Glad you have a good holiday bro hope everyone did. I just hate New Years comming up, due to the new years resolution folks about crowd the gyms for a month then vanish into the deep ocean.
 
Hey Rick, I was wondering where you first got your idea to lift 4x a week cardio 3x a week. Upping and lowering cals between the days for build days or burn days. I'd like to do some reading on this if you know of any good articles? Thanks.

PCT DAY 15

Thank you to everyone for the compliments and support through everything. Its been a little hard to update lately due to the holidays and everything, but I've still managed to get in 3 good workouts this week. I haven't done any cardio since last week, but that will all change going into the new year..

This is the longest I've went into a PCT with no loss of size or strength, so i would say that this PCT is going as well as planned. My weight has dropped back a tad, but I also look leaner and my measurements are all as they were on cycle. Last weigh-in I was around 173-174. Strength on everything is maintaining, and some lifts are going up still! Oh....and I did manage to get a recheck on bodyfat, and it looks like I stayed a little leaner than I thought. Best I can tell I am around 9%, or maybe just a tad over. This is the best PCT I've had to date, so I may just carbon copy this exact layout for future cycles! :sgrin:

I really think the Ostarine has a lot to do with keeping the strength and mass. I experimented with a lower dose (6 mg) during my last PCT, to see if I could recover quicker, just in case Ostarine might suppress it somewhat. But, it was not as good as this one. I really think 12mg is where its at in PCT. During my recomp I will be running 25mg most of the time more than likely.

The plan is to rest up the rest of the weekend through the new year, and get back to killing it Monday morning!

That was just something I decided to change myself. I had previously been doing 3 build/ 4 burn days per week when my goal was geared more towards recomp or fat loss. By dropping the burn day and trading it for a build day I effectively changed my goal towards lean bulk without changing my daily Cal's, and for the most part I think it did pretty well ;)
 
Great update, I topped the scale at 175 today but would die to look as cut as you at this weight. I had never been over 173 to this week and am only a week into this cycle! Hoping after this and a nice recovery I can kind of mimic your plan to try to get that cut/tight look man. Keep it up! Yeh I'm going to have bloods done sometime this winter to see where I'm at. I'm just not sure exactly when yet.

Same to ya bro! Have a great one! My diet will once again be off track today and at least part of tomorrow with the new year holiday. Monday I am getting back to business however and back on track with the diet. I'm also going to get back on the cardio too. I'm considering going back to 3 build days and 4 burn days to put me more towards recomp. I was planning on doing that anyways at the end of PCT. I may just go ahead and keep maintaining until then, I'm just anxious to get my body composition back to where I want it. I would really like to be sitting at 170 with 6% bodyfat by the time tshirt weather hits!
 
I plan on kicking the hell out of mine starting this comming week. I'll be doing a PP log stack then hitting up some dark side stuff!! My 1800 teq is calling so Halla back later!

That's a cool thing about 24 hour fitness that I use.

So....about every six months I get a gift certificate for a sporting goods store of my choice! They basically buy all my workout clothes, shoes, gym bags, etc....all of it Nike, under armour, Adidas, etc...:D

PCT DAY 19

Cardio and burn day. I hadn't done any cardio in almost 2 weeks, so it felt good to get in and do some after a little break from it. It ended up being 25 minutes of 15% incline treadmill walking at 3.5 MPH for a 300 Cal burn. Diet is going to be on point today and very clean at under 2k and less than 50g carbs for the day.

I highly dislike you after reading that. I have to pay for it all, well not all of it thanks to BPS, but enough that I am mad jealous.

Basically more PRs! Recovery is going incredible, and strength is through the roof right now. Getting ready to hit my last week of PCT and stronger than on cycle while hitting PRs...I will take that!!

ive been on 20mg of osta since i went into pct, i lost my 6lb of water within the 1st wk of pct and have not lost 1 lb since. no strength loss, no BF gain, fuk ya!



this stuff will be in every pct of mine here on out.

no, liquid. I guess its not 20mg exact. maybe 19 or 21, but osta doesnt need to 110% correct. i take 2 doses a day also. 15mg with lunch and 5mg pre WO. I workout at 6pm. ik it has a 24hr halflife

good stuff. Is the reason it is sold so often in liquid suspension because that is how research chemicals are sold? I seem to find most research chems are sold this way Idk why they cant just sell them as pure powders?

I hear ya bro. Me too!! Ostarine is a must in all of my PCTs from now on! This PCT has been just as good as being on!

Yeh its pretty much that way so it can be classified as a "research chemical" Mice don't take tablets too well ;)

epi 45/45/45/45/60


call it a day. the e needs some time to work, it will be there but almost undercover for a bit. the epi lethargy will never happen cuz your body doesnt need to produce test. than all the new gains, BF losses solidify during the remaining 5-6 wks.


if half these guys who took ph's would try the pin CEL, mr supp, IBE, iron mag labs, etc etc would neve exist. they wouldnt have a customer base.

My wife is my only hangup at the moment, but I nearly have her convinced. Its just the legality she has an issue with now, but I see her coming around by summer :fingersx:

End of week 3 in PCT, and things are going great. I look pretty good at this point in PCT, and better than on cycle IMO. My weight has come down a bit more, but my measurements and strength are all still there. Even hit some nice PRs yesterday. I was at 172 this morning. My body composition looks improved and i really think the Ostarine is helping lean me out without a diet change.

I will take pics at the end of PCT in a week, and let you guys see what you think, but I am very happy with appearance and i may be close to 9% bodyfat now ;)
 
My wife is my only hangup at the moment, but I nearly have her convinced. Its just the legality she has an issue with now, but I see her coming around by summer :fingersx:

Very good to hear man, that extra weight you were carrying probably wasn't doing you any good anyway from the sound. PR's in pct that is crazy!

Yeh man...so far any weight I've lost has been weight you would want to lose...either in the form of water or fat ;)

Things are continuing to get even better as I enter this final week of PCT and I think at the rate my body composition is changing, I could be looking pretty decent at the end of PCT.

My vascularity was off the chain this morning, and ab definition seemed improved. Leaning effects are apparent and weight is holding now around 173. Strength is still climbing in some exercises also. Squats were a breeze today, and 225 seemed light as hell. I hit a PR of 275x8 and i through up 80 lb DBs on shoulder presses like they were nothing. Can't complain at all here guys. Ostarine anyone?!
