Thanks Chris! The way things are going, I should be able to get close to 180 by the end of cycle which will leave me a few security lbs so I can end up at least 175 at Christmas (with my ABS still showing). I have a pretty extensive PCT so dropping just water is all I expect ;)

Yeah, I am really going to have to tighten up my diet to achieve my goal. I may have overshot my expectations a bit. Oh well I am gonna do my best without going full blown competition diet mode. If not I have no problem doing the deed. The embarrassment of not succeeding will be worse than the actual video itself for me.

Today is Thanksgiving, and obviously no gym. Just rest and lots of FOOD :food: There will not be any calorie targets at all today. I'm going to eat everything and anything I want and enjoy the time with family. I will be back to hitting it hard tomorrow in the gym..

I'm still noticing more visible changes in the mirror each day. I am lookin g bigger and fuller for sure, but I am also looking leaner over the last couple days too. I dont know that I am actually getting leaner, but more than likely just still drying out from the epi. Whatever it is has done some good changes to the midsection and is making me look much better. Weight isalso still going up, so its a win all the way around right now ;)

Yah it's almost hard to read the progress being made when my workouts really tanked this week.. Warrior is acummulative and the biggest week was this week. I am trashed... new workout on Saturday though phase 2 I have never done this one.

Phase 2 is a lot of fun. It adds in that 5x5 to the mix which increases the level of intensity even further!! Worked pretty well for me though. If you put the work in, you get quite a bit in return on the warrior workout ;)

Thanks for the vote of confidence Rick. I just hope I can get the back of my knee to cooperate, no cardio or leg work at all this week. That is not helping me burn calories at all.... Had a good workout yesterday though before the big meal Jeff came by and we killed it in the garage.

LOL, just curious what suggestions... Wife won't have any of that though... maybe I can do some MCT Oil or Synthol spot injections right into the muscle belly. make them swell up like this fool Invalid Link Removed

I'm just wondering because I am about to switch over to lean gains, have a cycle coming up in January where im gonna cut my bf from 13% to 8-9%, and just kind want to know what's the best way to keep your gains while staying lean.

Yeh thats Valentino, or whatever his name is....I remember seeing his interview or something where he talked about injecting straight into the bicep.

Then you wouldn't need a pillow you could sleep anywhere... looks nice and soft..

It does appear kinda squishy....not the look I would want nonetheless. I want a great physique, and a great physique in most peoples eyes is not that guy or even the biggest guy. Aesthetics mean different things to different people, but I can say that I get much more looks at the gym from the ladies than the "big guys" :D

Yeh man, burn days generally get relaxed during PCT. I will add in another 300-500 cals each burn day and ease up or even drop cardio altogether for the first 2-3 weeks of PCT until I hit some decent recovery. Most important is holding the gains, so that should be the focus.

Had a pretty good volume heavy workout yesterday despite getting 4 hours of sleep after Black Friday shopping madness with the wife. I did get some PRs that was pretty decent and strength was up on everything. As far as composition changes, I am still notticing them daily. I am almost convinced now that I am leaning out. i know I dropped some water with the Epi, but it has continued further, and I look a bit leaner now while weight is holding pretty steady. Its a nice welcome to get some leaning going on to help any fat I gained over the last month. I think I will be looking pretty good by the end of this cycle. My only concern is where my weight will be for the unwrap your abs challenge. If I can get to 178-179, I will feel good. Right now I'm holding at 176ish. Diesel will be ending in about 3 days, so I dont know how or if it will affect my weight and appearance any. I will do more pics soon...probably in a few days or so, because I think there is enough changes going on with looking leaner that I am going to want some opinions on. Here is yesterdays workout...

That was covered in Bigger, Stronger, Faster. He said he knew he looked better in the eyes of others, before, but he wanted bigger. I agree he looked better before, but it's all about personal preference.

Yeh I don't have a good explanation other than the diesel and EPI stacked are doing incredible things to my strength and endurance

Mason what were you planning to use for that cycle. I have been on LG for about 8 weeks and leaning up nicely. I myself plan to cycle start of the year and want to do a recomp style as well to still lose more BF. I was thinking of just a basic epi/trenazone. I have used neither but read wonderful things. Any suggestions for me or as well as you Rick would be helpful.

EPI/Trenazone would work great for recomp. I did a recomp with Helladrol and Trenazone and it was incredible. As long as the diet and training are dialed in, it will give great results ;)

Epi / Tren was my first cycle, gained 15 lbs in 3 weeks lost some bodyfat, kept about 12 of those lbs. I'm planning on a less harsh cycle this time, such as Helladrol possibly stacked with Katanadrol 2.0, heard some great things about Helladrol and K2 would just add on to the results. If you want to talk more you can PM me or something, I don't want to write all over ricks thread lol.

Great work Rick, I have my work cut out for me now. I took some pics and even though I have dropped a little weight and definitely gotten thinner in the waist my abs haven't really even budged. So much for taking it easy... Next month is non stop hardcore dieting and A LOT of cardio. Lots of swimming more than likely... I really don't think I have time to get to my goal but I have enough time to look really good in a diaper. ;)

Don't be so quick to set yourself up for failure just yet Chris. I think you are closer to your goal than you think and certainly attainable with still almost a month to go. I myself need to add a couple pounds which is more of a priority than getting leaner which brings me to my update...

CYCLE DAY 28

Another rest day. I have definitely dried out pretty well from the EPI, and I have some significant improvements in definition lately. The water drop has left me looking leaner without necessarily being leaner. I will weigh in again tomorrow but I'm suspecting the weight is around the same 176ish as I have been. I now know that keeping my ABS by Christmas won't be a problem. What I need to focus on is being at least 175 by Christmas, and at that time I will be around 2 weeks into PCT. So...if I were to enter PCT today I would probably end up 172-173 or so. I need to gain at least a couple more lbs by the end of this cycle to be safe I think. As a result, I'm adding Cal's in....mostly on rest days to try and get there.
 
Great log so far boss. Workouts are looking intense and I like the detail in the updates. How many more days you got left till PCT?

I have 2 weeks left on EPI and 2 more days on diesel ;)

Chest has always been a problem for me but now that my shoulder is completely or doesn't seem to be getting stronger, I guess I am never going to see any PR's. My point is take care of your shoulders don't let you persuit of PR's fug things up. I know so many guys in my position and it's mostly due to bench press, and chest work.

CYCLE DAY 29

That is very true. Its easy to push a little too hard when on cycle, and that can be a bad thing as it increases the chance of injury. I did manage a couple of PRs today, but my shoulder is still bothering me a little just like last week, and the joint pain has started from the EPI. Its not bad, but I know its there. I will be going to 60mg also in a couple days when diesel runs out, so I am going to have go keep the fish oil and cissus high as well as making sure I get plenty of water. Triceps work was a little rough getting through, since that seems to be the worst when it comes to joints

It had been a few days since I checked my weight, and it was up to 178 (+13) this morning! If I can add another lb or 2 I will be happy with that, and should leave me pretty good for the contest ;)

I didn't realize how thick my waist had gotten even though my abs were still showing.
 
Everythings looking solid man. I have no doubt that you will acheive your goal of 175 after pct is said and done. Youre pcts are so thorough that they could be taken as a cycle of their own! =D
 
Everythings looking solid man. I have no doubt that you will acheive your goal of 175 after pct is said and done. Youre pcts are so thorough that they could be taken as a cycle of their own! =D

cardio bro is right man. Rick your PCTs are intense! SARMS, plus the best T boosters the market has to offer.
 
Thanks a lot guys. I like my PCT to be extensive and I like to hit recovery from multiple angles. I work too hard for these gains to let any of em go!
 
Looks a lot like my chest/tri split. I tend to rotate it every few weeks though, gotta love that muscle confusion theory. Good update!
 
CYCLE DAY 30

That shoulder issue that was bothering me yesterday has gotten more sore. Its not joint related from the EPI I don't think, because its just the one shoulder. It was pretty sore this morning, so I might have to take it easy on it for a while.

Today is my last day of Dieselbolan, and I will be going to 60mg EPI tomorrow. Cardio this morning was 30 minutes at 410 Cal's burned ( 15 minutes treadmill and 15 minutes elliptical). Diet will be around 2kish for the day with carbs a little lower. Looking like I need to clean up some, and I may take a pic tonight to post up...

Sorry about your shoulder. Nothing a little rest shouldn't be able to fix. Keep killing it.
