How do Hammer strength have limited range of motion? I mean I know they stay in one line of travel but the go through out the complete range of motion of the movement. I can often even exaggerate my ROM on Hammer Stength. Especially the Horizontal Chest Press it is lower than my pecs in the bottom of the lift. Just curious what you meant.First two sets pretty much vertical, the last one I was leaning pretty good lol. Hit my chest pretty hard... That hammer strength wrecked me tho. I was pushing that weight 20 lbs heavier on SD... And im pushing it again.
I love the hammer strength machines at least for chest and rows because I FEEL the movement, even tho your range of motion is limited, I get a nasty pump and always can give it my 110%.

Thanks bro. I thought my back was gonna give out and thought I was gonna just sit down and let the bar fall on the rack, but I was able to push back up. After the first one my buddy had psyched me out, and I just dropped down to hit the second one. THe most ive ever squatted was 365 and the most ive ever deadlifted was 405. i think ill be hitting that in two days. hopefully...
and i have lost about 23 lbs. Im bloated as hell right now too, i can say ive been sicker then a dog, and not eating or drinking as much water as I should be. I'll take some pics in a couple of weeks when i drop the tren and start the helios again. the end of my cycle is gonna be a sad one, i never wanna come off haha..
I was reading your log bro im sorry to hear you had to cut it short. health before anything else tho brother. I hope you get blood work because at that point, getting nosebleeds and bad headaches, you gotta wonder how youre doing on the inside. Im also curious to see how all those orals treated you. I've found doing more volume on deads has helped my grip strength significantly. I've been doing 225 x 10 x 10 lately. Yea its boring as hell but I don't need to use straps to do 315 any more.
I know a guy with the heavygrips. Dunno how well they work though

I KNOW for a fact that's what's holding me back, well a big part of it anyway. I think it would help out my back entirely. I love my versagripps, and will probably still be using them on heavier pulls but I need to focus on some grip strength and the heavy grips just look awesome! lol
Mix traps in with your back occationally and finnish it off with wrist curls, that will help.
Dude the whole of AM in general seems quiet these days, I recon its just a holiday thing and it may get worse before you get you hits.
I mean I sure as hell would try :lol: My dumbass tried to pull 635 after not deadlifting for 2 monthes so what does that tell u?

done...and done. im gonna start doing some grip work... and my big lifts raw, then end my back days prolly with straps once my grip is goneonly thing i can suggest for grip is start doing all lifts raw, rack deads and high rep db rows

it depends man.. It used to all the time. I mean i have like 400+ beats that are at LEAST started and just need to be mixed down, it's like a goldmine. wish there as 30 hour days because if i had the time i could focus more on other things i love to do... and probably make some nice capital from it
