hahaha i knew i was gonna get some sh1t! lol... i figured you know i tried SD, tried Epi, let's see what the dbol is all about. Everyone I know tells me they get a great sense of well being on it, and i can EASILY battle estrogen sides via erase, forma, or adex if i absolutely need it (dont think so but its here)

so now it looks like this

test e 500mg/wk 1-8, 750-1000(only this high if i add in more tren)mg 9-16
dbol 25mg ed 1-4
erase 1/2 caps as needed wk 1-8
tren ace - 50mg ed wk 9-16
t3 - 50-75mcg ed 9-16
formastanzol 7 pumps x 2 ed 9-16


1 week on paleo already, already feel less bloated. Muscles still feel full. Thank god. I think the t3 is gonna mindf*ck me, but i have test and tren for that...

Well the thing is when I did those squats the other day, I must have been a little below maintenance because I was dying. I mean sweating my ass off, and feeling like I was gonna throw up, felt weak walkin out of the gym, and starving by the time I drank my whey shake

So on a cut, being a big dude, who gets worn out quickly, I hope to see some strength maintenance on dbol. There's guys at my gym that compete, the last show there was, I remember how bad they looked when they were prepping... Dragging ass in the gym pulling 2/3 the weight they're used to. So I knew they must have been natty...

But anyway bros I am also going to be adding Alflutops for my joints, HcG on week 9, and picking up some albuterol caps for cardio. I know it's gonna be bad on tren but cardio's already getting to me on the fat burner stack (adderllin, ala, cla, egcg)

Yeah im sure you already knew it's in me to throw more into the mix. I just can't settle for less ;)

All doses are up theoretically. I will adjust according to sides. If something is working good at a lower dose, im not gonna waste my anabolics. This cycle was anything but cheap. Got a lot of freebies actually, but still not cheap.

What I am doing is at my own risk and I really don't encourage anyone to try the stack I am running. Simply because I don't want someone thinking that it's all good. If I lose my liver, so be it but don't lose yours trying to follow in my footsteps..

I actually rep'd your previous post, but I wish I saved it for this. I get alot of **** (I know not seriously) for being a very cautious person, especially in my recommendations. But I have noticed lately alot of people experimenting with higher dosages/longer cycle lengths/shorter off cycles, which really I am totally cool with and interested in the experimentation as well (thats why I sub). The problem is, there are still people reading these logs who go "hey user XX took SD, Dbol, Epi, Test, all at twice recommended dosages for a year (obvious exaggeration), he is a big guy, maybe I should do that too." Its ncie to see someone take concern to that. Great post.
 
Yeah I feel that unfortunately some people mistake logs and threads as advice, and unless I evaluate your situation, and we talk in PMs, what I say is not advice. It is solely my opinion, and I sure as hell can be wrong. What works for one person may not work for me. I am trying new things and I can quickly evaluate what I need to change. If the dbol gives me unbearable sides, I'll part with it. Same with anything else, but for the most part I don't believe anything will kick my ass like SD did... Or at least that dosage for that length of time.

the 25mg is not just a conservative dose, but I simply don't need 75mg plus because I am just using it until the test kicks in a little more, to keep some strength going the weeks before tren. And thank god I have tren Ace and not enan because I would have to start that sooner. And if sides arise, then I can drop dosage down quicker on Ace.

It may not appear like it, but I am very cautious. Ive had 2 blood panels drawn since I finished my cycle, have enough support supps and PCT items for 3+ cycles, know the effects of all the drugs I am taking, and am doing this not because someone said to, but because this combination will get me a lot closer to my goals with my diet and my training. And I just felt the need to add that I AM cautious. If you're running almost back to back cycles you better be running blood panels of you're a fool. I don't care if someone gets offended by that, but if you have the time and money to run orals/injects and dont have the resources to check on your health, you should be very far away from this section and hopefully not running something as complex.. I am not an advanced user from an experience point of view, but I read like hell, go off of a combination of different peoples experience, and what I learn when on cycle will help me on future runs. That's the way I see it. Trial and error somewhat. Bloodwork will never lie, so I will always know how badly I am messed up. People think that things aren't an issue if it's not a methylated oral but anything thats increasing protein synthesis dramatically is taking its toll, I mean tren is said to be bad for your kidneys (very very very elevated protein synthesis- thus the recomping effect) and for that you need more water. It's not that the compound will adversly affect your kidneys but if you are needing to digest more protein then your water consumption should have multiplied at the same rate your protein intake did.. JMO
 
Also, I added MST's RPG IBCAA's to the mix. Bubba Punch flavored. I had 2 servings yesterday. One post workout and one pre bed.

I will say the flavor is weak if in more than 4-6 ounces of water, but I tried just a tad less water the next time and it was DELICIOUS. big change from using unflavored bcaas lol...

they mix so great.. i will use for another couple of days and write up a "formal" review on here, and maybe on their subforum. Thanks MST this stuff is great!

Diet has been treating me good. I actually weighed in today at 259... That's 2 lbs down this week. My joints are a bit achey, so I'm assuming my estrogen is low, and it appears that I have lost some water weight (i think its been going down day to day since my sodium intake is very very low)

I am limiting fruits to mornings for breakfast and around my work out, but veggies, meats and fats are fine all day. I have been eating quite a bit of steak, and a lot of green veggies.

Thermogenics - The green tea/adderllin/cla stack is going good still. I haven't noticed any drop off from the adderllin yet, still kickin strong... Which is good, it's actually been hard to maintain strength this week. I have been consuming whey, creatine, bcaas and fruit right after my workouts... and I still get to eat an hour or so later, so appetite suppression IS existent, however not too bad.

Water intake is at 3 gallons, or maybe a hair less. I have been pissing like a gd racehorse but I am trying to avoid bloat and high bp, so along with support supps and my diet, I have been drinking a lot of water. The thermos have a pretty good dieuretic effect so it makes it easy to consume so much water. Muscles still feel full. I know this won't be the case when I add t3.

Today is second day of dbol.. On off days I will take it before cardio LOL... Or maybe earlier in the day. And preworkout I will leave it at 25mg. This can be adjusted as I see fit in the next couple of weeks... Hopefully I can see slight strength increase at this low dose. That's all I really want it for, plus that means I'll have more when I kickstart a bulker with it later on ;)

120 for 8 is good! I gave up on that contest lol since im on a cut, strength is gonna be down a little... But it's ok ;)

yeah the rack pulls were a little lower then I thought they were, and I was tired already so I needed straps too, I was just trying to fatigue everything. My rear delts, traps and lower back are EXHAUSTED today :D :D
 
Nice backworkout. You using grips?

On anything over 300 lbs I am.. Im getting some stuff for my bday to help with some grip work... I think my pulls would be more solid if I had just a tiny bit better grip. The versas help, but I try to limit them to the heavier pulls when I really need them, and try to let my arms get fried on the lighter stuff. Works out good so far

3 gallons of water, lol. i'm pissin like crazy just drinking 2 gallons. You should be drinking the bcaa's during training & cardio. You don't need it post workout since whey has plenty of bcaa's if you're doing 2 or 3 scoops. Nice workout btw :D

I mix 2 servings of bcaas, in a separate bottle, drink that in the middle of my workout, and the other half right when im leaving. then hit the house and hit 2 scoops whey. amino acid overload lol

right on right on..... ya i mix 10g bcaa's and sip on them during workouts and cardio, usually have it all finished by the time i'm done. then soon as i get home i slam my shake.

try to change the way your phone takes pics and records vids, it might be making them files only for your phone but you can probably change it to 3g files deep down in the dark bowels of your phone settings
 
ive tried bro its not just vids its the pics too. my girl just tried to send me a pic message and it couldn't get it. damn i just got this phone too.. it's not ballerific or nothing but its still pretty tight
