Thanks for the compliments guys. I will be entering PCT later this week, and hopefully things will look a lot better after dropping some water.

On another note, I am looking to switch my training up after PCT and do something different but I'm not sure what I want to do yet. I will be switching to recomp then, so i am considering a few different options. 5x5, DC, and the warrior workout (full body) are a few ideas I have. I'm open to suggestions....I just want to do something different that fits well with my goals into 3 workouts per week ;)

Here are my thoughts for you on PCT workouts. If absolute size retention is your goal, 5x5 or DC would be the two I would consider. If you are wanting to continue to stay really lean and willing to possibly lose an extra few pounds, the Warrior is the way to go. It is all the best parts of HST with some of DC in it too, I love it and have done it multiple times with great success. When I did DC it was 4 workouts per week but there is a 3 workout per week set up. Chris gave me a copy of his DC plan that was 4 per week but you could just as easily make it 3. I wanted to get more volume in but it ended up being my demise as my elbow couldn't take the abuse anymore.

Also, once you start an AI during your PCT Rick you will drop all the subq water and shred up in no time. Even with all that Epi, I think you are still holding water from the Transderm, it did that to me but the other benefits made it totally worth it. What is your PCT protocol looking like?

Kleen is right though....I've gained probably around 3 lbs of fat through this run. By my measurements, I'm around 9.5% and started at around 8% so that makes sense. Last year around this time I would have been laughing that I would be feeling fat at under 10%....but the thing is that once you've seen yourself pretty ripped, just a little increase will make you look and feel sloppy to yourself, at least to me. I honestly can't wait to lean out again, but I have to wait for now....

Hey guys I am about 100% sure I will be in a diaper but I am gonna look good in it. Paying attention to my diet had added some lean mass while I leaned up a tiny bit. I was definitely not getting enough protein before. :) Anyway since I saw the diaper comment I figured I would mention it since I am not really logging anything right now.

True dat my friend ... I got like 10 days to get tighter. And I doubt it's happening. I got three partys to go to that are at buffets... Yakiniku ((all you can eat meats)) and chinese place... I try to keep it lean, or keto. But I can eat so much...

I'm pretty sure that i will be ok for the contest, but you never know. Weight has been between 176-178 depending on if I'm filled up or depleted whether following a burn or build day. I will probably fill up next Friday, and take pics Christmas eve with a weigh in of at least 175 hopefully :fingersx:

I'm at 197 as of today. Been doing the lean gains diet and its workin! Hoping to get to a solid 190 or so by mid january. My abs are more visible, but nothin like yours or cleans.

Well the good news is that you wont be alone according to Kleen. You guys are my bros on here and all, but I'm going to be doing my best to NOT join you guys in the diaper wearing!


So...today is my last day on cycle. It has been a fun ride, but like all good things...must come to an end. I'm actually lookiong forward to PCT and the challenge of keeping and maintaining the gains I've made. My plan is going to change slightly from what it has been on cycle to more of a "maintenance" type of diet. I will be lowering my build days a couple hundred cals or so (2800ish) and increasing burn days a couple hundred also (2k-2200ish). this will shift the focus away from building and burning to more of maintaining my current state. I'm not planning on adding any bodyfat at all during PCT, but doing my best to just stay the same for a month while I recover my HPTA. Cardio will also be limited to low intensity of mostly just incline treadmill walking. After PCT I will go back to recomp so I can get back to dropping some bodyfat and get back to a comfortable level for me. for now, here is the PCT plan I have laid out...

Clomid 50/50/50/50
HCGenerate: 5 caps per day
Phytoserms 347: 1 cap per day
Powerchews D-test (DAA & LCLT): 1 serving perday
SARM Ostarine (MK-2866): 12mg per day
Formastanozol (starting week 3): 5 pumps AM and 5 pumps PM

Well a cycle isn't really over until you make it through PCT, so I'm not done here yet!!

My next cycle won't be until late spring into early summer, but I will be running an 8 week recomp of SARMS S4 and Ostarine about a month after PCT is over, and I will probably log that ;)
 
That would be a good log. You don't see many SARM logs which has left me pretty unknowledgeable about them.

Ostarine will be ran in PCT starting tomorrow at 12mg. I will stop it at the end of PCT for about a month to let my body normalize a bit, then start my recomp with Ostarine at a higher dose (25mg) and S-4 at 50mg. The plan during that 8 week run will be to get down to a lower bodyfat than I have been yet ( hopefully 7% or lower) and add a few lbs of lean mass in the process. I literally cant wait for that run. I think its going to be a blast, and I have some other goodies to add in also (Formastanozol, N2Burn, may add Alpha T-2 and Ursobolic too) look for that log to pop up around the first or second week of February ;)

SARMs are pretty interesting, the research is definitely there. Only problem is of course, the cost. Though when thinking about buying the Andro Series from PP I have to make similar choices... Cycle support/PCT vs. no cycle support but more expensive hormone.
Never ran a SARM or did much searching on what you need as far as support, or what kind of sides to expect... Well aside from those scary vision sides from S4....

SARMs are definitely expensive when looking at the cost of the product, but when you look at the big picture running a cycle of them, they are pretty cheap. I mean you dont have to buy any supports to run and there is no PCT. That alone saves more money than the cost of the product in a lot of cases.

No....vision sides from S-4 subside after coming off of it. I think it affects people a little differently too. I never got the vision sides too bad. It took a little longer for my eyes to adjust going from dark to light or vise versa, but that was it. No yellow tint that some get or anything else. Basically S-4 binds to the occular receptor which causes the vision sides, so upon discontinuing the SARM that side obviously goes away. These are relatively new, so there are no long term studies for possible long term side effcts either which will deter some people from using S-4. Ostarine is the more "popular" SARM of choice for a lot of reasons.



First day of PCT. Just had my first dose of Ostarine. For my SERM I said I was using Clomid, but I decided to go with Nolva. I went to get my PCT stuff out of my stash last night and seen that I have a buttload of Nolva, and not a whole lot of Clomid, so I am using the Nolva just because of how much I have. I know some people dont like Nolva after Epi, but I did it my first cycle and had a great recovery. I am going to keep the cals higher like planned for a while (at least 2 weeks) until I feel I've made some good progress on recovery. it will be more like miantenance really since burn days will be higher and build days slightly lower. Its all relative and works out to the same cals give or take each week. I'm just shifting them some to "maintain" instead of "building" and "burning".....now off to kill the weights!!!

Workout went damn good today. I felt incredible in the gym. I'm not sure what caused it, but I almost felt euphoric. It may have been the Ostarine or the HCGenerate or may have just been placebo.....either way I felt incredible. I didn't want to leave! Awesome pumps and vascularity that I am pretty sure was coming from Ostarine. I was looking pretty huge today too and full.

Nice job still looking mice and lean, no real signs of water retention so the EPI cleaned you up. You definitely look a bit harder than the last pics I saw.
 
Thanks a lot to the both of you. You guys really help to keep me motivated through it. I'm very happy with the amount of lean mass I gained. After gaining about 13 lbs, to only gain less than 2% bodyfat, I think that is pretty good. Only roughly 3 lbs of fat out of 13 lbs. I'm curious once all the water falls off how much mass I'm left with...

PCT DAY 2

Today is a burn day and i went in for cardio this morning. It was planned to be some light intensity elliptical, but ended up being a little higher intensity. My cardio endurance has really went to a new level since the last time I did any. I think the reason is twofold....I dropped the EPI, which tends to negatively affect my cardio like a lot of people and also starting Ostarine helped a lot too. That is something that is a big benefit with it. Ostarine really gives incredible cardiovascular endurance, and I'm already feeling the effects of it....elliptical for 30 minutes @ 415 Cal burn without even trying! I just have to literally force myself to keep the intensity from going too high on cardio until I am on the downhill slide on recovery ;)

I hope this cycle of super drol gets me some nice muscle development in the arms category... I could use more triceps haha!
 
Holly MOG bro that is a wicked pic. Your so freaking lean and yet you have very solid mass. Your workout was insane and it's good your feeling that high lol. I rather feel that kinda high any day over the I was going to go to work but I got high feeling.
