The pics don't lie bro. You can tell your training is paying off. As I said before you and Green would be sick workout partners. I need to hit the lotto so I can build my Gym and have you two educate me lol.
Thanks for the compliments guys. I will be entering PCT later this week, and hopefully things will look a lot better after dropping some water.
On another note, I am looking to switch my training up after PCT and do something different but I'm not sure what I want to do yet. I will be switching to recomp then, so i am considering a few different options. 5x5, DC, and the warrior workout (full body) are a few ideas I have. I'm open to suggestions....I just want to do something different that fits well with my goals into 3 workouts per week![]()
I got your back bro, sure you have put on a little fat everyone is saying water but the reality is you are on a lean bulk and out of what close to 15 lbs 2-3 has been fat. Well done.
No it isn't all water like everyone wants to tell you. Both you and I know this. It is a hard thing to admit and a worse thing to fool yourself into believing. You are still looking great and from what I can tell you are also about as far as you can handle being out of shape. Good news is honestly you still look great!

You have gone from a top 3% er to a top 2% er. It may not sound like a lot to you but those last few percent in the GPA system are the hardest to get. Now go put a hat on then walk up to the mirror and tip your hat to yourself. You have arrived at a mentallity that will keep you from ever getting back to the old you unless something happens that causes you to give up completely.
Wow....I'm just about speechless from everything everyone has said here. You guys have no idea how great it is to hear it!! I don't see myself in the same way that you guys do I guess. Kleen is right though....I've gained probably around 3 lbs of fat through this run. By my measurements, I'm around 9.5% and started at around 8% so that makes sense. Last year around this time I would have been laughing that I would be feeling fat at under 10%....but the thing is that once you've seen yourself pretty ripped, just a little increase will make you look and feel sloppy to yourself, at least to me. I honestly can't wait to lean out again, but I have to wait for now....
Either way you have killed it you should be proud. I know I would be at this point.

do you plan to run the ostarine directly in PCT and then add S4 later? since I saw that in PCT it said Ostarine.. also how do you run your Forma? 7pumps a day until the bottle is out? good luck on the PCT always killing it!

Ostarine will be ran in PCT starting tomorrow at 12mg. I will stop it at the end of PCT for about a month to let my body normalize a bit, then start my recomp with Ostarine at a higher dose (25mg) and S-4 at 50mg. The plan during that 8 week run will be to get down to a lower bodyfat than I have been yet ( hopefully 7% or lower) and add a few lbs of lean mass in the process. I literally cant wait for that run. I think its going to be a blast, and I have some other goodies to add in also (Formastanozol, N2Burn, may add Alpha T-2 and Ursobolic too) look for that log to pop up around the first or second week of February
that would be some fun too. Ive never tried out any peptides yet, but its in my plans sometime

SARMs are pretty interesting, the research is definitely there. Only problem is of course, the cost. Though when thinking about buying the Andro Series from PP I have to make similar choices... Cycle support/PCT vs. no cycle support but more expensive hormone.

Are visions sides permanent? I don't Think they would be I'm just wondering. And do you need a PCT for SARMS? I think I know more about injects than sarms. Sad.
