Sup my bro, haven't checked in for a while. How are the abs coming in?
BIG DOG! Good to see you man.. hows the weight and leaness holding up after PCT?
I can see some obliques pretty well and just a hint of the top four rectus abdominis underneath this thin layer of fat when i flex.. But i keep telling myself.. the last time i was this lean, i was like 200 pounds even, and the last time i was 228-230 i was fat as ****. So im very pleased and i plan to grind this **** out- got 8 or 9 more weeks left and havent even started clen yet so im expecting very good results. Thanks for stopping in bro.
My back workout went like this:
Deadlifts- 225x8, 315x8, 315x8, 315x8
DB rows- 120x10/10, 10/10
Lat pull downs- 220x8, 8
Wide grip seated rows- 160x10
Felt very nauseaus going from seated rows to shrugs so i did 2 sets of shrugs and got the **** out of the gym before i hurled lol... i didnt get much sleep last night and i know my body was telling me something :trout:
