Take it easy man, just do enough to get the blood flowing. High reps, adequate stretching. Don't push it and have a huge set back.

Using dbol pre wo and wo days only
3 1/2 weeks into the injectables

Chest/shoulders

Kept it pretty light and was a good WO shoulder is not bothered at all only experiencing pain during pulling exercises. Called my Dr and Ins. and I'm cleared for an MRI if need be

Shoulder WO was actually really productive I was so sore (in the good way) and pumped It was painful to lift my arms

And that was it no inclines or cables

Over head presses
Reverse peck deck

Thursday

Went and hit up back and decided that I needed to push a little to see what the next step is. Well I warmed up and went light and it was minimally uncomfortable and the more I got into it the more it loosened up

Bottom line I'm pretty confident that its nothing to serious prob just a product of doing to much to quick and to heavy so I'm gonna slow things up a bit and let the Deca and EQ do what it is there for

That's what I was thinking. Doing these heavy dosed cycles puts us in a mind frame that we can lift anything. We have to make rational weight-increases. Those little 2 and 1/2 pound plates are there for a reason.

Make small jumps. They're easier to maintain anyway.

Be mindful of that shoulder and make smaller weight increases until it heals completely.

Wednesday on Incline DB Presses I worked up to the 140's for 12 reps. I've been building up to those kind of poundages for a very long time. You won't see me grabbing up the 170's next week!!! That kind of progress takes time.

Update

Weight 231.4lbs :)

Liking the scales this morning and on top of that the tren ace has finally kicked in :) more likely a result of my switching brands 3 days ago. Last night I had those unmistakable night sweats, better up the calories

Back has had a nice burn from Thursday wo and shoulder is pretty good, think I just strained something in there. I'm going to slow things up and keep the weights right where they r for now slow and steady wins the race.

Would love to get some pictures up and get your opinions but that prob have to wait until the weekend and have my son take, the wife finds the picture taking thing very narcasistic

Will hit up chest tomorrow
 
Good job ed! I wish I could have your motivation. I usually shrug most stuff off and keep at it but if I get sick or get an injury I have a bad attitude towards lifting or making gains. I still lift but that mentality puts me in a slump. Keep killing it!
 
About to stick myself with 1 1/2cc suspension and.some.Dbol if this doesn't induce gyno nothing will, I still have yet to break out the AI or anything for progestin

I have a good friend and he is 270 ripped and been at this for 15 years solid but he has to run AI entire cycle and is prone to prolactin and estro gyno

Suspension eh?? Hell i pinned tren ed, i guess i could always try adding some susp to the barrel... is there really that big of a difference?

Given that I've dropped the Anadrol I'd say suspensio pre WO is all its made out to be no exaggeration, bloody amazing and y that with tren suspension will have to be next. See if I can lay my hands on some for the tail end of this cycle, I think I know a man that can accommodate :)

Good strong Back WO

Was a bit side tracked by some personal stuff so WO kind of lingered on and on and on

I did match my old PR DL 585 and I def had another 10-20lbs in me

Also i did a lot of sets of 45lb weighted pull ups until i finally failed at 4

loving my suspension now i typically hate leg day but for once i was looking forward to it and im also liking squatting heavier in the lower rep range... my squats are nothing impressive but i go nice and deep within 6-8” from the ground and i have long legs WO partner turned up for a change so that was a bonus

THE SHOULDER

Having gone through entire upper body in the last few days it seems that whatever is going on in there is most aggravated by incline DB curls not pushing and no longer pulling
 
I'm the same way with Sqauts and you are a bit stronger than I am.

I have big legs I think, but I'm not tossing 425 on there and squating it (altough I would DL it in a heartbeat)

Did you have a chance to look over what I started yesterday? I'm not sure if you said you were going to follow, but you better bish, I want your input!
 
those put a good stretch on that bicep tendon that runs up into your shoulder. If you injured it originally doing some rows there is a good chance its actually the bicep tendon that is aggravated up towards that attachment in the shoulder.

Do you know how to find it yourself? Its quick and easy to identify if its an issue with a little pressue.

5 Days later
1 1/2cc Suspension 60 mins Pre WO and after dropping the Anadrol

365 x 5
385 x 7
365 x 9 and i felt if id had a spotter if prob have gotten 10

Im trying to keep my reps above 5 for now as my shoulder is less than 100% then i hope to hit up the program that Mr. Kabuzki designed for me weeks 7 - 16 for the big crescendo :)

as far as goals are concerned they are 500lb bench and 240lb @ 10% bf or better and ive given myself until the end of the year to complete

As far as the 500 is concerned i think i have a strong chance of getting there on this cycle if i stay healthy but if takes another cycle thats OK, so the 240 @ 10% is on the back-burner but i am eating realativly cleanly and abs are still present but im not gonna do a summer time cut, ill run right up to about 255-260 and look to drop 15-20lb to meet my 240 goal.. Im hoping to get this done within the year although its gonna be a challenge and will require a cruise followed by another bulk and then ill cut with Tren, Clen and T3

I remember reading a convo with lee priest a while back about his use of suspension. He would run it for very short blast cycle 3-6 weeks if i remember correctly but the gains and strength he would get off of them was out of this world. I would like to try some. How is the injects with that? I thought I remember him saying that it was the most painful sauce but i could be wrong It was a while ago.

Yes it is notoriously painful but when I say this gear is smooth as butter I'm not exaggerating, I believe the chemist who makes has micronized the powder and this stops the gear from crystalizing at the inject site hence thes pain associated with suspension

its achy when i work shoulders and some times when i lay on my side it aches

Yea I seem.to be back on track and the cycle is exceeding my expectations so far and I feel great to, no sides worth talking about except I'm noticing that although libido is strong I'm taking for ever to shoot a load, I do have a ton of progestins in here right now. I keep expecting to sprout udders over night and start lactating a motherload of milk but nips seem fine no lumps and no real bloat, so for the.time being the AI and anti progestin remain on hand and unopened ;)

Dunno Whats going on but I just jumped on the bathroom scale and it read 240.7 scales.digital and not that great but ****

Took a phone picture you can still see my abs gotta be a combination of the deca kicking in and 4 days straight suspension at 1 1/2cc ED

Better keep a close eye on my nips coz I'm blowing up, ill get picture up in next 20 minutes it was taken right after weigh in which was 1130pm bare in mind I normally weigh myself in the mornings after breakfast but still WTF

Oh and WO was ok too :) Bis/shoulders infact shoulders were so pumped that Bis were a struggle for first 10 minutes until my shoulders calmed down

damn u look great. nice and lean, with cuts. please dnt get bulky and fat trying to gain size. just keep it nice and slow and dont lose this body.
