i only use the straps on my heaviest lifts.. for example last night i only used them for two sets..

BUT yeah ill try out chalk next time for deads.. i think since im gonna be rotating my 3 day split one day ill do what i did last night and then the next time i will do deads first.

i think that way im targeting different parts of my back harder and rotating the exercises more. i think that will work for me


UPDATE - I took 1 adderllin today. I will not take 2 again because it was hard as HELL trying to get my calories in today. and i mean i know in a couple weeks im gonna be dropping the cals down even more but if i cant get enough protein in (the hardest thing to eat of course) then im screwed lol.. so im gonna go with 1 a day, 2 cla, and 2 egcg(spelling? lol)

man i know in an hour im gonna be wired up......


Cardio today- running 2 miles with my dog (more or less jogging)

things i need to invest in:

a heart rate monitor
blood pressure monitor - and i need the big sleeve size, i have 16 inch arms unflexed.. so the normal ones are too tight


also... woke up this morning, was looking in the mirror and flexed my biceps. well my right arm actually had a pain that started on the side of my forearm and shot up to my elbow. only hurts when i flex it, and its not bad, just uncomfortable!

i think i might wrap it up if i get a chance, i dunno. maybe i just need some more grip work now that im using straps. i hope its not anything too bad, but i dont think it is as my arm has to be at a certain angle for it to happen

Gosh guys all u have to do is get so big they are too scared to say sh1t to u. I swear the guys yesterday suddenly grew some balls out of nowhere though.

I want to try some of that gorilla glue but that sounds kinda gay :rofl:

I use straps to tie chicks to my bed...didn't know u can use to lift?

straps for the bed???


i use ties, rope, whatever i can find for that... LOL


and i use CHALK for that pimp hand....

When i worked at Golds Gym they wouldnt allow it. My manager would alway make me go and tell guys to put it up, i felt like such an a**hole. :(

Paleo is great. Get to eat fruit and veggies, and a bunch of lean meats and eggs.. so far i have no complaints and believe it or not i am down a lb... could be just losing water but oh well you know im happy with that. back to 261.

yeah i pinned today in my quad. want to rotate spots, plus my quad will be sore later today from squats so it doesn't bug me if i get a bite of soreness.. but so far so good...

took some need2slin this morning and had ham and bacon and eggs with a banana and an apple lol.. nice big breakfast

i am going to be looking into alflutops for my joints, some rave about it and it's cheap enough for me to consider doing the 21 day regimen

my legs havent even gotten sore yet, theyre still weak and wobbly lol... i think its gonna be bad haha

and you know what the hip adductor/abductor combo really felt good its too bad i usually never do em its probably been taking away from progress... I feel like my hip isn't as flexible as it should be maybe those will help!

Nah, clean grip DLs, they incorporate the whole leg well. I'm not a fan of SLDLs.

Yeah lol.. they were actually so heavy i was FORCED to go ATG... Kind of got stuck mentally but dug with my heals and just slammed the weight up. but at that weight i feel like i need a belt because my back is vulnerable.

I didnt squat for a long time because of my back, but its getting a lot better, obviously. I lift with either flat shoes or barefoot, but for some reason even when pushing with my heels i feel like with the real heavy weight im gonna topple forward.. lol

anyway bro i appreciate the kind words.. anything to keep me motivated helps!

If you are going to do Alflutop, i'd suggest doing Adequan at the same time. Theres a product named Ichon that is effectively the Adequan "generic" as Adequan is patented for its joint effects, so Ichon is sold as a wound irrigant :)

yeah i've rotated spots too. i've hit right quad, right & left glute so far. the glute shots are byfar less painful. i think it will take a few more quad shots to get used to it. Damn n00b muscles. lol

DEADLIFTS!!!!!! LOL... Tonight is chest or back too. Im trying to decide what I should hit tonight, then tomorrow. And see what wont effect me the most for my FlagFootball game on sunday. TOO MANY OPTIONS!!!!
 
I've been basically doing cardio only this week, travelling for work. The hotel gym has dbs up to 40 (whoooo) and I just haven't had the time/energy to find a gym nearby. So a couple light bi + shoulder workouts was it, besides an hour on the elliptical a day. I'm almost missing squats :D

Seriously, it's gonna suck for a little bit to give up some raw power for a smaller muscular physique... but it will be worth it.

some people use Jack3d, some people use Dbol at 25mg pre workout ;)

today is day 1 of 25mg dbol

yes dbol lol... my liver values got a whole lot better and i am taking a plethera of support supps, been loading em, and taking a double dose of AI's Cycle Support (I thought I had cycle assist, but I had purchased both to compare em. Also have extra NAC, some choline, etc)

Just trying to keep my strength up on paleo. been limiting fruit to earlier part of the day and around my workouts..

tonight will be back... :D
