First two sets pretty much vertical, the last one I was leaning pretty good lol. Hit my chest pretty hard... That hammer strength wrecked me tho. I was pushing that weight 20 lbs heavier on SD... And im pushing it again.

I love the hammer strength machines at least for chest and rows because I FEEL the movement, even tho your range of motion is limited, I get a nasty pump and always can give it my 110%.
How do Hammer strength have limited range of motion? I mean I know they stay in one line of travel but the go through out the complete range of motion of the movement. I can often even exaggerate my ROM on Hammer Stength. Especially the Horizontal Chest Press it is lower than my pecs in the bottom of the lift. Just curious what you meant.

yeah bro i actually like test e. i got a little break out the first couple of weeks and sh1t but nothing like i got on tren. im talking about acne in random spots like my biceps, my chest, i even had one on my calf lol.. but whatever i love the feel of tren. amazing. blows sd and dbol out of the water. no joke.

on my next bulker (which wont be for a loooong time) ill be running sd, test e, tren e and eq. I like tren ace, wanna try the other ester. But yeah i still gotta lot of fat to lose, and let my body recover. So it will be probably this time next year if im lean enough.

After the first one my buddy had psyched me out, and I just dropped down to hit the second one. THe most ive ever squatted was 365 and the most ive ever deadlifted was 405. i think ill be hitting that in two days. hopefully...

and i have lost about 23 lbs. Im bloated as hell right now too, i can say ive been sicker then a dog, and not eating or drinking as much water as I should be. I'll take some pics in a couple of weeks when i drop the tren and start the helios again. the end of my cycle is gonna be a sad one, i never wanna come off haha..

I hope you get blood work because at that point, getting nosebleeds and bad headaches, you gotta wonder how youre doing on the inside. Im also curious to see how all those orals treated you. You did great tho my friend and I can't wait to subscribe to the next one.

but i think my carbload weekend was good to me. :)

23lbs is damn good SC!

Yeah I plan on getting blood work done Post PCT. I'm pretty sure it was just BP issues. I really didn't cut the cycle short at all, more so just dropped the orals outta the picture at the tail end. Probably didn't need them anyways, so it's all good :)

Weight is the same. Appetite is finally increasing. Ive been sick, so it's been hard to get calories in and because of that Ive felt pretty weak lately, but at the gym i just had to focus on killin that ****.

I KNOW for a fact that's what's holding me back, well a big part of it anyway. I think it would help out my back entirely. I love my versagripps, and will probably still be using them on heavier pulls but I need to focus on some grip strength and the heavy grips just look awesome! lol

I've found doing more volume on deads has helped my grip strength significantly. I've been doing 225 x 10 x 10 lately. Yea its boring as hell but I don't need to use straps to do 315 any more.
 
heavy grips like straps? i always use my straps..in shape i shrug over 600 for reps and have pulled 900 from just above the knee- no way with out straps, thats for sure..

Im gonna try that. Im also gonna see if I can hit 405 next week if I do back/chest/legs. squat numbers may go down a bit but I bet you its cuz my legs are fried when I do em.. So I'll try for 405 next week and then do some lower weight higher volume and fry my arms

I know a guy with the heavygrips. Dunno how well they work though

Do you mind asking him? Its not a huge investment so if they don't work then I can just sell em.. lol

done...and done. im gonna start doing some grip work... and my big lifts raw, then end my back days prolly with straps once my grip is gone

Amen.. use a weight that is heavy enough to make your primary movers and your grip fail simultaneously (preferably the former first), while doing no less than 8 reps. ie, if your grip gives out first, the weight is too heavy and you need to use something lighter that will challenge your primary movers within that rep range while still maintaining grip.

For example: my DB rows.. i grab a 130 and pull it 10 times. Any more and my grip would give way... but my lat would also be very close to temp. failure as well. The benefit: my grip is much stronger in the long run and deads, pulldowns etc. are easy to hold on to.

A trick I personally feel helps is to let the handle of the weight slip down into my fingers more than my palm if it becomes too heavy. Sorry for the long ass post, i had to compesate for my lack of participation in the last week :sgrin:
 
good info guys.. ill be trying different things. I can say tho I like straps because I feel like even if my grip is going out, that I can give that muscle group a good workout either way. But I know this is one of my weaknesses, along with my delts, so I will hammer away at this problem until I see progress.

On another note Im gonna be workin on some promotion productions for some rappers out where I come from.. So hopefully I get a little side business making beats and customizing tracks for people.. You know everyone thinks that the rappers in the industry are making all this money, but if you think the producers aint got more bread, youve been misinformed.

its all about throwing money around though. No matter what music you're into. If you dont have the means to market yourself you will drown in the industry. So hopefully I will be getting some funds to start makin some moves..

And also cant wait for tax season :D

it depends man.. It used to all the time. I mean i have like 400+ beats that are at LEAST started and just need to be mixed down, it's like a goldmine. wish there as 30 hour days because if i had the time i could focus more on other things i love to do... and probably make some nice capital from it

I mean frequency as in Hz. :lol: But I guess thats what kind of thing that majour recording companies focus on cos they have all the money and time. Recording frequencies are quite significant, some frequncies have been proven to improve the body's healing and some the bodys energy systems etc etc. But there are also bad frequncies and contavertialy some companies record at questionable frequencies on purpose, but there are no laws against it.
