That is retarded, guy is crazy strong and one amped up SOB! Man it would be really bad/funny if he did all of that and missed his lift.
 
I was watching a power meet once, and it was the masters division. This 65 or 70 year old was attempting 400lbs (with a suit). Sometimes, the lifters friend or partner will slap your shoulders to pump you up or even slap you in the face to get you all aggro & riled up before the lift. Well this 65 or 70 year old is hyping himself up and his much younger, beefy ass, 300lbs friend, was standing in front of him to pump him. Well this beefy as dude like bitch slapped the old dude, to the point where it rotated the old dudes entire upper body, LOL!!!!

I thought, DEEEAAAAAMN!!!! EFF THAT!!! The masters guy failed the lift, but he was probably half way KO'd.

Was def a good workout. Went at a great time too. Started to feel a bit more tired than usual and its hard to sleep though.

225lbs Military! I need to ask how low do you bring the bar. That's some legit weight.

Lets just say if I ever needed to shave I could use the bar :veryhappy:

What makes it suck even more is the video is of me doing 605 for the 2nd time. Meaning I got 605 once but the person didnt record it. Had to do it a 2nd time. My form was pretty suspect.

Placebo effect today or something. Back today went great without a preworkout and I took my Tren and epi too close to my workout for them to really "kick" in any little bit.

These will just be the key sets or so
T-bar rows 225*12, 250*12, 270*10 (chalkless)
DB rows 115*6 (chalkless) 115*10 (chalk added), 115*12, 135*6
Neautral wide grip lat pull downs 100*15, 110*15, 120*15, 130*15(stack)
Idk what to call it or even the weight but we did 3 sets
Tried to do deadlifts but that just wasnt going to happen. My hands were to shredded to hold the bar. I plan on just hitting them on another day or something.

Another thing that could contribute to this badass workout is the ego thing. My workout partner Mario and I have pretty evenly matched strength so we strive to out lift the other.

Oh and I really dont mind the early libido checks bc last time I ran tren my libido got murdered so get them in while its still working. Im hoping the Dermacrine and Androhard help with this.

So workout today was chest
Incline BB 225*9, 245*6, 245*5
Incline DB flyes: notable sets 50*12, 70*10, 50*12(fairly short rest)
Decline hammer strength: 270*14 PR, 320*10(not real sure on this set), 360*7PR I had never gone over 270 before today usually 12 and then less each set after.
Peck deck not real sure on weight but heavier than I have done in a long time. Did a number of sets and then did a 5 rep negative set to finish it off.
Standing decline DB flyes twisting(I hope that makes sense) worked from 15 up to 30. This was new for me and I facking loved it. Such a great pump.
Smith machine neck presses 155*12, 10 Just a nice end to a great workout.

Will add a little more later going for a walk now.

Shoulders today
military to the chin 185 for 11(last time 10), 205 for 7,6 Not bad if u ask me
Cable lateral raise just pure torture. These weights wont be universal.
DB lateral raise ALL the way up palms down 1st then palms forward 10*10/10, 15,*10/10, 25*8/7
Upright rows 135*10, 10, 11
Plate loaded shrugs in a lunge/squat hammer strength thing 3 plates, 4 plates, then 5 plates. Not sure on the numbers but with 5 plates I got 12 and should have done more.
V-bar pull ups 2 sets of 8.

Then after we lifted we went to my favorite Chinese take out. If any1 ever comes to visit thats where we r eating.

Ok so Mario called and he had a pretty good explanation for y he hasnt contacted me back. He ended up in the hospital after being hit with a riptide. Face got banged up and he messed up his left hip. Was still down to do back and only with some minor set backs I might add.

T-bar rows 270*12 and these were CLEAN reps. Last time I did 10 but the last 2 were jerky suspect reps. Im going to have to go up or change something. Used my traps to stabilze and all.
Lat pull downs 110*15, 120*15, 130*17
DB rows 115*10, 11, 10
Wide neutral grip seated cable rows started with 100 for 15 and just kept going up by 20 pounds. Pulled the lats back and stayed upright to really focus on the lats.
Finished with 3 sets of pull ups

Lol I mean Idk how far I am really but I just met that chick Rosa a little bit ago and did like 1 or 2 missions for them. Basically finished renovating the Villa so Im bringing in the money. I need to do some side jobs though to up my money so I can upgrade my armor. Will probably PM u to find out what's actually worth getting and what not.

Just got in from a killer chest workout. Volume out of this world.

incline bb 225*10, 275*5 (he swears he didnt help me), 225*9

incline db flyes 70*12, 80*11 PR

decline hammer strength 4 plates*13, couldnt get 5 plates to budge which was weird, then we went back and forth no rest between 2 plates for 10 reps for 5 sets

pec deck big set was 280 for 8 then drop to 115 for 25 felt much stronger on these than usual

standing db flyes start with 15 worked up to 35

flat bb burnouts 35 and then 25

DC db chest stretch with 50s

Ok so I figured this would be something cool to do. Here are my comparable workouts. Didnt line them next to each other but much easier to find than before.

Some lifts that stand out. Basically a 4 rep difference for t-bar rows. BB incline a 30 pound difference. Military press a 20 pound difference. Deadlift a 20 pound increase if not more. Not bad for only a week and a half if u ask me. Plus u have to figure it is going to kick in more :veryhappy:

Man, those numbers are flippin awesome! 155 upright rows...damn. And 6 plates per side for shrugs? I've never seen that before, honestly. The most I've ever seen in my gym is 5 plates.

Nice workout. I think I know what you mean by the shrugs. We have a thing that you load plates on to do shrugs or sissy dead lifts (you can adjust the handles). It does make it quite a bit easier to grip with higher weight.

Been feeling mighty antisocial which I mean is normal for me but damn Friday night was terrible. Dont think I will be going out to the bar anytime soon. Feel most comfortable lifting which only makes up so much of my life.

Carb loaded yesterday cutting them off again today.

Was hoping instead of becoming aggressive as in want to bash people's skulls in I would have been more Alpha but we cant always get what we want.

Should be back in the fitness center hitting it strong tomorrow. Not sure exactly when. Mario has class tomorrow and if it comes down to it I will go to the FC by myself. Not hard for me to push myself on a back day especially after 2 days of not lifting. It is looking like 6 plates and a quarter on T-bar rows.

2)behind the head lat pull downs 100*8 drop to 60*12
3)bent over rows 275*11, 295*8
4)pull ups sets of 6
5)hammer strength iso rows 225*15, 250*15(the 25 wasnt on the bar lol) then 3 sets of 135 for 10 reps 1 then the other. There were done 1 arm at a time full pull.
6)1 arm twisting lat pull down exercise something Mario showed me that really worked the lower portion of my lets

There is no way to add more weight to the iso row machine. Felt so easy good clean slow contracted reps too.

Im worn out after that workout should be good and sore tomorrow.

Haha well Im glad u r having a good nice man. Sweat that bad sh1t out. I used to get HAMMERED then kill the iron and feel great afterward. Probably smelled horrible though lol.

Another thing to mention is Im keeping my hair pretty well this time around. Last time I ran tren I noticed some shedding but this time seems to be ok. Nothing out of the ordinary. I have naturally thick hair though.

As far as the shirt off. . .Its always a work in progress but DIET my friend will be the only thing that will fix that. . .its always nice to be strong but sometimes we must make saccrifices for these things so we can also look as we see fit :32: . . . As for having naturally thick hair. . .I use to but all the drugs i did when i was younger changed that but what do ya do. . you live and you learn! Minoxidil BABY!!! :love:
 
My back is beyond sore today. Lats feel fine but right in the middle is tore up from all the rowing yesterday. Will probably ice it later just for the hell of it.

Chest is within the hour. Talked about doing flat bench last night so that will be interesting. See how 275 feels and go from there. Wouldnt mind playing around with 315 like my last cycle but that isnt realistic.
