It's rain here right now. Turning to snow overnight. 2-4 inches expected with 50 mph winds...stupid

Pushups super set with real delt flies (10 lbs)
(20/12)x4 then the 5th set did 32 Pushups

Killed it.. 177 today.. I look huge!!!

45x6 135x6 225x6 245x4 265x4 275x3 285x2 295x2 305x1 315x1 all of these were below parallel and i loved it. It was easy.. Couldve went heavier but i didn't have a spotter .. Last time i squatted i only got 295x1 last set. I have never gotten parallel past 295, today i did!

Hamstring curl machine- today i wanted to try something i read online about treating the Hamstrings as a muscle group like the chest where you would do low reps and go heavy. So today i incorporated one heavy set followed by a light set with higher reps. Not a dropset but different sets.

130x12 150x3 135x10 160x3 140x8
Loved it.

Goblet squats 60sec each. 80/90 lb dbs

Then hyper extensions
12x bw 10x +25lb
Focused on squeezing the cheeks at the top and the negative of the Hamstrings on the way down



Killed it. Weighed 179 (+8lbs) 2weeks in like i said the other day..i look thick..and huge

Also sides I've experienced from alpha 1 is really just im prone to more acne.. And a little soreness from increased weight and workload. I've been recovering really well. The soreness is like doms not as extreme as what some of these other guys have been experiencing with really sore tendons almost to the point of taking a break it seems.

Other sides- insane strength gainz on a daily, euphoric mood, and mass gains

Thanks Bro ill check it out if it gets worse. What i meant by the soreness was it would be like after a normal workout .. Imagine taking a month off then coming back. That kinda soreness.. Nothing extreme like actual Pain.

Been watching in the shadows bro,doing great!i had to work on my form for so long to figure out what stance is best for me.just keep those knees in line and kill it.widening my stance helped me so much,not too wide obviously,but hit my heels on good days :)

Thanks Bro!! Yeah i used to squat narrow and it was so much work to get parallel without feeling some sort of pain or leaning forward too much

Glad it helped bro ;) I actually brought my stance in a little bit because I was going super wide because thats just what I was used to. Usually had my feet braced against the sides of the power rack but I have since changed that. As long as your knees remain in line things are good. I'm liking the new stance and the #s are starting to (surprisingly) go up.

thank you brotha, now i just gotta get that squat number up to par with yours.. i think that is what is holding my other lifts back.. because a tree cant grow its limbs out without huge tree trunks right? Once my squat goes up so should my other numbers!
 
lol bro I was 291 but huge more like well over weight. I went to the park about 3 years ago. My now 6 yr old boy Christian, now 6 was playing tag with me. I told him break time I need to catch my breath. He said Daddy you fat you need to lose weight and catch up with me. I said hell nah my kids didn't just say that. I took that and used it as fuel. Knowing I stayed active, but needed to up the game and change diet and figure out why I was so tired both played a role. I lost 20 lbs just by diet change and by that I mean life style not fad diet. Then finding out I had low t levels and getting trt help me to feel like I was supose to be feeling for a 29/30 yr old. Now at 32 and three years later I'm down to 219!!!! Goal is 185 to 195 I'm 5'5 but all my bf is upper chest, stomach, and back. My back is getting much better but damn it we all know the belly and chest is hardest to go. I have girl gone wild tits but never had gyno just got drop that weight. My calves are a freak of their own and my arms are starting to get lot of cuts. My determination got me this far and I will not stop ever.

Holy shiet that is inspirational packman!! That is incredible progress!! -80lbs holy ****!!!!!!!!! Damn dude im gonna be thinking about that my next gym sesh man. Incredible it truly is

I can sing a song of that, I was 305 and lost 70 then went back up to 280 and now I sit at around 200 and maintain that. That was the hardest thing for me is maintaining low body fat. I could lose it but couldn't stay that way. Now with LG it's really kind of easy.

Only 2 more weeks of pct then I'm off till march. Well il be taking G8 from now till march. Then in march il fire up my 60 day alpha, 550, epi-v, and thermadex cycle.
