  • Chest hit it with more intensity 6-8 maybe up to 12 rep range

    triceps I would focus on really really the muscle and not using as heavy weight. maybe 10 reps

    if you look in my log I am training my weaker body parts or body parts I want to bring up twice per week and the ones I am happy with once a week.
