Bezoe need abs!! 12 week cutting extravaganza

Sup my bro, haven't checked in for a while. How are the abs coming in?

BIG DOG! Good to see you man.. hows the weight and leaness holding up after PCT?

I can see some obliques pretty well and just a hint of the top four rectus abdominis underneath this thin layer of fat when i flex.. But i keep telling myself.. the last time i was this lean, i was like 200 pounds even, and the last time i was 228-230 i was fat as ****. So im very pleased and i plan to grind this **** out- got 8 or 9 more weeks left and havent even started clen yet so im expecting very good results. Thanks for stopping in bro.

My back workout went like this:

Deadlifts- 225x8, 315x8, 315x8, 315x8

DB rows- 120x10/10, 10/10

Lat pull downs- 220x8, 8

Wide grip seated rows- 160x10

Felt very nauseaus going from seated rows to shrugs so i did 2 sets of shrugs and got the **** out of the gym before i hurled lol... i didnt get much sleep last night and i know my body was telling me something :trout:

DB rows often make me feel nauseous because the energy expenditure from doing one arm then the next is soo intense. That probably started it. Maybe.
Anyway, after PCT i lost a couple pounds and looked a bit softer. I've been cutting natty. Just added Osta Sarm. Probably 8% right now and dropping fast. I'm going to see how lean I can get. Not too concerned about mass anymore. Going for aesthetics is more fun.

Good job holding such a high weight while droppin BF. What % do you think your're at?

It is a proven fact, can't remember what university they did the study at, but testosterone levels are raised when turned on, especially while doing strenuous weight training, which already boosts natural testosterone levels.

So my professional suggestion is that someone should combine strip clubs and weight rooms or adult weight lifting centers where their is porn plastered on all the TV screens! Ahhh... Food for thought!!!

I'm just disappointed they didn't come up with the same idea that you just did lol. The gym can be tempting enough as is sometimes with what some girls choose to wear...:p

I would say im at 12 or 13%. I will try to get some progress pictures up before i start the other additives ;)

Man i get random boners throughout the day being on test.. im suprised i havent pitched a tent in the gym with all the chicks walking around. Guess im just that focused on my training when i lift.. now the treadmill is a different story. Wanted to bite that chicks ass the other day

Ok bodybuilding extrordinares and juiced up psychos! I have started xtren as of yesterday and im running 90mg split up in thirds throughout the each day for the remaining duration of this cycle. The clen is gonna be started any day now! I killed some shoulders today:

Smith military press: 225x10, 225x10, 245x9, 225x10
Lateral raises: 35'sx10, 10, 10
Rear Raises: 40'sx15, 12, 12
Front raises: 50'sx14, 14
Machine shoulder press.. 2 sets got a good pump
Abs- check

45 min cardio post workout

I will have progress pics up in the next day or so..

Also want to note that Im gonna be logging Finaflex N.O. IGNITE for 30 days within this thread.. REDEFINE Looks like a promising company and ill be giving honest feedback about their product!

They also have a new section under the supplement company forum.. so check that out

Cardio 45 min SS

I think the tren is kicking in.. felt strong in the gym. 315 felt extremely light after 405 lol. It pretty much felt like 225. I only consumed 40g carbs all day, and that was at breakfast so yeah i just feel exhausted all day and was strong in the gym but sluggish at the same time- weird right?

Weight is down to 225, but ive taken a few days off weights so that may be contributing. I promise to have these progress pics up ASAP!

FINAFLEX N.O. IGNITE UPDATE: consumed 1 scoop 20 min before working out and im pretty sure thats what kept me alive during this workout lol.. tastes good as ****. I got the tropical storm flavor and its delicious.. tastes like red coolaid made just right :)
 
Oh yea, and im gonna attempt to get up at 6 in the am to hit about 30 min cardio.. well see how that transpires lol

Been on ECA for 2-3 weeks now at approx. 25mg/day E, 400mg/day C, and aspirin e2d. Clen should be here soon, so ill drop the ECA and ill be running test, xtren, and clen and be doing a **** ton of cardio.. carbs are also dropped to 40g/day now for breakfast only so i should be a fat inferno very soon!

Off to hit some chest...

NO IGNITE UPDATE: took a scoop 20 min pre workout and had to take extra rest in between sets because i was so jacked up.. keep in mind im using ephedrine and a **** ton of caffiene throughout the day also

Looking good Bro, you are leaning up nice. Do you know what your body fat is? If I had to make a guesstimate... I would approximate 12%-ish. You have incredible size, just get that **** down to around 8%-ish and you will be a FREAK!!! Anyway, AWESOME progress, you are doing it!

Well i might have hexed myself.. got to the gym, squated 225x8 for warm up. Moved up to 315 for 8 no prob. Threw 405 on the bar just like last week and got to number 3, i believe, and felt a strain in my left knee, specifically the patellar tendon. I immediately racked the weight and palpated the area.. a little sore. Then i attempted to squat down with just bodyweight and it was painful- about 4 or 5 out of 10 on a scale. Walked around a bit and decided to leave. Im pretty pissed off sitting here with ice on it and just took an aspirin. I wont touch legs for another week and see how it feels then.

Im pissed, i hate injuries and im just hoping its a minor strain.. there was no pop and i can get all movement and range. It just started tightening up once i got home. Damn this sucks..

Just take it easy, sounds like a minor sprain/strain, keep it in check before it becomes a full blown injury that could take you out of the game for way longer than you want! Wishing you a fast recovery!

this is almost identical to my second blast of my cycle. Was gonna have 50 Less mg if test, was thinking I'd just starting at 50mcgs of t3, clen at 100 the whole six weeks. Gonna run 120 mg the whole time as well. My sd will be dosed at 10mg for the whole six weeks.

Doesnt clen lose its effects quickly after around 3 weeks? I know about the benadryl regimine to clean the receptors.. is that what youre doing? Yea 90mg xtren is enough for me-im running it a little over 6 whole weeks. And im new to t3 so i wanna feel it out slowly and not get too catabolic at the same time. As far as sd.. i kickstarted this cycle with it so 3 weeks at 10mg is playing it safe in my instance, and i find that 10mg is plenty to preserve muscle.

And thanks everybody for their support and advice about my knee. Had a PT look at it today- found that all ligaments were in tact and diagnosed it as patellar tendonitis. I should be back to hitting legs hard in 1-2 weeks which will serve me well as a break anyhow :smirk:

Got a little issue: im back home for christmas break and the ****ing scale at my gym here says 215.. the scale at my usual gym at school has read around 225 the last 2 weeks. Now mind you, its been almost a week since i weighed maybe, and the last reading at school said 223, so ive either lost 8 pounds since then or the ****ing scale is 10 pounds heavy! I weighed myself at my house here when i got home last night and the damn thing said 215 as well... WTF ive been getting faulty readings the past 6 months!!!

Anyway im very happy with the progress im making. CHECK OUT MY PROFILE PIC... TOOK IT YESTERDAY AFTER FASTED CARDIO..

I may throw carbs back in for my second meal when i start the t3 and clen so i dont get too catabolic. May also throw 10mg mdrol back in the last 4-5 weeks.. Id like to end this thing with 1. abs without flexing and 2. bodyweight above 210 pounds.

BTW my boys were benching yesterday and wanted to see my bench so in the middle of back workout, i layed down and repped 315x5 on the incline!! the weight felt light and i havent even flat benched in close to a year! Thats just food for thought about how only performing inclines can still help pressing strengths from other angles...
