So we are officially into day 18 of this bad boy if my calculations are right. However my first workout once I started it was on a Saturday and so were the pics I took so Saturday was the day I decided to take some pics for the review and to summarize the week. Rather than going on a long winded diatribe that encompasses all of the experience I will just put some factors down. Then post my pics and stats at the bottom.
Aggression / Alpha Male - I found myself a little more aggressive this week. Not much just I have a peeve with people walking and taking up an entire sidewalk or tunnel area. You know the guys I am talking about right? They walk 3-4 across on a side walk and don't want to step over to make room when you walk towards them. Yeah well if the aggression were a tiny bit higher you would hear that I had shoved some heads up some asses. However it is controllable so I only get to think creatively in my head how nice it would be to disembowel these idiots. TOO MUCH??? No really I have noticed these guys agging me more than normal and hoping one of them would decide not to move or say something stupid. LOL Not typical of me to hope someone gives me a reason. Also not so strong that if they did I wouldn't be able to remember I have a family at home that doesn't want to see me in orange jumpsuit for bitch slapping someone.
Appetite - I would say I have noticed some appetite increase it is gradual though not a rush of hunger.
Recomp - This has been SICK!!! My diet is awesome with recomp as well but the recent addition of LBM while leaning out is proof of the progrestin for sure!!!!
Strength - I would not call this a strength compound. I would say that the increase in strength comes from and is directly proportionate to the muscle it is adding. Instead of making the current muscle perform by having greater strength output it just adds muscle and strength increases with the new muscle.
Libido - I have had some fun in the libido area this past week. Was a definite jump however it seems it is erradic for me. I won't be thinking of sex at all for most of the day then be very horny for a while then not at all again. Not like sitting around thinking about it all day. Just major surges. Sexual performance seems up though.
Sides - Although minimal, I do have yellow urine if I slow down on my water at all. Also I noticed my testicles don't seem as full. Not a huge difference but still a difference worth mentioning.
Okay so now on the recomp and what not I am just going to let the stats and picture show the effects instead of trying to describe it all. Now keep in mind that I was 198-199 at the start but did not do a BF reading until or accurate weigh in 4 days after starting.
5-12-11 Between 198 and 199 could not get a good scale reading
5-16-11 199.5 Body Fat 9.5, LBM 180.5 lbs, Fat 19 lbs
5-28-11 200 Body Fat 8.4 LBM 183.2 lbs, Fat 16.8 lbs
Changes in last 12 days - 2.7 increase in LBM and 2.2 lbs of fat lost!
