45x6 135x6 225x6 245x4 265x4 275x3 285x2 295x2 305x1 315x1 all of these were below parallel and i loved it. It was easy.. Couldve went heavier but i didn't have a spotter .. Last time i squatted i only got 295x1 last set. I have never gotten parallel past 295, today i did!
Hamstring curl machine- today i wanted to try something i read online about treating the Hamstrings as a muscle group like the chest where you would do low reps and go heavy. So today i incorporated one heavy set followed by a light set with higher reps. Not a dropset but different sets.

Also sides I've experienced from alpha 1 is really just im prone to more acne.. And a little soreness from increased weight and workload. I've been recovering really well. The soreness is like doms not as extreme as what some of these other guys have been experiencing with really sore tendons almost to the point of taking a break it seems.YES I LOVE YOU MR BEANPOLE! i do it for you guys. Thanks Bro ill check it out if it gets worse. What i meant by the soreness was it would be like after a normal workout .. Imagine taking a month off then coming back. That kinda soreness.. Nothing extreme like actual Pain.Maybe use Achilles for the sore joints? Snags has posted some good results with it.

Been watching in the shadows bro,doing great!i had to work on my form for so long to figure out what stance is best for me.just keep those knees in line and kill it.widening my stance helped me so much,not too wide obviously,but hit my heels on good daysOh and regarding your suggestion i widened my stance on squats.. Glad it helped bro I actually brought my stance in a little bit because I was going super wide because thats just what I was used to. Usually had my feet braced against the sides of the power rack but I have since changed that. As long as your knees remain in line things are good. Incredible it truly islol bro I was 291 but huge more like well over weight. I went to the park about 3 years ago. My now 6 yr old boy Christian, now 6 was playing tag with me. I told him break time I need to catch my breath. He said Daddy you fat you need to lose weight and catch up with me. I said hell nah my kids didn't just say that. I took that and used it as fuel. Knowing I stayed active, but needed to up the game and change diet and figure out why I was so tired both played a role. I lost 20 lbs just by diet change and by that I mean life style not fad diet. Then finding out I had low t levels and getting trt help me to feel like I was supose to be feeling for a 29/30 yr old. Now at 32 and three years later I'm down to 219!!!! Goal is 185 to 195 I'm 5'5 but all my bf is upper chest, stomach, and back. My back is getting much better but damn it we all know the belly and chest is hardest to go. I have girl gone wild tits but never had gyno just got drop that weight. My calves are a freak of their own and my arms are starting to get lot of cuts. My determination got me this far and I will not stop ever.
I can sing a song of that, I was 305 and lost 70 then went back up to 280 and now I sit at around 200 and maintain that. That was the hardest thing for me is maintaining low body fat. I could lose it but couldn't stay that way. Now with LG it's really kind of easy.lol bro I was 291 but huge more like well over weight. I went to the park about 3 years ago.
