I'm feeling unstoppable right now... It's only the 4th day of dbol... and I dont know if its just mental but ive been a good mood lately, like nothing can fukk with it... recovery has been very good this last week, i attribute some to the long list of supplements, and the fact that I have been sleeping like a rock.

That's why dbol is always top choice its a odd drug..... Masse me feel better and alpha than any other aas
 
Yeah haha... When I get my belt (my bday is coming up ;) ) then I will be doing the standard seated. we have a bench for it at the gym, but I worked out alone and i dont like doing the motion without back support

I see I kinda figured cause you put it as military press not "bb military press"

with the smithy i can just load the weights on and push, but try that with the barbell.. yah aint happenin. lol. the seated bb really fris the delts though. love it. i never have an issue with back though? you're seated, so your back is supported bro

I know it fries em, I just dont like doing it with no spot. dont like overhead movements with no spot.. and it does put pressure on your spine, think about it. i already have back problems, if I was off center just for a split second i'd probably be back to the drawing board... im already pushing it with deads but i think that just directly strengthening my back, so its different.
 
i'd be more worried about doing deads than seated bb military lol

I guess its hard to explain bro... im so fukkin anal about my form on deads, but with something thats a press motion i know myself and might end up overdoing it lol.....

god im gonna sleep good tonight. this dbol has already kicked in..

lets see how it compares to 30mg sd ;)

bump! today was day 8, 3rd pin and 4th day of DBOL!

2nd week of paleo as well, loving it

am lacking a bit of energy, but nothing to complain about. the dbol is helping a lot actually.

I feel you on overhead bb.. i have trouble with my back doing heavy shrugs but i can deadlift heavy all day

Ive been feeling kinda tired before I started dbol bro.. It's the combination of no grains and a calorie deficit.. Im used to eating whole grain pasta or oats pre workout and some wheat bread with breakfast lol... other than that no complaints i absolutely love the diet, im not a picky eater so all my veggies get eaten..

i am on a cut, keep that in mind, because my sole reason for the dbol is explosive strength. I was half tempted to make it SD, but I got a good deal on dbol and can now save my SD for later :D I already feel the sh1t working, so i cant imagine what my lifts will be like in two weeks. Remember im about 200-300 under maintenance right now. this is the weakest part of the cycle, i cant wait to up my test dose and throw in tren...

And Ive been walking more around the store at work just to be on my feet a lot more. walked my dog today... gonna hit the gym in a little while and hit some fore arms, abs and calves and end with some cardio again

i dont know if this is within the paleo diet but i just had a glass of unsweetened almond milk and it's DELICIOUS! i cant believe how good it is...

Idk I would think it might be since almonds are but def worth looking into man. I might try the paleo diet out. Def need to drop some weight.
 
Almonds are ok I found out.. Just not peanuts or cashews.

i fawkin love paleo diet ive been eating so much meat i hardly need a protein shake... all lean stuff of course.. but yesterday was my second time EVER cooking with coconut oil and it was delicious. made a tropical chicken dish, just kinda came up with it.. very refreshing!
 
I was down four lbs in the morning but it says that im down 3 now. not trippin, i just pounded down 2-3 glasses of water....

AI Cycle Assist- This stuff is nice, ive been taking 3 scoops a day, so it's not gonna last me the whole time... It's been keeping blood pressure where it needs to be.. Only drawback is the taste, which honestly is horrendous (ok its not THAT bad lol) but I like the fact that its not another 4-10 pills i gotta take. Instantized support supps. lol

Im either gonna get another tub or some n2guard, but im a little strapped on cash so i may go cheapo and get bulk nac and hawthorne berry lol... we'll see


the CLA, egcg and adderllin is going good, still running at 1 adderllin a day, i skipped it yesterday but took one today. have also been using MST's RPG IBCAA's and it's delicious. definitely nice to have a good supplement you look forward to drinking. paleo rocks man, i've been following it too, down 3lb's here also big man, good job. i'm debating sticking with this paleo or going keto (maybe tkd) when i log dat der beastdrol.

Keto and beastdrol will have you dragging ass imo.. stick with paleo. You can still go low carb, but get the insulin response you need around your workouts, and some short term energy from veggies and fruits. jmo tho

its hard to describe but it almost seems like the "fat" is "getting softer" like its gonna be burned off, im noticing that in my mid section, right around my belly button and my man handles lol. also my forearms feel tighter, my delts feel bigger, and my back already looks a little better. this may all just be mental but ive been 300 under maintenance for a week now.. its been pretty good, especially now my body has become accustomed to lack of complex carbs

that's what i was thinking. i've been getting around 3 servings of fruit and 3 servings of veggies throughout the day, my carbs are around 125-140 for the day. what's your fat intake look like? or are you sticking with alot of lean proteins?
 
i limit fat to about 100 grams a day.. protein is 300+ and carbs are moderate (about 150)
 
lol, sounds like what i aim for. i'm only getting about 220g of protein tho, i'm just too full by the end of the day haha.

yeah i hear ya. 220 is not bad, especially considering its enough to cover your LBM. Basically if I get a craving for ANYTHING, i consume protein. I down some right upon waking and before going to bed too.. SO that would make up for at least 40-80 grams right there.. the only other shake i have is post wokout. everything else is whole food.
 
lol... im definitely not an expert on diet but it certainly is working. ive also got anabolics up the ass, and probably am holding a lb or two from this dbol. I have my girl taking weekly update pics, so i will really be able to guage my progress...
 
well i just dont like the idea of someone thinking i know a lot about something. im basically just taking my knowledge on different things, throwing in some variables, and hoping it works for the best. lol well that sounded like i dont know wtf im doing, but its not quite like that ;)

pinning, for example is already becoming like second nature to me! bring on the pins!!!!
 
What Guage do you use?

25g or 23g. 25 if its in my quad, and 23 in my delt. I can pin the delt fast and not be sore, but there is a little discomfort pinning faster in the quad.

what about you and your cyp?

for being on a small calorie deficit, i have to say i was pleased with the workout. im starting to get looks around the gym again, cuz im sweatin my ass off, pulling 335 all red faced (probably the dbol lol)...........

yeah i expect my strength to climb up a little in the next couple of weeks, when the dbol is in full effect... man it makes me so excited for the tren to come... strength should be fun then too!!!
