You guys should check out ignite 2 i posted up a review a few pages back. I really love the focus it gives me and a nice energy boost. Also has creatrona and aminosterone in it so if you take it everyday it should have added benefits. I didn't take every day just on workouts! Ignite2 is in my top3

I don't think so, I remember when my son was killing me by a landslide in all the compound lifts I still could out curl him. Big lifts are a lot about bone structure and tendons and less to do with muscle mass than a lot of people would think.
