Yah I am surprised your up 2% but the mass gain probably has made any fat gain very hard to discern. I will keep that in mind cuz it answers some questions about my own experiences, I make great gains on EPI and it doesn't appear I gain fat cuz my look changes so much but later when the effects wear off I wonder where did all this extra fat come from lol I have to make the proper diet adjustments in PCT. I know a lot of people say don't drop calories but if your not as anabolic you would have to ease them down a bit.

Yea I guess monitoring food intake to be "enough" would be good. I am still trying to get back my strength from my first cycle... Well except my deadlifts that have already surpassed them. But its sdrol...

Anyway, hope you continue to gain muscle and lose fat in this very hard time for us physique fanatics lol.

Good luck bro, I know its just day 3 but everyday that passes on pct that you weigh the same is a good feeling! That is for damn sure, I'm sure with your dedication and drive you shouldn't have any problem solidifying those gains bro!

Today's workout went excellent, and way better than i expected it to. The best part of today is my appearance. IMO I looked better today than any day on cycle. I looked very big and full, vascularity was way up, and appeared leaner and more ripped. I'm sure that its from dropping some water, but my weight is only down a half pound! Judging by what I've seen in the mirror today, I think I've actually gained less fat than I previously thought. I may have to recheck bodyfat soon to verify. I also managed to hit 2 PRs today, which is totally unexpected....

Wow that is awesome results man. PCT going great I see.
About the SARMs, do you usually notice this on your PCTs since adding the sarms in the mix?
Is one bottle enough usually to get you through on PCT? (money aspect here).

Yes guys I believe that Ostarine has a big hand in everything, but its only day 4 and too early to really give anything too much credit until I'm a good week or more into PCT. It has always helped me hold strength and weight in PCT, and my last cycle I even gained strength in PCT and was stronger at the end of PCT than at the end of cycle.

A bottle of Ostarine is 30ml @ 25mg per ml. Typical dose is 12mg, but some will go as low as 6mg or as high as 25mg. Ive done 6mg before and it was decent, but I think 12mg is a good spot for PCT. I probably will do 25mg when I run my recomp. So....a bottle will last 60 days at 12mg or 30 days at 25mg.

The warrior workout is a routine that Kleen came up with that is a very effective full body routine. He emailed me the whole routine last year. I will see if I can dig it up if you want a copy, or PM Kleen and I'm sure he would have no problem sending it to you.

PCT DAY 5

Burn day, but taking it easy a little. I did cardio this morning, but it was limited to 30 minutes incline treadmill (15% incline @3.5 MPH ) for a 365 Cal burn. Cal's will be a tad higher today than a typical burn day and I expect to end up at 2200-2500 total today...

I gave a lot of increased sweating going on from the ostarine which is nice and typical.

not sure if you posted it, but did you decide to run clomid or nolva?

Yeh I went with Nolva, mostly because I have a sh1tload of it in my stash that I need to use up compared to Clomid on hand. I will be running it 20/20/10/10

I thought it was so wierd when i found my liquid clomid. I took couple servings and I swear in two days I thought some one had filled my food with juice. I'll have to try Nolva some day.

If you can't keep your gains on a 12 mg Osta cycle you have some problems. LOL good luck with the recovery with the sarms that high anything over 10 starts to shut me down a little so very curious to see how your recovery goes. If you run from this to a cycle sarm run then into a cycle you may shut yourself down hard be very careful Rick.

Yeh thats kinda the same thing I'm thinking. I am not going to just stay on Osta from here on out into the S-4. I'm actually going to take a month off after PCT and just be on DAA (D-test) for most of that month. Then mid-February I am going to start my 8 week recomp with Osta/S-4. I am thinking of getting some bloodwork done too. I dont know if I will get it done before and after the 8 week run, but at least after probably.

I've ran it at 12mg in PCT before so I pretty much know how it affects me, but Ive never ran it for 8 weeks (Ive done 6), and Ive certainly never ran it stacked with S-4, so that 8 week recomp I have planned will be uncharted territory. Hopefully will be a good experience. My prediction is that it will be. I am more excited for that that any cycle I've ran before. I plan to get pretty shredded during that run!


PCT DAY 6

Yesterdays workout went very well. Strength is holding strong. All lifts were still at the same as the previous week. My weight has dropped just a tad overall. I'm sitting at 176 this morning, so as long as I can hold that pound for 2 more days, I have the ab contest in the bag. The weight I have dropped has made me look better though. Abs look better and more defined. I am pretty sure my bodyfat is a ittle lower than I thought it initially was. I still need to check it, but I am pretty sure its around 9%, which would put me at just over a 1% gain for the entire cycle if thats true.

Another thing Ive noticed is the way I feel. I actually feel much better at this early point of PCT than expected. normally I start to feel this way around the end of the 2nd week into week 3. I dont know exactly what that means, but thought I would mention it. I feel recovery is on track very well.

I have a couple bottles pf AnaBeta that showd up yesterday. I got in on the erase Pro promo so I got those as part of that. I am thinking of throwing that in as well, but still undecided. What do you guys think? I am thinking of starting it also, but I dont know if I should now, or maybe start it with Forma at week 3...

Off to kill some shoulders...will update later!!

About the AB, I dont know what effects you had on AB but I noticed it helped me keep mass. Didn't lean me out or anything but it kept me pretty strong. I wouldn't add it in though. Not yet. Im actually adding mine in AFTER pct.

Yeah I was thinking about picking some up also for my cycle soon to come but I don't know. Still debating whether or not to do so. I think after PCT would be best to help solidify gains.

As for the 1 or 2 bottles I have no clue. Never tried AB.

PCT DAY 7

Had a great workout this morning. Strength is doing great. I even hit a PR on DB shoulder presses. My first set I pushed up 70s for 16 reps and followed that up with 80s for 12 reps :D

Weight is holding well also. With the first week of PCT in the books, I can't believe how smooth it has been. This has been (so far) the easiest and most effective one yet. Its very early to make that statement, but generally I know how PCT is going to go after the first week.

Well....after today's workout it is official. I am gaining strength in PCT!! Today was quads and some arm work. I hit some good PRs for me on squats. That has always been one of my weaker areas, but its starting to get a lot better. 265x8 is a new PR for me, so I'm happy with that.

Weight is down another half pound to 175.5 I need to hold at 175 or more until tomorrow to meet my challenge. I don't think it will be a problem but I am running out of breathing room quick!

Anyways, major pic update tomorrow that will also be for the challenge.

There will be a lot of very loose eating this weekend because of the holidays, but it will be back to business come Monday. :)

A planned rest day, and holiday activities with the family. Normally a "burn day", but the diet will be holiday food....so pretty much anything and everything. Tomorrow will be more of the same also. So...later on I will get my pic up as promised. Todays weigh in for the challenge was 175.5, so it looks like I've met it with a half pound to spare.....just need to get my pic up later to verify that my abs are still there. ;)

I love the intermittent fasting diet. Exactly why I've been doing it for about 10 months now ;)

Its been effective for every goal for me. Cutting, recomping, and lean bulking (like this cycle). I can't think of eating any other way now that I'm used to it. I love having two meals a day at 1500-2k at each sitting :food:

Probably does something like 12-8 eat, then from 8pm till 12noon the next day fast.

You will lose strength only if your workouts suffer from this type of eating. I train fasted most times if I train in the AM. I notice no strength boost while eating before working out. Only thing is now, since I have to ingest carbs I eat spaced out. Sheer volume destroys my poor digestive system (I am damaged goods when it comes to my gut health).

I already have 3 bottles of Gut health on me. Didnt order. They have.. but creatine is like $50 for 200gs... Whey protein taste horrid and costs around $100 for 6lbs...

I follow IF for the calories. I dont for the time frame for eating. My gut cant handle eating 150g protein in chicken breast at once... it's gotten better, but before I would crap it straight out... w/o even digesting it....

Yeah just so rough the last time I tried it: couldn't stick to the pattern and got hungry... When u started u just dealt with it?
It was only bad for a few days then my body really got adjusted. Now I rarely even get hungry until right before breaking fast, but I can put away some food when I do!

I already have 3 bottles of Gut health on me. Didnt order. They have.. but creatine is like $50 for 200gs... Whey protein taste horrid and costs around $100 for 6lbs...

I'm going to look at IF, I was under the impression u take in as many cals as u need personally and the timing was the most important.

Yeah. Figured that was an adjustment period. Guess I'll have to try it. When I don't eat I get BAD headaches :( :(

PCT DAY 12


Well.....its been a while since I've updated due to the bust holidays but things are still going great. After eating a little too much over the weekend, I decided to do a low Carb, lower Cal burn day yesterday to clean up some, and it did pretty good. My weight dropped off quite a bit to 174 this morning in a depleted state. I'm not worried about the drop off as a couple lbs is normal for me after a good burn day. After carbing up today I'm sure weight will go back to normal.

Today I hit chest and Triceps, and i am still as strong or stronger in every lift as I was on cycle. Not too bad for almost two weeks in! Vascularity was down and I looked a little flat, but that is expected from having almost zero carbs yesterday. My measurements are all still the same as on cycle, so everything is going great!
