Yeah... The cjc is for increased muscle retention and fat loss, the higher surge of GH in my system should help with my body composition, and its one of the most stable peptides...

the gerovital is to help with tendonitis that flares up on cycle and to strengthen my ligaments all around...

and the helios is for spot fat reduction. Will be using on chest, love handles and legs....

eh.. i dont really need one, but he helps me out, i help him out. some days i hit the gym by myself because i dont wanna be around anyone. really depends on how im feeling and if they happen to be on the same part of their split that day.

I do mine myself, but I know I could be going heavier, especially with bench, if I had one. The couple of times I had a buddy come with, I saw significant increase in weight, not with him touching the bar. It was because I pushed myself to the limit, knowing I had a fail safe.

oh bump forgot to add I dosed 50mcg of t3... no point starting at 25mcg if it just replaces natty production right? lets shed this fat, diet is about to tighten up even more, will consume SOMETHING every hour and a half... CCHHHYEEEAHHH

Sorry I know everyone has been waiting for an update... I have been hella busy at work, and I had to have some fun this weekend too... I am down to 252 (-9)... I swear I need to drop my cals a bit this seems more like a recomp because my body composition is changing a lot.. Shiiiit what would it be like I wonder to add those peptides in.. SOON! Im liking t3, the muscle flatness is not getting to me yet, still going hard with that.

I went to the Red River Classic this weekend, and stayed for all the open and novice categories and then headed out cuz an old friend came into town. We shot some pool, bull sh1tted, and went to go eat. Had a couple of cheatmeals this weekend, but nothing too awful. It actually was just the fact that I had cheese, on Paleo. Starting to eat less and less fruit trying to make the transition into keto a smooth, seamless one.

I am off the dbol. It was great. Very very nice addition to cycle, now I get pumps just from the test, and the libido is off the hook. I mean for real the other day we were gonna watch American Me and my girl got on top to ride and we ended up in about 8 different positions, f**ked through the whole movie, then went to the bed room and fkked some more.. LOL... And then like two hours later I had this vivid dream and woke up with a raging hard on... My **** has been sore for the last two days hahaha.

My chest is starting to tighten up. I never had pubertal gyno, I guess high enough estrogen to give me some serious water retention though, so Ive always had a bit of chest flab. Well it seems as if it's starting to go away. Almost like my chest has been getting a bit bigger and filling out the excess skin. I can only hope that I will not only have less fat by the end of the cycle but more LBM too..

I'm trying really hard to not overdo it on my shoulders. It's been a blessing since my Epi run that I haven't had any shoulder problems. And I want to keep it that way, so I Just have to listen to my body and take it easy... What can I say I know that I could do more but i'd be risking injury...


So I might run the test for another 5 weeks before I add the tren.... That would push my cycle to 18 weeks, but I don't see that being a problem, as I'm gonna be shut down all to hell anyway... But Im either thinking that or adding in some of that new Monsterdrol... Supposed to be easier on lipids and liver, and almost comparable to superdrol with a little less strength gains.. I could definitely do less toxic.. That's like a "lite" version of SD if you ask me... LOL..

I also went to visit some family and we ate at this place called Texas de Brazil. It's all you can eat steak, chicken, lamb (about 18 different cuts) that are served off the skewers right on to your plate. We're talking like 60 per person, and all the filet mignon and top sirloin, prime rib and lamb you could possibly want to eat.

Since I have gotten pretty good at measuring and weighing my protein, I was eye balling 4 ounce pieces and added up a rough estimate of how much protein I had in one sitting. It was a special occasion, and I did not have any carbs or cheese or anything.. Just veggies and meat... so it was technically not a cheat meal, but I ate probably my whole day's worth of protein in one sitting...

48 ounces of beef...
20 ounces of chicken...

roughly 340 grams of protein in a 1.5 hour window. Needless to say I was miserably full, had to up my water intake about another gallon, and took a HUGE sh1t in the morning. And actually felt pretty lean the next morning too. Shiiiiiitt i could eat like that errrday LOL

So yeah I got some test that's 300mg per ml so im bumping the test up to 600mg per week. A lot easier then doing math and such lol...

Libido is ungodly right now.. EVERYTHING makes me hard. Women I wouldn;'t normally be attracted to, when my girl even looks at me, lol, talking to anyone about sex just makes the ol' meat stand on end hahahahaha

heads up its about 60 bucks per head, so have a big appetite and the ability to eat beef like its your job... the salad bar alone has enough meat on it to fill up even a body builder so be careful to not fill up on that hahahaha
 
Brazilian Steakhouses (the type of restaurant that Texas de Brazil is) are quite popular in chicago right now. We have Texas De Brazil, Fogo de Chao, and Brazzaz as the big contenders. I have been to all 3 of them.

Seriously, one of the best experiences for a steak lover with a big appetite. I literally eat an insane amount of meat. You will be paralyzed when you get home from a food coma, and claim you will never do it again, but you know the whole time that it was very worth it.

God damn you southern! Now I want to go bad!

man it was so worth it... i didnt retain much water cuz i ate a banana right before, plus i had eaten some spinach, and kept my water intake high as hell. i knew it was gonna be killer eating some good food

come to think about it, it was a cheat meal because of all the salt. no added salt on paleo lol... good thing im switching to keto ;)

had my first keto meal today

spinach, chicken, peppers, onions and cheese with 6 scrambled eggs and 2 egg whites
