oh last night i made that low low carb turkey meat loaf... will post the entire recipe, servings, macros, everything i figured it out last night so i could put it up! ill just say its 25g protein, 7g fat, and 1.5g carb per serving!!!
 
Low Carb Meatloaf

2 lbs lean turkey
2 eggs
1 egg white (liquid 5g protein serving)
2 servings pork skins/chicharrones
3 "servings" mozzerella (1 cup) - or cheddar, but cheddar has more fat
3/4 cup sugar free ketchup - added about 12 carbs to the entire loaf
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
fresh black pepper
touch of salt


Mix in Rectangle pan. Bake at 325F until top is browned. Cut 9 equal slices

Total fat count is 110g of fat. If you use the exact ingredients above, the fat will separate and you can reduce it greatly. I was able to pour out 50g of fat (measured) leaving me with 60g for the entire loaf. Yes I know the fat intake for this diet is high, but I'd like to be able to spread it out throughout the day.

168 calories in every piece
25g protein, 6.6g fat, 2g carbs in every piece

if fat is not drained, each piece will contain 12.2g of fat and an additional 50 calories from fat.
 
Weight is at 250 bishhhh........ This t3 is doing a number on fat! I mean two walks daily with the dog and cardio every other day... Doin me good :D

legs are pretty sore today. Wow.. very sore. Recovery is quick, but I do get more sore the day after
 
What I like is that I'm steadily dropping down on the scale. Nothing drastic, not yet, Im really not at that great of a calorie deficit, but everything looks good in the mirror. Slow and steady wins the race... til the tren gets added in lol

Also... Sleep has been INCREDIBLE since I added cjc1295 and ghrp6....

my girl wants some peps too i told her i wanna run em longer and see how i do before getting her any. I think she may do a couple of runs with tcf1 just to see if it leans her out any more...

This is brief summary...

Dude pinned a week. Started paleo.. Then started dbol on workout days only. Did that for 4 weeks, got off dbol, upped test to 600mg and added 75mcg t3... cruising on 600mg test for 2 more weeks, then will bump to 750 and add tren at 400mg/wk and dosages may go up as high as 1g/wk on test and 700 on tren lol....may or may not add beastdrol to cycle, or perhaps epi strong at the end of the tren... LOL...

focus has been on diet. Switched to keto roughly 8-10 days ago.. Going well. Down 11 lbs from when I started. Almost a recomp effect.
 
i keep saying i may add this, may add that but at the end of the day i think ill have to wait till the tren is in my system and see how i feel and how it changes my cycle before i actually really consider adding in any more orals. I just want to because there's a little devil on my shoulder saying "fukkin do it penocha" lol

That cycle just had my mind all sorts of garbled when I was reading it lol. But, it looks awesome (and crazy).

Kudos on the success of 11 lbs lost while still doing everything else. Keto is definitely a good route and kind of fun for a while.

I'm still heading back to page 17 to get caught up ;)

and keto is fun once youre actually in keto. im wired to the t, even without the stims because my body is burning ketones. i love it. hate the transition into it but i love being on it
 
hey for anyone that's got some knowledge on keto will it take me out of ketosis if i have sugar free jello pudding? id make it with sugar free almond milk and a scoop of whey to build muscle..

cuz if i can have it i was thinking these two recipes...

1 pack banana sugar free pudding
2 scoops whey to build muscle cinnamon bun protein
2 cups almond milk
mix and freeze- now you have home made banana fosters "ice cream"

or

1 pack chocolate fudge sugar free pudding
2 scoops strawberry cream whey to build muscle
2 cups almond milk

you would have chocolate covered strawberry "ice cream"

both would be epic.... LOL

i believe as long as youre under 20-30 carbs it wont knock you out of keto... it isnt for me anyway cuz ive been feeling great now that my fat intake is figured out

Based on that I wouldn't worry ab out it at all - especially one serving. Almonds or natty pb can pack enough carbs, so as long as you're cautious of the overall amount you're taking in, I wouldn't worry about it.

True... Ive cut out almonds since they are like 7 grams per serving... Plus i get the healthy fats from almond milk, and occasionally i have natty almond butter and its only 4g carbs...
 
The pudding mixture. I have to check my almond milk though. I had bought some sugar free pudding but havent found a way to make them healthy enough in my eyes. Might have a way now :cheers:

Yeah you can't go wrong with that... When you eat it, its gonna taste so much like real ice cream or at least somewhere close where it feels like youre actually eating something youre not supposed to lol

I will def have to try it out soon. Have to check if I have room in the freezer and pick up some almond milk after my workout today.

yeaaah so i tried that pt 141... didnt do much, maybe underdosed it. i cant seem to find a good dosing guide. i only have 2mg of it tho.. lol

weight is at the same.... hunger is good, if too stimmed out, i use a tiny amount of ghrp 6, and the other way around lol. full of energy from keto. still loving it
 
Tried the "ice cream" and Im def going to make it again. Broke it up into 3 servings though. Made chocolate and will be trying others soon. Thanks for that bro.

good **** bro... there's not too many different sugar free pudding flavors but the flavor combinations are all dependent of which protein you use. pretty good huh? lol
