Next week, I plan on doing barbell rows again. I havnt done them in like a month. Cant wait to see the increase in weight from overall strength progression of the last month. Want to start trying face pulls too., Bot quite sue exactly how to do hem
 
just go to a cable pulley, attach a rope. you can do them standing or seated. i'll set the rope at the highest setting, grab it & sit on the floor and pull it to my face(forehead) and you split the ropes apart so it comes across your forehead.. idk i suck at explaining i guess lol. then just let it extend back out and get a good stretch and repeat

Day 8 of dbol
day 10 of paleo
weight 256.5 (-3.5)

Did a ****load of cardio yesterday, threw in some calfs and abs at my house, took my dog for 3 short walks yesterday.. .hot as hell outside

also had a semi cheat meal last night.. it was pretty much paleo friendly EXCEPT the 6 tsp of flour I used (only 30 grams total carbs)

Low Carb Chicken A La King

2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
1 lg green bell pepper
1 med onion
6 tsp flour
1.5 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
butter
4 oz of pimentos, chopped
4-8 oz of fresh mushrooms, sliced


Warm the pan up and melt some butter. Add in onion, mushrooms and bell peppers. Sautee until peppers are soft. Add in flour. Cook flower to reduce raw taste, until the veggies are covered and flour is browned. Add in black pepper and some garlic. Add in almond milk, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Add in chicken and pimentos.

Serve over cauliflower rice


Cauliflower rice

1 whole head cauliflower
microwave safe bowl

chop up the cauliflower, throw into the food processor until it is the size of rice
put in steam safe microwave safe container and cook for 4-5 minutes. Use in place of rice. You may spice it, but use no salt.

1 tomato , crushed
1/2 onion, chopped
fresh garlic to taste

heat a pan or pot... add in 1 tsp of oil. add fresh garlic to the pan, as well as the other ingredients a couple minutes later. fry tomatoes, garlic and onions together. Bring heat down and let it all stew. Serve and enjoy

it's simple as hell!

Hows the diet treating you. It seems you are still enjoying the food rather than going through the motions which is always a good thing.

its treating me great bro. My skin is clearing up some (on test, imagine that) and anytime I have cravings for anything sweet i can just eat some fruit (not too much you know) or have a protein shake (not in the diet but its my only modification)
 
Guessing you had a heavy fat and grease diet before hand then. I really need to get back on top of mine, I'm up to 13%bf and not happy. I may end up running mine as a light bulk more aimed at recomp.

nah not catabolic had some BCAAs before and during, and it was just one scoop of protein.. I showered, slammed another one (i felt much better after i threw up)

i never do a fasted workout but my buddy insisted i go with him this morning instead of tomorrow.. tomorrow im off and dont have to work, but today i just had to wake up and hit the gym... the dbol didnt even kick in til after i stretched..

went for a walk this morning before my workout and took an adderllin right before the walk.. had me sweating balls in the gym!

yeah deads and squats both are. which is good, i want core strength to go up if anything on this. my legs are starting to poke out more on the sides.. so i guess the body fat is being reduced a good amount there. also been trying to hit some abs after legs, i dont ever post em cuz theyre not impressive lol... i did hanging leg raises the other day, at 250 something, pulling your own weight up is very difficult. pull ups are mother****** for me...

My girl says she's starting to see a little more definition, and more of a v shape down my back, cold AND flexed.

Weight is at 256 (-5)... This is good, I think ive finally dropped some more water weight. this diet is treating me good, i can eat until im miserably full and be hungry an hour later. protein just does not fill me up like carbs do, and i love being able to eat fruit too.

i had steak and eggs with ranchero sauce again, 7 eggs and an 8 ounce skirt steak all covered with home made ranchero sauce... MMMM
