    I had a question. Tried to pm you, but I'm new and it won't let me pm until I make 7 posts. Anyway, I've read some of your posts and since ur a pro, figured you could tell me if I'm doing anything wrong for this cycle. I started a thread but didn't get much feedback. Your opinions would help.

    Looking to do first cycle. Done tons of research. Seems as if everyone has conflicting opinions. Also, some sites like elite fitness seem to push certain products and are not objective.

    Im 6ft 250. Played American Football my whole life, and have weight trained for 15 years. Looking to gain lean mass, and lose excess fat. Built big naturally, not looking to blow up. Per cycle I am going to hit some serious cardio and diet, probably be around 225 when I start cycle in 2 months.

    Here is what I've come up with but would like a critique.
    Week 1-3:
    Sust 250 1/week

    Week4-7:
    Sust 250 mon
    Tren e- thurs

    Week 8-12:
    Tren e: 1/week
    Winny: eod

    Pct novadex for 4 weeks.
