i only use the straps on my heaviest lifts.. for example last night i only used them for two sets..
BUT yeah ill try out chalk next time for deads.. i think since im gonna be rotating my 3 day split one day ill do what i did last night and then the next time i will do deads first.
i think that way im targeting different parts of my back harder and rotating the exercises more. i think that will work for me
UPDATE - I took 1 adderllin today. I will not take 2 again because it was hard as HELL trying to get my calories in today. and i mean i know in a couple weeks im gonna be dropping the cals down even more but if i cant get enough protein in (the hardest thing to eat of course) then im screwed lol.. so im gonna go with 1 a day, 2 cla, and 2 egcg(spelling? lol)
man i know in an hour im gonna be wired up......
Cardio today- running 2 miles with my dog (more or less jogging)
things i need to invest in:
a heart rate monitor
blood pressure monitor - and i need the big sleeve size, i have 16 inch arms unflexed.. so the normal ones are too tight
also... woke up this morning, was looking in the mirror and flexed my biceps. well my right arm actually had a pain that started on the side of my forearm and shot up to my elbow. only hurts when i flex it, and its not bad, just uncomfortable!
i think i might wrap it up if i get a chance, i dunno. maybe i just need some more grip work now that im using straps. i hope its not anything too bad, but i dont think it is as my arm has to be at a certain angle for it to happen
