Dude.. Wait till you start.... 2 pills a day was legit .. Eating about / just over maintainance and i still have almost +15 lbs.. I can only imagine if you run this at a higher dose... Good ****

Orginally I was going to leave out the ABE, but after asking around and getting opinions, I will include it. Dopadex for the mucina purens, to keep my mood elevated throughout the pct should I have bad days or come off the "on" feeling. that is all. might be a little overkill, but better safe then sorry, only ran this at 2 pills a day which was recommended dosage. (Seen people use OTC for like 3/4 pills a day on some of these logs)

Deads(really focused on form. Focused on pushing wish my feet and like rodja said kind of turning it into a leg press. I went a little bit wider feet about 2 inches from plates. My legs are toast)

And No, the only thing sponsored here was ignite2. Everything else was mine. Pct Will be killer... Kinda excited for the epro / abe plus others.. Should get nasty!!

You guys should check out ignite 2 i posted up a review a few pages back. I really love the focus it gives me and a nice energy boost. Also has creatrona and aminosterone in it so if you take it everyday it should have added benefits. I didn't take every day just on workouts! Ignite2 is in my top3

I don't think so, I remember when my son was killing me by a landslide in all the compound lifts I still could out curl him. Big lifts are a lot about bone structure and tendons and less to do with muscle mass than a lot of people would think.

I have always preferred sumo as I like the way it puts less stress on the lower back.
That was my second reason for them as my standard form is just awful

Agreed you are a hard worker and it is definitely paying off. Every day can't be a PR or even as strong as your last PR it is the progress you make over time that shows you your success.

Haha lol well the stomach virus sucks because we all got it from our little niece, but the flu I'm thinking was from visiting my dad in the hospital. I hardly ever get that sick. It's usally just sinus crap. I will bounce back soon and with Hulk like power!
