioned thus (many more reasons no doubt, but they are what come to mind). There comes a time in your life where you stop caring about what others think - if you ever did - and just be YOU. You HAVE to be! Life is a one-time shot and you don't want to look back and realize that you never really lived at all. Accepting yourself with EVERYthing you are can be a hard thing, but it is also very rewarding, and when we are around those who just accept you for who you are and encourage it, then you REALLY begin to blossom and flourish, and the whole world can change. People have got to STOP living life afraid - after all, at the end of the day, the only one who's opinion really matters is His, and we should not be living to please man, but fulfill the purpose of becoming the person we were MEANT to be, learning and growing along the way, embracing our mission in life, doing what we were BORN to do. And yes, such people are rare, but the world is always going to be like that - but you are always going to need leaders and those who live by example, otherwise who else are the rest going to follow and emulate?

Rant is fine, LOL :p

No was just curious because an online supplement store I use at times has 2 versions of it at 2 different prices (one of which drastically reduced). I realize one is the original and the other is the new, was just curious if you have used both...Thanks for replying.
